Alex walked up to the front door's of Shibusen and looked up at the towering building. "So this is the DWMA? I hope I can find a good partner here." Alex said with a confident smile. He didn't know why, but Alex had a feeling about this place. "I'm pretty early for now, so there's no rush. I can have a look around and see if I can find myself a partner." Alex walked up to the front doors and teachers were greeting the new students by giving them tags that said 'Weapon' or one's that said 'Meister'. Alex walked up to the teacher at the front door. "Name?" "Alex silver cross." The teacher looked down a piece of paper and fouund his name, she then gave him a tag that said 'Weapon'. "Welcome to the DWMA." "Thanks." Alex said with a smile and then walked through to the main hall were other students were meating each other and pairing up. "Looks like I got some competition." Alex said with a confident smile.

Stein was messing with his computer. "Wow kid, your one of a kind." Stein said.

well she is the only lance left so duh she is one of a kind

"No i mean, shes the ONLY one of her kind. Shes the only one and she will always be." Stein said amazed. "This is incredible." Stein said.

huh that can't be what about her parents they must have been lances too right

Alexia looks at Alex and nods. She looks back upfront. She looks at all of them and then sees one. She picks it up and reads it. "A dangerous soul has been reported all around Death City. This soul has been making deadly pranks around to innocent people. Making them trip down stairs,making brick fall down their heads. Making cars collide on pourpuse. It messes up and it looks liek an accident when its actually a prank..."Alexia reads. She looks at Alex. "Let's go parthner."Alexia says smiling.

"Thats negative, i knew her parents they were both pistols, not lances." Stein said. "Ive only ever heard of myths about lances, but no one in the DWMA staff has ever seen lances." Stein said. "Not even lord death." Stein said leaning back.

so then i have a legendary weapon sweet she

wait how do pistols give birth to a lance

"There are some rare cases that 2 of the same kind can create a new weapon. And in this case its happened with Shadow." Stein said.

ok then shadow is a rare weapon then as her meister i will do everything in my power to help her and help learn more about her

"Yes, and another reason why you should protect her is because she is volnerable to kishins madness." Stein said.

"Yeah the madness has been making her sick. You better watch her carefully." Stein said. He kept looking into his computer. "Ive never seen a lance in my life, this is odd indeed." Stein said scratching his head.

Alex looked at the sheet of paper again before Alexia began to drag him. "Are you sure this is an 'A' rank mission? Going to stop a prankster doesn't sound that hard to me." Alex then looked around and people were now grouping up. "What's going on over there?" Alexia finally stopped dragging and looked, Alex then walked over to a kid. "Hey, what's going on? I something happening here?" "Are you telling me you don't know? Proffesor stein and Death Scythe (A.K.A.Spirit) are showing up here to teach us about dual arts." "What the heck is dual arts?" "Well it's like this, I believe you have already been able to resonate souls with you'r partner, am I correct?" "Of course." "Now dual arts is a form of chain resonance where weapon and meister pair connect to another." "Wait! But that would four people resonating with each other!" "Yes it would and we are grouping together as three meisters and their weapons for one team." "Ok then, that explains a lot." Alex then walked back over to Alexia. "They said they're working on chain resonance, I'll explain it to you on the way to the mission." Alex and Alexia were now walking down the giant steps of the DWMA as Alex explained about chain resonating.

Shizu listened to the lesson and heard about dual arts. "Man there are a lot of things here that I've never heard of. How are we suppose to get all of these lessons in time for me to become a Death Scythe?" Shizu asked himself. Kara heard what he said and looked at him with a sad look. "Don't worry Kara, we can get these lessons down. It may take a while but we can do this." Shizu said putting his fist up and smiling at her. Kara gave a small smile and went back to the lesson. Shizu tried to pay attention to the lesson but his bandages were in the way. "This is going to be difficult." Shizu thought to himself.

i have to keep an eye on shadow i will protect her

"You should feel honered." Stein said. He then left shadow in the tank. "You go on home, im going to run some tests.

Alexia heard Alex and then looked down thinking. "That's very interesting...we should try it sometime..."Alexia says calmly. Her mind was a bit off,and she was very calm today. They walked around and went around the city looking for their target. "Where would that Kishin be..."Alexia says as she looks around. Then they stopped at a corner and Alexia looked at the stop light. It was red. Suddenly she saw something black,and shadowy like go around the post. Then the light flickered and changed to green. Then some cars from two different directions started to crash into eachother. But Alexia just payed attention to the shadow. She saw it look at them and then run off. "There's our target."Alexia says as she runs off.

Alex was left behind as Alexia ran off without warning. "What the...? Hey, don't go running off by yourself you idiot." Alex then ran after her. Alexia ran down an alleway after the shadow and Alex was falling behind. "Damn it, this is not the day to be getting lazy." Alex then began to catch up. He found Alexia staring at the shadow who was now whining, he'd ran into a dead end. "Alright, we got him. But this time we got lucky, what if something had happened to you?" Alexia down a little, Alex smiled and put his hand on her shoulder. "Let's forget it, let's just be a little smarter next time though, you got it?" Alex said grinning as he transformed into a scythe that rested on Alexia's shoulder.

suki unwillingly walks out the lab thinking to his i should be honored huh.

i wonder if steins goin too do something horrible to shadow if he does i'll take his soul

"Don't worry."Alexia says as she sighed slightly. She walked over to the shadow who looked up at her whimpering. "Are you sure you're an 'A'?"Alexia asks. Then the shadow suddenly rose up. It got 8 arms with cawls,a long tal with spiked at the end,t looked like a type of scorpion type of creature. Alexia stared. "Ok...maybe you are an 'A'."Alexia says. She twirled the scythe around. "Come and get me."Alexia says. The kishin roared and slammed its tail down at her to stab. Alexia blocked. The kishin tried to slash at her with one of its arms. Alexia jumped and then slashed towards it. The kishin got its tail back and slammed it back down. Alexia jumped back and dodged. She kept twilrling and slashing towards them. Then she managed to slash one of its arms off. It roared and growled at her. Then it came right at her at full force. It started to slam its tails and claws at her all at the same time. Alexia did her best to dodge and block all of the attacks. Then she slipped on one. "(CRAP!)"Alexia thinks as she didn't had time to react. The tail slammed her hard and slammed her against the wall. She fell down and helded her side. She got the scythe back and smirked looking up. "You're a tough one."Alexia says as she charged again.

Alexia fought the kishin more and was starting to get worn out, she jumped back away from it for a second to catch her breath. "Alexia, don't wear yourself out. Keep you'r guard up, don't start getting reckless." She nodded, but was still worn out. Alex then began to think. (I need to think of something, we need a way of beating this guy in one attack.) A thought then struck Alex's head. "Alexia, let's go for soul resonance." Alexia smirked, the two then began to match there soul wavelengths and spoke at the same time. "LET'S GO, SOUL RESONANCE!!!" Alex and Alexcia's souls were now resonating at a much higher frequency. "C'mon, let's push this resonance to the maximum."

Alexia felt the energy amount. She gripped the scythe tight and charged right towards. The Kishin slammed its tail towards her and Alexia jumped. The scythe's end looked like a crecent moon and it glew a bit. "The legendary technique of the scythe misters of the past and the present,Witch Hunter!!!!!!!!"Alexia yells as she brought it down and slashed right in the very middle of the kishin. It roared and then Alexia sliced it in half. She landed on the ground gracefully. But then letted herfself fall on her knees as she catched her breath. The Kishin dissapeared and the soul thingy floated down towards them. Alexia satted down. "There you go Alex."Alexia says.

Shadow could hear everything around her. Stein was examining her through the tank and searching her.
