Alex walked up to the front door's of Shibusen and looked up at the towering building. "So this is the DWMA? I hope I can find a good partner here." Alex said with a confident smile. He didn't know why, but Alex had a feeling about this place. "I'm pretty early for now, so there's no rush. I can have a look around and see if I can find myself a partner." Alex walked up to the front doors and teachers were greeting the new students by giving them tags that said 'Weapon' or one's that said 'Meister'. Alex walked up to the teacher at the front door. "Name?" "Alex silver cross." The teacher looked down a piece of paper and fouund his name, she then gave him a tag that said 'Weapon'. "Welcome to the DWMA." "Thanks." Alex said with a smile and then walked through to the main hall were other students were meating each other and pairing up. "Looks like I got some competition." Alex said with a confident smile.

Alexia stared. "Can I see him?"Alexia asks. Dr.Frankenstein noded. "Sure,go ahead."Dr.Frankenstein says. Alexia walks inside and walks around towards his bed. She stared at him as he layed there asleep. "(It's all my fault...I shoukd have listened.)"Alexia thinks. "I'm sorry Alex,I should have listened. I...I promise to make it up to you somehow...I...I'm going to become stronger. I'm so sorry...Alex..."Alexia sats as tears fell down her face.

Alex was fast asleep, but then a pain was coming from his chest. "Arghh...!" Alex's hand began to shake and his heart began to race. The black blood that had entered Alex's body had reached his heart and was begining to mix with his blood that was already circuling around his body. "Rarghh...!" Alex's hand shook even more as his other hand gripped where his chest was in pain.

Alexia freaked as she saw Alex scream in pain. She quickly gripped Alex's hand witch was shaking. She gripped it tightky and looked at him worried. "Alex..."Alexia says. She then looked back up. "Someone please help!!!"Alexia says. She then saw Dr.Frankenstein walk in and stare at Alex. He sighed. "(The boackblood is starting to do effect.)"Dr.Frankenstein thinks. He then looked at Alexia. "He iust seems to be having a nightmare...the blackblood being the cause of it,just let him rest,he'll wake up soon."Dr.Frankenstein says. Alexia nided and looked down at Alex as she gripped his hand.

Shizu heard the witches threat but smirked at her. "You can't do anything, you haven't done anything to me yet. I've connected like 10 attacks with this scythe and you haven't hit me with any spells yet." Shizu jumped from a huge rock and the other Shizu turned back into human. "Kane, you need to use me. I know I can do even more damage then normal to her now that my soul wavelength is over the roof. If you wield me my Soul Residence will be huge." Shizu told Kane and he nodded. Shizu jumped up and turned into his chakram but his metal was sharper and longer then normal. "Kane get him good!" Shizu screamed and Kane ran toward the witch. Kane threw Shizu at the witch hard but she deflected it with some magic. "Is that the best you got?" The witch said but Shizu ran toward her and hit her body as his chakram form. "OW!" she screamed as she felt the blood come out of her wound and Kane grabbed Shizu's chakram form. "Kane now!" Shizu screamed and Kane nodded. Shizu's metal became sharper and longer then normal and blue soul wavelengths began to come off his metal. "LETS GO SOUL RESIDENCE!!" Kane and Shizu screamed and Shizu's saw like metal became bigger then normal. Kane jumped up and Shizu became even larger then normal. "HEAVY METAL THROWER!!" Kane screamed and threw down Shizu to the witch. Shizu sliced through the witch's body like she was paper and cut down a building close to the witch. The witch's body turned into nothing and her soul appeared in the air. Shizu turned into human again and looked wide eyed at the witches soul. "Did I just destroy a witch?" Shizu said surprised at his own power. He took the Soul and looked at Kara. "Should I eat her soul now?" Shizu said completely confused at everything and felt sick as well. He fell down to the ground and felt super weak. "God that took a lot of energy." Shizu said as Kane turned into a soul and went back int Shizu.

Alex's body was shaking alot, but his mind was in a totally diffirent place.

"Where am I?" A jazz song was playing in the background from a nearby record player. "What's going on here?" "You shouldn't go around asking question's when you already have all the answer's." Alex turned around to find a small, red demon in a suit swinging his arms around. "You do realise this is Jazz and not swing." "Yes, but let's cut to the chase, I believe that you are searching for power so that you can protect that little girl." "Little girl...?" Alex then realised he was talking about Alexia. "She's not exactly little and what do you get by giving me power." "Oh nothing at all, I'm just trying to help you out here." The demon then snapped his fingers and a door appeared behind two bright red curtains that had moved out the way. "Through the door is the power you seek, now go out there and find it." "No, wait! Just let me stay here until the end of the dream." The demon then sighed. "You should find something if you go out there, so quit complaining and get going already." Alex was shoved out the door and was locked in. "Now what?" Alex was surounded by darkness, but then he heard Alexia's voice. "Alexia, where are you?" Alex then saw a light. "Hang on, I'm coming." Alex then ran towards the light and burst through it only to find that he came through Alexia's stomach, killing her instantly. Alex screamed terrified.

 

Alex then woke up breathing heavily and found himself in the infirmary with Alexia holding his hand. "Alexia...?"

Alexia looked at Alex. "I'm here. You're at the academy's infermery. Dr.Frankenstein and Mr.Spirit came right on time and got you here."Alexia says. She then looked down. "I'm sorry Alex...I'm so sorry. I should have been stronger and I should have listened,if I had listen maybe none of this would had happened and you wouldn't be laying in a hospital bed..."Alexia says feeling guilty. She was his Miester,and she felt guilty,that if she had listened,then maybe the outcome would have been different.

Alex looked at Alexia as she seemed sad and was almost crying a little. "This wasn't your fault, I wasn't strong enough to protect you like a good weapon would have." Alex looked down. "If only I was stronger then I wouldn't be here." Alex then looked at Alexia with focussed eyes. "Listen to me Alexia, it's my own fault that I'm in here and not yours. So stop blaming yourself for something that you didn't do."

Alexia stared with tears in her eyes. She then started to wipe them away. Then the nurse came back in. "Alex,you will be good as new in a few days. For now,you need to rest and let that wound seal."The nurse says. Alexia then turned back to Alex. "I still feel I should have listened...I'll get stronger,I will."Alexia says as she smiled at Alex. "I'm going to go and get some stuff. Do you need anything?"Alexia asks smiling.

Alex began to think. "Just a spare change of clothes I think." Alex then led back down in his bed and his breathing was going back to normal. "Alright, don't let this one event haunt you." Alex said with a smile. "It wasn't your fault, I was an idiot and I should have thought of something else. All that was going through my mind at that moment was protecting you no matter what the cost, your my Meister after all." Alex said with another smile.

Alexia noded and started to walk away. Not letting Alex see,a few tears escaped her face as she couldn't help it. She then walked away and down the hallway. She saw the door to the library. She stared at it for a while and then walked back towards the aparment to get some spare clothing for Alex. "(I need to get stronger...)"Alexia thinks to herself. She then walked down the stairs and could see a kid running up the stairs all hyped up along with what seemed to be his parthner. "YAHOO!" "Wait up Black*Star!" Alexia turned and stared as the two ran up. "(That tattoo...)"Alexia thinks. She then slowly turned away and walked away.

Alex saw as Alexia left, he then began to relax and looked to the window that was on his left. "I'm so stupid, I should have thought of something else. If only I was stronger then Alexia wouldn't be feeling so guilty about her self right now." Alex remembered when he woke up he had found Alexia crying. "I don't ever wanna see that again." Alex led down in his bed and closed his eyes. "I'm going to become the strongest Death Scythe and that's how I'll make sure to never see Alexia cry again." Alex said as he fell asleep.

Alexia got to the aparment and started to get some clothing. Pants,shorts,underwear,etc. Alexia then looked out the window and stared out for a bit. She stared. "I will get stronger."Alexia says to herself. She then thought of that kid. "Black*Star. He's alway sin constant training with his weapon,mostly on his own. He is pretty strong psysically,just not the best in tactics...maybe he can help me...at getting stronger for my weapon."Alexia says as she got the stuff and made her way back to the nurse's office.

Alex woke up and he saw that it was getting dark out. "It's almost night time already?" Alex then rolled his shirt up and had a look at the scar on his body. "It might be best if Alexia doesn't see this." The scar began below Alex's left shoulder and reached all the way down to the bottom of his stomach, he sighed and put his top back to normal and led in his bed. "What am I going to do about this?" Alex said as he held his hand on his scar.

Alexia opened the door and walked in. "Alex,are you awake?"Alexia asks. She walked up to him smiling. "Here ya go."Alexia says as she setted his clothes down. There was his clothes,and a chocolate muffin on them with icing that said 'Get well'. Alexia smiles and gives a small bow. "I should let you rest. See ya tommorow,rest well allright?"Alexia says as she walked away. Frowning when Alex couldn't see. "And I'm sorry..."Alexia walked outside and then made herway to the roof of teh academy.

"Thanks." Alex said as Alexia left the room. Alex got up from his bed with a bit of trouble and took the bag of clothes to the bath room, he changed into his cream shorts and orange and white t-shirt. "I should probably get some more sleep." Alex then got back to his bed and led down slowly, trying not to spread the pain that was already in his chest. "I need to hurry up and get better otherwise it'll ages before Alexia makes me into a death scythe." Alex said with a slight smile, he then dug into his quilts and fell asleep with ease.

Alexia went back to the aparment and fell asleep. Next morning she woke up and hurried over to school. "(Maybe if I can find him...)"Alexia thinks. She then saw Black*Star on his way to the Academy. "Black*Star!"Alexia says. Black*Star turned around with Tsubaki. Alexia got to them and panted. "Who are you?Wait,I think I've seen you,you were one of teh new Miesters."Tsubaki says. Black*Star smiles. "What you need?Came here to admire my greatness?"Black*Star asks. "No. But I wish to ask you some questions...I want to become a stronger Miester...I was to weak and got my weapon hurt. I want to become stronger,to make it up to him. Do you have any edvice to help me out with that?"Alexia asks.

Yea lets go 2,3,15,100 lets take all the missions we can and we'll get stronger bit by bit.

Suki said as he jumped oh the dragon lances

Ok lets go and take some souls.

Alex woke up slowly in the same infirmary bed. "For a second there, I thought that everything that had happened yesterday was a bad dream." Alex then sat up and held his hand to his chest. "It still hurts..." Alex said as a shiver of pain ran through his body. "Oh, I see that you are awake." Alex then looked up slightly to see the nurse. "Oh... yeah, I'm awake." "I've just come to do a check up on how your doing." Alex nodded, he then got out of bed and walked over to the nurse. "Take a seat." Alex then sat down on a chair and rolled up his shirt to reveal his large scar. "Alright, I'll be done a bit." The nurse then sat on another chair and began to take a closer look at Alex's wound.

Black*Star then stared at her. "That's easy. You need to practice everyday. A few hours,after classes or after a mission,and..."Black*Star says. Then he looked away at the sky. "And,trust in yourself. If you have a gut feeling of something. Follow it."Black*Star says. Then he smiled. "Well then,I think I've helped you enough. Let's go Tsubaki."Black*Star says as he walked away. "Right."Tsubaki says as she followed him. Alexia stared and kind of understood. She trusted alex fully,but was missing self-confidence. Alexia then hurried over to the nurse office. She opened the door and then stopped as she saw the nurse looking at Alex's wound...it was huge. "(Was the hit that big...)"Alexia thinks as she looks down.

Alex looked at the door as Alexia walked in and saw his scar. "Oh, hey Alexia." The nurse then began to feel the tension in the air. "I'll give the two of you a minute." The nurse then walked out and left the two alone, Alex put his top back on and looked at his partner. "Did something come up?" Alex asked as he saw that Alexia seemed almost traumotized by his scar, he sighed and put his hand to his chest. "It's not as bad as it looks." Alex said trying to make Alexia feel better knowing that it actually was that bad.

Shadow laughed and flew off towards the DWMA. ("I have confidence that we will both get stronger.") Shadow thought as she landed. She ran to the door and paused. "Well you coming or what?" Shadow had asked Suki.

Alexia just stared. "(I should have been stronger,i should have had a strategy.)"Alexia thinks,kind of beating herself on the inside. She looked at Alex and got her hand over his. "I still should have done something to avoid this to happen."Alexia says. She looked up at him with her blood red eyes. "I'll make it up to you. I swear. You did your job as a weapon,but I should have done my job as a Miester on the battlefield."Alexia says.

Alex looked at Alexia with a surprised look on his face. "You..." Alex looked down a little. "I'm not as strong as you are, I am a weak weapon. I couldn't stand up to that guy with that strong weapon, I'm sorry I couldn't my job properly." Alex then looked back at Alexia with a smile. "From here on out, we're not gunna lose anymore. We'll both get stronger as Meister and Weapon as a team." Alex offered his hand. "Remember what we said, no looking back at the past and keep moving forward together."

Alexia stared at him. She slowly smiled and took his hand. She noded. "As soon as your ready to fight again,we'll accomplish our missions,and make you the bestest and strongest Death Scythe. You'll see."Alexia says. She then took his hand and made pinky promise. "It's a promise."Alexia says smiling. She then backed away and opened the door. "I'm going to talk with Lord Death,rest,allright?"Alexia says as she walked away.

Alex grinned. "Your got yourself a prommise of a lifetime!" Alex said as Alexia smiled and left. "I'll become a Death scythe in no time at all. As soon as I'm out of here, we'll be right back to soul collecting." Alex then got back to his bed and led down. "I'll become a Death scythe with the greatest Meister in the world as my partner." Alex led back with his hands behind his head and a smile on his face. "We can do it if we work together, I know we can."
