Alex walked up to the front door's of Shibusen and looked up at the towering building. "So this is the DWMA? I hope I can find a good partner here." Alex said with a confident smile. He didn't know why, but Alex had a feeling about this place. "I'm pretty early for now, so there's no rush. I can have a look around and see if I can find myself a partner." Alex walked up to the front doors and teachers were greeting the new students by giving them tags that said 'Weapon' or one's that said 'Meister'. Alex walked up to the teacher at the front door. "Name?" "Alex silver cross." The teacher looked down a piece of paper and fouund his name, she then gave him a tag that said 'Weapon'. "Welcome to the DWMA." "Thanks." Alex said with a smile and then walked through to the main hall were other students were meating each other and pairing up. "Looks like I got some competition." Alex said with a confident smile.

Shadow smiled.

"Looks like today we made a friend Suki." Shadow said laughing.

'Tomorrow we have to keep practicing our soul resonance. We never know when we have to do it in school.' Shadow thought as she kept walking.

yea the more the merrier i say suki laughs then looks at shadow

hey shadow are you really the last of your kind

"I'm not really sure, I never met another chakram. Maybe I am, maybe I'm not. I really don't know. My brothers were all different weapons then me and treated bad of me since I was a a chakram and they thought it was a sucky weapon." Shizu looked at Suki when he answered it.

"I know im the last of my kind, lances are kindof odd weapons no one uses them due to complications." Shadow said.

"According to the book no one has eve seen a lance in the last 800 years." Shadow said thinking.

"Hey Shizu, have you and your meister tried soul resonance?" Shadow asked the boy.

"Not yet, I've never even heard of Soul Residence till today in class. But I'm pretty powerful without it. But on the topic of Soul Residence, how do you do it? And what happens during it?" Shizu asked them.

"Well i don know Suki explained it but i still dont quiet get it yet." Shadow said.

"Its more simpiler to be a scythe thought." Shadow said as she scratched her head trying to remember.

"You guys should try doing it though." Shadow said.

well say your meister plays a guitar on its own it can make only a small amount of noise now say your the amplifer if she plungs in the guitar to your amp the noise will be way louder so soul resonance is when the meister and weapon's soul are on the same wavelength and merg as one to make the souls stronger

"Well, is it easy? I mean I think me and Kara are pretty equal. But I'm not sure since I can't see souls." Shizu told Suki. "What about you guys? Have you tried Soul Residence yet?" Shizu asked them as they got closer to the DWMA.

"Yeah we've tried it twice earlier but its kind of hard since we dont know how to go on fron there." Moonlight said as she sighed.

"Hey shizu are you a kind of weapon who can fight kn its own?" shadow asked.

"Sorta, I trained myself a little until I found Kara. I used to run as fast as I could, spin, then transform and hit the opponent or object. I think I can use that with a meister too but we haven't tried it out yet. I wonder how, maybe I can get more distance that way." Shizu thought out loud to them.

"Oh." Shadow thought.

"I can fight without a meister since my form is more than one." Shadow said as put her hands in her pockets.

"I can't but I can go partial and fight like that. Look at this." He held out his hands and spikes came out of the knuckle of his hand and then smaller spikes came out of the sides of his wrists. He bawled his hands up and showed them. "I usually fight like this if I don't have a meister. But usually I don't fight like this ever since I came to Death City and went to the DWMA. I'm glad that I found Kara cause she's happy that she found me." Shizu put his arm on her shoulders and she nodded her head.

"Cool." Shadow said.

"Look." Shadow said as she stretched her hand out and it turned into one of the lances.

"Awesome, people have pretty good partial forms and some people have weird ones. Oh I met a guy that was a sword and he combined his hands together to get the metal part of the sword. That was pretty cool. But this weird one is a person that was a huge star weapon and he had the four spikes around his body. One on his chest, two on both sides on his sides, one on his head and the last spike on both of his feet. It was really weird. Oh here's the restaurant." Shizu told them as they stopped in front of the restaurant.

"Okay lets go in?" Shadiw asked.

'Ive never really spent tine eith people so how do i react?' Shadow thought.

suki,shadow,kara,and shizu went inside the resturant and sat down at a table

this resturant is awesome i live in death city for a while but i never even been here before

suki picks up a menu he sees that shadow looks stiff and nervous

hmm what shall i get hey shadow what are you getting

Shadow looked at him.

"Oh umm i dont know." Shadow said as she was shivering.

'Wow it sure is cold in here.' Shadow thought as she rubbed her shoulders.

suki looked at shadow

hmmm is it are you sure you want to stay i mean we can leave right now if you want to.hmmm you do look a little pale maybe we trained too hard.''i hope shadow isn't getting sick or maybe its her nerves'' suki thought.

"Im fine. " shadow said managing to smile but shiver.

"Lets just do this and go home." Shadow said as she felt kinda dizzy but shook it off.

'Whats wrong with me?' She thought.

'Am i sick or what?' She thought.

you don't look fine i'm taking you home now hey kara shizu we'll have to take a rain check shadow is sick hey we'll see you at school kay

suki picks up shadow and walks out the resturant

hey shadow hang in there we're almost home ok

"Im fine Suki, really." Shadow said as her vision started to blurr. She shook it off and tried looking clear. She started coughing.

suki and shadow finally makes it home hey lays here down in here bed and places a warm towel on her head

shadow rest up if you need me i'll be in the next room

suki goes to the kitchen and gets shadown something cool to drink and places it on her night stand

shadow please get better suki thought as he closes her door slightly

Shadow felt sick to her stomach.

"Ugh." Shadow said with a headache.

'What is wrong with me?' She thought as she winced in pain.

"Maybe i should sleep it off." Shadow said to herself.

'It was nice of Suki to miss out on a good day just for me.' Shadow thought.

Shizu finished the dinner with Kara, who seemed to really like the dinner and leave for the apartment. "Ah, that was great wasn't it?" He sighed and looked at Kara who was smiling and nodding. They got up to the apartment and up the stairs and into the apartment. Shizu flopped on his bed and sighed in exhaustion. "Ah I'm ready for bed tomorrow we got our second day of school, wonder what will happen next?" he said as he went into the bathroom.

"Yeah, me too," she replied walking into the bedroom and getting dressed fast while he was in the bathroom. She yawned and took out a book from her bag. She looked up when she saw Shizu come back into the room. "So when do you want to start getting your 99 souls? Do you have any already?"
