Introuduction

There's a city. A city with glory. It's name is Nova. It was turned from a village to a city 20 years ago. A organzation in the city that protects it is called the Brotherhood agency. It contains 21 members. Numbers 1-10 are the only ones to have Bankis. 11-21 must only have Shinki or fear the risk of being excuted. A new member has joined the agency. His name is Rui. Number 21. People prefer him the weakest. The lower the number, the stronger you are. That's the rules of the ranks. Now, let us tell you the tale of Rui. The man who saved Nova.

 

A man is walking in the streets of Nova. He has short black hair, wearing a Brotherhood suit which is all black, blue eyes, is 6.5 inches tall, and a sword straped to his back. This man is Rui. Number 21. A car drives up to him. It stops. Rui turns around and looks who's inside. It was three of his friends. The one driving is Shadow. He's number 19. He has long black hair, wearing a brotherhood suit, yellow eyes, and he has a sword on his waist. The one in the passenger seat is Scar. He's number 18. He has green eyes, short blue hair, wearing a brotherhood suit, and has a sword on his waist. Finally, the one in the backseat is name Cody. He has short blond hair, scar on his right eye, wearing a brotherhood suit and he has a sword on his back.

 

'' Hey Rui, number 1 told us we had to look for you because you have to come with us on scouting.'' said Shadow as he got ready to start driving again Ruin nodded and got in the backseat with Cody.

 

'' You join the Rumble that's in a few days?''asked Scar as he had his face leaning on his hand as he was bored.

 

'' I'm joining. I gonna see if I can defeat the members that are joining.''said Rui as he felt glad he had friends like this.

 

'' I heard from number 15 that number 5 is gonna be the host.''said Cody as he was joining the converstation. Rui looked at them.'' Seems Luke is hosting. I don't trust. Something tells me that something bad is gonna happen.''said Rui as they kept driving though the city.

 

Elsewhere, a man with black hair, gold eyes, wearing a black coat, sword on his waist, and is looking down on the city on top of the Brotherhood headqurtars.

 

'' Seems he's joining.'' the man wispered as he got a phone out. He started calling someone. He then hung up when he didn't get a answer. A man with brown hair, blue eyes, wearing a brown shirt, black jacket, and black pants appeared behind the man.

 

'' Everything is going according to plan Crow.''said the man.'' Yes it is Luke.''said Crow.

Chapter 1
Rui watch the city as they drove by each building and saw people just living their normal lives. Rui kept thinking about the Rumble. What would he do if he had to fight one of his friends? Will throw the match for them? Or will he win? He had alot of things on his mind at the moment. He didn't hear Shadow telling him something. Finally, Rui snap from his thoughts.'' What is it Shadow?'' Rui asked as he felt sleepy.'' Were done with the missiong. I'm just telling you that were at your house.''he said. Rui nodded and got out of the car. He then head inside house. He then saw Crow.'' Who are you?''asked Rui as he drawed his blade.

'' That's a bit rude don't you think? I'm here as a guest and you pull your sword out like that?''mock Crow as he drew his as well.'' Rui, I want to see how strong you are.''said Crow as he then started running towards Rui. Rui blocked with his sword. Crow then got ready for another attack. Rui blocked it as well. He then felt a foot hit his stomach. He fell on the ground. Crow then put his left hand on his blade.'' Fly, Blackwing.''said Crow as his blade then turned black. Rui looked at Crow. Rui then rush towards him and clash blades again. Crow looked at Rui.'' Why don't you use Shinki? Is it because I'm stronger?''asked Crow as he kick Rui away.

Rui got up. He knew he can't win. How can he? He's number 21. The weakest. Crow then had his blade ready for a slash.'' Feather slash.'' he said as a black slash was then sended to Rui. Rui dodged the attack by luck. He then rush towards Crow again and locked blades with him.'' Rui. You are weak. I thought you were stronger then this.''said Crow as step back. Crow then sealthed his sword.'' Goodbye.'' said Crow as he disappeared into feathers. Rui fell on his knees. He held his blade tight.'' I'll defeat him next time.'' he said to himself.

Chapter 2

3 days have passed since the fight with Crow. Rui is now in his car driving towards the arena. The Runble is today. His friends are going to be in it. He then got there and parked his car. He got out and saw number 9. His name is Sky. He has short blond hair, wearing a orange shirt with white pants, a sword on his side, hazard green eyes, and he is 6.7 inches tall. He looked Rui strange. Rui then nodded hello. Sky irgoned him and left. Rui then entered the arena, He saw his friends. He also saw other members joining the Rumble. He then looked up and saw Luke in his Brotherhood uniform.
'' It is I, Luke, number 5 and second in commard of the Brotherhood agency.''he yelled so everyone could hear as a screen appeared out of the wall.'' This shall tell us who is going to fight who.'' he said as a noise started coming from the screen and names were going really fast. The names stopped. Everyone was shocked at the names on the screen. The names were Rui vs Shadow. Rui and Shadow stayed in the fighting area while the rest of the people went to the waiting room.

'' Just because were friends doesn't mean to hold back.''said Shadow as he drew his blade. Rui did the same and rush towards him. They locked blades. Rui jumped and try to attack from the air, but Shadow block the attack. Rui then started running in cricles to confuse him.'' I'm gonna win Shadow.'' Rui said as he kept going. Shadow then got his blade and the sealth in his hands.

'' Reap,Kazeshini!''said Shadow as two scycles were formed conneted by a chain. He then started attacking Rui, Rui got cut on his cheek and back up and saw Shadows shinki.'' Wow. That's a awsome sword.'' Rui said as he then got up and stand in the air. He started rushing towards Shadow. Shadow then threw his blade while holding the chain. Rui then dodged and kept driving towards Shadow. Rui then grab on of them He then started wrap it on his right arm to stop him from attacking. Rui then got infront of Shadow.'' I win Shadow.''said Rui as he slashed Shadows chest.

Crow watched from a far.'' Seems he's getting stronger. Time to start the plan.''he says as he got his phone out.

Chapter 3
Shadow fell to the ground. His sword returned to normal. He then faced Rui.'' Damn. I got defeated by you. I never thought that'll happen.''said Shadow as the doctors took him to the treatment room. Rui walk to the waiting room as the next two fighters went. Rui sat next to Cody and Scar.'' Wow, never thought you'll defeat Shadow.''said Scar as he saw the fight was over. Sky was one of them. He won easly. Maybe because he's number 9. He walk back into the waiting room. He stared at Rui. Rui then started watching the fights. Cody and Scar won their fights.

'' The finals shall now begin. The first match on the finals is Rui and Sky.''said Luke. Rui got up and saw Sky already walking to the battlefeild. Rui knew he couldn't lose this fight to Sky. Rui arrive at the feild and saw Sky had his sword out already.

'' I'm not loseing Rui.'' Sky said.'' Begin!''said Luke. Rui and Sky lock blades.'' Show me the power you used to take down Shadow.''said Sky as he then started hitting Ruis blade non-stop. Rui manage to block of them until he was kick in the gut and sended back to the wall. Rui got up and wipe the blood on his lip.'' I'm not giving up.''Rui said as he mock Sky. Sky then was about to attack Rui until a explosion encouter where Luke was. Everybody started panicking. Rui saw Scar and Cody heading towards where Luke was. Rui then jump and started heading there himself until he was kick in the face. The kick was powerful enough to knock him out of the arena and into the forest that was outside. Sky landed infront of him.'' We'll finishing this fight Rui, No matter what!''said Sky as he got ready. Rui didn't have time for this.

Shadow saw this from his room they put him in. He then got up and grabed his blade and headed out. He kept running towards the arena. He then was stop by a man. The man had short green hair, black eyes, blade in his hand, black coat, and he was about 6.8 inches tall.

'' Hello Shadow. I can't let you go any further.''said the man as the two then clashed blades. Rui clashed blades with Sky. Also, Cody and Scar heading towards Luke to see if he knew anything.

From a far. Crow watch the show.'' This is getting better and better. Now, the real fun begins.''

Chapter 4

Rui and Sky kept clashing blades.'' Sky, move out of the way.''said Rui as he tryed to run, but Sky kept stopping him.'' Rui, were finishing this fight. I can't let you pass.'' said Sky as he pointed his sword at Rui.'' Let the bell ring, Suzumushi.''said Sky as his blade in turned into a double edged one.'' This is my shikai. Now, show me yours.''said Sky as he then started attacking Rui. Rui blocked the slashes. He knew he had to win or he might die.

Scar and Cody got ontop where Luke was. They saw a hallway.'' We need to find Luke. He might know what's going on.''said Scar. Cody nodded and they then started running down the hall to get to Luke. They then saw a figure. They saw it was Luke. Luke then started running. Scar and Cody started running after him.'' Luke! Tell us what's going on!.''said Cody.

Shadow and the man clashed blades.'' Who are you?''asked Shadow.'' That name is Gin.''said the man as he back up. He then pointed his blade to Shadow.'' You can't beat me. Shoot to death, Shinso.''said Gin as his blade then extended.'' Reap, Kas'' said Shadow as he blocked it. He didn't have time to go into his shikai. Shadow then rush towards Gin. They started clashing blades. A blade then came out of Gins chest and fired at Shadow. It stabed him in the shoulder blade. Shadow spitted out blood. He baxk up.'' How did you?''asked Shadow as he hold his wound.'' My shikai allows me to shot it out of any part of my body.''said Gin as mini blades came out of his body.'' Shinso dance.''said Gin as he rushed to Shadow and spinned.

Rui hit a tree. He got back up and clashed blades with Sky again.'' I will win.''said Rui as he then stabed Sky. Sky back up and hold his wound.'' Okay, I'm mad now.''said Sky as he started spinning his blade.'' Banki.'' he said as smoke then came out of the blade coming around Sky. Rui held his blade really tight. A figure came out of a smoke. Sky now had white armour on him, cannons for arms, and he had long blonde hair.'' Get ready Rui, because this is your first time facing a Banki!''yelled Sky as he disappeared and reappeared behind Rui, Sky then fired a blast at Rui. Rui disappeared in the blast.

Chapter 5

Rui came out of the blast. He was wounded a little.'' I see. So it's not strong enough yet.''said Sky as he fired another shot. Rui dodge it. The reason he wasn't damage badly was because he block most of it. He kept dodgeing the blasts. He then block another one. Rui then got his blade and put it at his side like it was in a sealth and ready to pull out. Sky looked confused.'' Are finally gonna do your shikai?'' he asked. Rui looked up.'' Piece though the ground, Zangestu!''yelled Rui as he then pulled his blade out and a white slash was sended to Sky. Everything went white.

Shadow fell on the ground. He was wounded, but not enough to be defeated.'' Your still able to stand. It's time to end this.''said Gin as he shot another sword towards Shadow. Shadow then caught with his bare hand.'' I caught you.'' he said as he then pulled Gin towards him.'' Damn. I can't ecaspe.''thought Gin. Shadow then stabed Gin.'' It's time to end this. Reap,Kazeshini!''yelled Shadow as his Shikai then rip Gins insides. Gin spitted out blood and fell to the ground.'' Don't think you won. There's more.'' said Gin as he died. Shadow then started running towards the arena.

The smoke cleared.Sky was on his knees. He wasn't in banki anymore. He looked at Rui and at his Shikai.'' Damn it.'' he said as fell face down on the ground wounded. Rui looked at his shikai. It was a huge blade. A strange handle, and a white string hanging at the end. He then turned it back to a sword and went back in the arena. He landed on the battlefeild and saw Crow with his blade out.'' You again!.''said Rui as he and Crow clashed blades.

Scar and Cody were outside the arena and saw Luke by the forest.'' There you are. Tell us what's going on.''said Scar as he had his sword drew. Shadow met up with them.'' Hey.'' he said as his friends looked at him.

'' Seems ya need to be taught a lesson. This is teason what ya are doing right now. If ya can beat me, then I'll let it side, but if you can't, then I'll report it to number 1 when he comes back.''said Luke as he got ready to fight and as did Shadow and the others.

Chapter 6
Crow and Rui made sparks as they clashed.'' Seems you've gotten stronger since the last time we front. Now, show me the power you used to defeat Sky and Shadow.''said Crow as he kicked Rui away. Rui fell on the ground. He was still tired from his fight with Sky. He knew he had to win against Crow no matter what.'' Priece though the ground, Zangestu!''yelled Rui as his sword went into Shikai.'' Fly, Blackwing.''said Crow as he did the samething. They then clashed blades again. They were going see who's gonna win.

Scar and Luke clashed blades. He back up. He saw Cody wounded from Luke's attack onto him.'' Looks like you can't win.''said Luke as he started spinning his blade.'' Get ready. I'm gonna show you why you shouldn't fight me. Rage though the seas and the heavens, Nejibana.''said Luke as his blade then started having water form around it. His blade then came out of the water in the form of a trident. Scar saw it. He felt the power that was coming out of it. Shadow then got his blade and his sealth.'' Reap,Kazeshini''said Shadow as he went into his shikai. Scar then got his hand on his blade.'' Rowl,Zabimaru!''yelled Scar as his blade transformed into a 6-part segmented blade; each segment is wider than the one preceding it from the hilt with 2 pick-like protrusions on the front and back of each segment, with the ones on the front much longer than the ones at the back. They then rushed towards Luke ready to fight against his strong Shikai.

Rui was kick to the wall of the arena. Rui got up. He saw Crow walking towards him.'' I need to kill you. Your a thorn in my plan.''said Crow as he turned his blade upside down.'' bankai.''said Crow as darkness formed around him. he then came out in a shape of a black panter.'' Get ready. I'm not holding back.''said Crow as he ran very fast. He silced Rui on the chest with his claws. Rui spitted out blood and tryed to attack him, but Crow dodged was infront of Rui.'' Feather blast!''said Crow as he fired a blast at Rui point blank.

Chapter 7
The smoke cleared. Rui was barely standing. He was useing his sword as a cane. Crow returned to normal. He then push Rui down.'' I doubt you'll live. That was from point blank. I'll give some credit for blocking half of it, but you'll still die from your wounds.''said Crow as he started walking away.'' Were not done.''said Rui as he started walking towards Crow.'' Were not done. Not until I say were done.''said Rui as he kept walk until he saw a blade stabe him. He turned his head around. It was Gin. he was alive. Gin remove the blade. Rui fell face down on the ground. His last image he saw was Gin and Crow walking away.

Shadow flew into a building after being knock to it by Luke. Luke then clashed blades with Scar.'' Damn it. I'm still here to fight you Luke. Lets finish this.''said Scar as he kept clashing weapons with Luke. Scar backed up. He then threw his blade. It extended towards Luke. Luke then dodge it and grabbed it and pulled Scar towards him. When Scar got infront of Luke, Luke then slashed Scars chest. Scar then fell on the ground defeated.'' Hmph. Ya weren't even a good warm up. That is why ya are the weakest.''said Luke as he then was force to a tree. Luke got up and saw a man in a black coat. He couldn't see a face.'' Damn. Why did you return.'said Luke as he saw the man remove his hood. It was number 8, Rex. He had short blonde hair, blue eyes, sword on his back, and he was about 7.5 inches. Luke then put his sword away. He saw the others were awake.'' I'll let ya live. I won't report your teason. I need ya anyway for the plan.''said Luke as he walked away. Rex healed everyone enough to walk.'' We need to get to Rui. His enegry is weak.''said Scar. They all nodded and went towards the arena.

When they got in there, they saw Rui on the ground. Scar rush towards him.'' Wake up dude.'' begged Scar, Rui made a grunting noise.'' He's alirght.'' said Cody. Scar pick up Rui and Shadow grabbed his blade.'' Rui fought great, but I think this is just the beginning of a greater plan.''said Rex as they walk towards the healing station.

Elsewhere, Crow and Gin walked into a dark room and saw Luke.'' Nice one Crow. Now, we'll have to deal with a stronger Rui once he trains.''said Luke. Crow sat in a chair.'' Luckly that was a special clone.''said Gin. as he sat in one.'' it doesn't matter. They can't stop us.'' said Crow as he looked up.'' Once we get enough enegry. He'll be charge and Nova shall fall.''said Scar. The thing he was looking at was a man that big muscle arms and body, long black hair, white eyes, and was about 8.5 inches. He was chained to the wall.'' Soon number Zero. You shall be free in due time.''said Crow.

Chapter 8
Rui saw images of Crow destroying Nova. He then woke up all sweaty. He found out he was in his house. Shadow and Scar were inside.'' We founded Crow's base.''said Shadow. Scar nodded. Rui looked confused.'' How long was I knocked out?''asked Rui.'' You were out for pretty long. I say about a week. That gave me, Shadow, and Cody time to find out where his base is. Yamamoto said we should go and attack the base.''said Scar. Rui put his face in his hands.'' How can we storm his base and kill him if I'm weak. I can't even put one wound on that guy,''said Rui as he kept his face in his hands.'' That's where your wrong Rui.''said Scar. Rui looked up.'' I have something to teach you.'' he said. Shadow was confused.

It has been one week. Scar has taught Rui what he needed to learn. Now, Rui, Shadow, Scar, and Cody all stood at the gate of Nova ready to go to Crows base. Luke was watching from a far.'' I better tell Crow.''said Luke as his got his phone out. Rui and the others then nodded and started running and jumping on trees. They knew they had to stop Crow or Nova will be destroyed. They kept going. They then landed infront of a castle.

'' So that's it?''asked Cody.'' Yes.''said Scar. Rui nodded and they all headed in. They then saw four hallways.'' I guess we spit up.''said Rui. They all nodded. They knew this wasn't the last time they see each other. They all then spitted up. Rui kept running in his until he saw stairs. He started running up them. The others saw stairs and ran up to them.

As Rui got on top. He saw Crow with his sword drawed. Rui pulled his out and rushed towards Crow and they clashed blades.'' Lets see if you gotten stronger these past two weeks.''said Crow as they kept clashing blades. Rui backed up.'' Priece though the ground, Zangestu.''said Rui as he went into shikai.'' Fly, Blackwing.''said Crow as he did the same. They then rush to eachother and kept clashing blades.'' Seems you've gotten stronger Rui. Good. This will be quite a show.''Crow said as they clashed blades. Rui then back up and made a good distance between him and Crow. Rui then had aura come around his blade.'' Get ready Crow. He I come.''said Rui as he rose his blade. The white aura took sharpest.'' Getsuga Tensho!'' yelled Rui as a white slash was then sended towards Crow.

Chapter 9
Shadow kept running up the stairs. He then got into a large white room. He saw Gin.'' How are you alive? I killed you.''said Shadow as he drew his blade.'' The one you faced was a special clone. This time, I'm not holding back.''said Gin as he holded his blade and pointed it at Shadow.'' Bankai, Kamishini no Yari.''said Gin as his blade extended very long. Shadow then bought out his shikai and blocked the attack. Shadow dodged a swing of the blade.'' My bankai is the longest one. It can extend up to 13 Kilo.''said Gin as he then had it extend again. Shadow was then cut on his chest by it. Shadow then saw the blade retreat. Gin then ran the fast he can to attack Gin. As he was about to attack, Gin placed his hand on Shadows chest.'' There's something you must know if you fight against my bankai, if you ever get cut by it. You must pray I don't touch the wound, because I can wound you pretty badly.''said Gin. Shadow couldn't get away in time.'' Kill him, Kamishini no Yari.''said Gin as about 20 silce wounds appeared on Shadow. Shadow then felled face down on the floor.'' One down.'' he said as he walked away.

Scar got to the top of the stairs and saw a man with long blue hair, black coat, sword drew, red eyes, and he was 6.5 inches.'' Who are you?''asked Scar as he got his blade into shikai. The man then clashed blades with Scar.

'' I can't let you past. You guys will ruin master Crow's plans.''said the man as he then retreated and then started clashing blades with Scar over and over.'' Come on. Show me what you learned Scar.''said the man as he then kicked away Scar. Scar then got up and threw his blade so it can extend. The man dodged the attacks. He then stabed Scar. Scar got the blade out.'' Now, I got you.''said the man as he wipe the blood across his blade.'' Bleed out, Buto.''said the man as his blade turned into a double edged blade. He then started clashing blades with Scar again. Scar then was slashed on the chest. He fell on his knees.'' Ha! You can't win Scar! It's over!''said the man as he then lowered his blade to attack. Scar caught the blade.'' I'm not loseing here. I'm glad no one is here to see this.''said Scar as he had wind come around his blade.'' Bankai!''yelled Scar.

Chapter 10
' No, he couldn't not have said Bankai. Only agents 1-10 can have it, but Scar, number 18 has it.' thought the man as the smoke cleared. Scar stood faceing the man.''Hihio Zabimaru.''said Scar. Zabimaru transformed into a massive version of its Shikai form resembling a skeleton of a snake. Zabimaru gains many more segments, which are much larger resembling a mix between a snake’s vertebral column and the pick-like protrusions of his Shikai segments, and it also gains a snake-like head about the size of a small car. The man wasn't scared.'' I WILL kill you! You can't win.''said the man as he rushed with his blade ready to attack. Scar attacked. The snake almost bite the man. The man then stood there.'' Time to end this.''said Scar as he sended another another attack. The man jumped, but saw it was following. He then was bitted.'' It's over. Hikotsu Taiho!''yelled Scar as a blast then killed the man. His smokeing body fell on the ground. Scar returned his sword to normal. he then started running towards Crow's room.
The blasted hitted Crow. Crow emerged from the smoke not damage.'' That was weak.''said Crow as he then started clashing blades with Rui. Rui then saw he hitted the wall. He then was punched though the wall. He landed on the floor and saw Number Zero on the roof.'' Ah. I see you have discovered him. He'll be the one destroying Nova. I'm his master. Once, ya give me enough power to have him live.'' said Crow as he started clashing blades with Crow again.'' I shall defeat you Crow and I'll kill this thing.''said Rui as he kept clashing with Crow.

Cody kept running up the stairs and founded Shadow on the ground wounded. He then saw Scar enter.'' We need to treat his wounds.''said Cody. Scar nodded and he helped Cody heal Shadow. They then saw Rui go though a wall and into the room they were in. Crow stepped out.'' My, the whole team is here.''said Crow as he sealthed his blade, Gin appear next to him.'' Congrats on defeating my third rank Scar. Your power was enough to awake him.''said Crow as Number Zero walked up from behind.

'' Number Zero still sleepy.'' he said as he punched a hole though the wall.'' Let's go Zero. Time to destory Nova.''said Crow as he, Gin, and Zero walk though the hole and headed towards Nova.'' We need to stop him.''said Rui as he got back up. Shadow was healed enough to fight and walk.'' Alright, we need to defeat them.''said Rui. They all nodded as they went though the hole to stop Crow.

Crow and his teammates got to Nova's gate.'' Let the fun begin.''said Crow.

Chapter 11
Rui and the others ran as fast as they can. They then got to the gates of Nova in no time. They already saw a path of descution.'' Damn. let's go.''said Rui as they all followed the path. Elsewhere, A man with long blonde hair, wearing a Brotherhood suit, had a sword on his waist, blue eyes, and he was about 6.7 inches. Luke walk in the room.'' Yamamoto, were sending agents 15-17 to attack that beast. It seems we can't stop it from advanceing. It's heading towards the HQ.''said Luke. Yamamoto was number 1 aka the leader of the agents and Nova.

'' We'll wait till he comes. Have the agents 10-14 be ready for battle infront of the HQ.''said Yamamoto as he gave Luke a order. Luke nodded and left the room. Yamamoto saw the smoke.'' This is bad. Rui, you and your friends better get here in time.''said Yamamoto as he held his blade.

Crow and his teammates were in the middle of Nova until Rui and his friends stopped him.'' Stop right there Crow.''said Rui as he pointed his blade at Crow.'' Gin. You and Zero keep advanceing towards the HQ.''said Crow. Gin nodded and they then started walking.'' guys, I'll handle Crow. Go and help out the other agents.''said Rui. They nodded and ran to the HQ.'' Seems were gonna have another round.''said Crow as he went into his shikai. Rui's blade was already in it's shikai. They then met blades.'' I'm gonna win this time Crow.''said Rui as he sended a series of Getsuga Tenshos towards Crow. Crow blocked all of them.'' Bankai.'' Crow said as he went into his Bankai. He started sending feather blasts to Rui. Rui defeclted them all.'' I'm not loseing!''yelled Rui as he was then blasted to a building. He emerged from the rubble. He then had power come around him.
