does anyone else wonder how sora will have to give ventus his heart back?

 

it makes me think back to KH1, where sora saves kairi's heart by stabbing himself.

 

do you think sora will have to "die" or make some sort of sacrifice to give ventus his heart back? and when he does, will sora's heart be whole or half??

 

(im sorry if this has been a thread already, i cant keep up sometimes. also sorry if this is a stupid question lol)

I think Sora will have to do a thing like that again... For me, it's the only to release Ven's heart.

Maybe, but there could be other ways as well. Master Xehanort was able to remove his own heart using his keyblade but without stabbing himself. Part of me wants to see Sora make a sacrifice for Ven just to see how that plays out, but part of me doesn't.... Depends on how they do it I suppose...

if sora does have to stab himself like kh1 then that means theres an opportunity for roxas to return (he just might not look like the roxas we remember )

i feel the same way. but there is a big part of me that wants to see a dramatic scene lol we all know sora cant (well not cant, but wont) die seeing as there will be more KH games in the future.. but im kinda hoping for a sad/dramatic scene with those two. then of course, it all magically coming together as to where sora is just fine and so is ventus haha

well the reason why xehanort was able to realease his hearts was because he probably had a keyblade of hearts (Theres 3 types of keyblades afterall, so he could of had that type 0.0?)

I actually think Roxas will have to do it because as far as we know Ven's heart still could be inside of Roxas. At the end of KH2 we see Roxas walk right out of Sora, literally; even though he made himself 'whole' with Sora at the beginning of 2. Dont get me wrong I can see how Sora can still manage to have Vens heart but with 358 and 2 we know for sure that Roxas has Vens heart then so it could be possible that Roxas still has it even after being made 'whole'.

your correct about roxas walking right out of sora but remember he was officially absorbed by sora (Roxas: Look sharp [sora and roxas stand at attention, sora absorbs roxas)

Why can't Sora stand in front of Ven(they talk inside of Sora, sort of), then Ven's heart just comes out and enters his body?

Wasn't Roxas officially absorbed by Sora in the beginning of 2? or was it the ending? cause either way Roxas can come out of Sora any time he pleases, unless there's a catch of some kind.

It was in the beginning as explained numerous times in the prequel of KH2 and during the game. How do you think Roxas got out of Sora in the ending? lol
