It keeps saying it failed to set my picture, so I cant upload my avatar.

I had the same problem, but if you set a photo 50 kb or smaller, it will do nicely

with format factory you can make your pictures smaller

The pic might be too big I think.

What file type is it?

It does that with half of the photos I try to use, I usually just resize it.

If you don't tell us anything about the file then we can't help you.

It must be the size of it...

 

But yeah, you need to tell us more.
