September 15, 201114 yr Okay, I'm not 100% sure, but last I chcked, the Vita is fully compatible with any PSN download. You can play the PSP games via download. I'm about 98% sure that you can play it. But hey, if you can't, you can always hold out for that HD remake

September 15, 201114 yr since ff7 can be bought as a psone classic, and since psvita is going to be compatible with exchanging data from the ps3 and ps-store, ff7 should be able to be playable on vita
