Definitely. Lots of games with great potential, check. Smaller and lighter than the PSP, check. Multi functional, check.

 

I am looking forward to play Uncharted: Golden Abyss and Shinobido 2 at launch.

I will down the road, but I'll wait a while. I'm not to hyped about the games going to it, mainly because I can get the main titles to most of those games on my PS3. I think I will eventually, once the price is down. I do like the better cross compatibility between the PS3 and Vita that the PSP never achieved. And if it weren't for main titles being on a console, I would probably only own portables because I have more opportunities to play on those than on my console.

Getting any console solely for one game developer is pretty stupid. Your spending several hundred dollars on a game system you will only use a few times.

i never buy a console just for 1 games, i had KH BBS, 3rd Birthday,Tactics Ogre,Crisis Core,FFT:War of The Lions, Both Dissidia,MGS Peace Walker,God Eater,P3P.Legend of Heroes Trails in the Sky on PSP for example

When a person buys things, it is because they perceive that they will get more value out it than the value given to their money. As such, if a person feels that, say, Square Enix is a company that will provide them more than hundreds of dollars in entertainment value to them. As such, it's not stupid to buy something based on that.

I'm probably going to get one eventually, just not at launch. As already mentioned, there's often stuff wrong with the first batches. Also, when I'll get it really depends on if and when there will be KH game Not saying I'll get it JUST for that, but it'll definitely help. That's why I got a 3DS when my old DS broke.

I see your point but same can be said about Zelda,Mario,Star Fox and MGS.The games are not same than one's on Ps3 like one's on ds and 3ds arn't for most part same game that came out for there other systmes.I like Vitta game selection at moment and most likely more new games are going to come out but they need people to get excited for system and what i can do.

Yeah I know what you mean. There are some Mario and Zelda games I've missed out of because I don't own a Wii. I made that decision would I choose a PS3 over Wii, but owning a 3DS helps that I won't miss everything Nintendo offers ^^

I am definitely getting a PSVita.
