I need some advise on which game to buy. There's so many that I want to buy for PS3 or DS. For PS3, I'm trying to decide between Black Ops, Uncharted 2, Heavy Rain, MW3, or Infamous 2. Or for the DS, I only have the first game in the Ace Attorney series. So my options are betwen the DS games are Justice for All, Trials and Tribulations, Ace Investigations, or Apollo Justice. So basically I'm asking which game should I buy out of those 9 games? Or should I buy a different game. If so, which game?

Eh, I could consider Batman. I'll look up the reveiws and stuff like that. Problem is that it's a follow up of Arkham Assylum, so I'm not sure how much the general plot of Arkham City is affected by the ending of Assylum...

umm ur missing the best game ever! ( assasin's creed)

Is MW3 better than Black Ops in terms of multi player?

you should get justice for all on the DS since it is the second game in ace attorney series

yessss xD

Batman & ASSASSIN'S CREED REVELATIONS

Battlefield 3 rapes call of duty in everyway.

Justice For All. Or Trials and Tribulations.

Oh and yea Kristoph Gavin is awesome. But then again Klavier is better so.

It wouldn't really matter to me, which game I would get between those two. Justice for All because of the Engarde trial, or the three trials related to Hawthrone.

Perhaps, maybe I can buy Final Fantasy XIII....

Yeah, the graphics and story were amazing to me. Though I should warn you, the game is very (and I mean VERY) linear.

This is a lie. The end of the game is so nonlinear it hurts.

I'm going to warn you right now, XIII takes some investment. You are basically in a cutscene laden tutorial for the first 10 chapters. There are 13 chapters.

At first, the game seems incredibly linear, and the battle system is a button masher. around the end, the battles get very strategic, and you're given a lot of open space to explore.

It's nowhere near the best FF game, and it's not for everyone, but if you get it, you should go in knowing that.

As stated above, the graphics are nice, and the story is well done. Excellent voice actors.

The only nonlinear part is when you're on Pulse, and all that is is one giant map used to complete missions and train up a bit before the final boss battles. In fact, you can basically skip the missions and walk straight on through the map and proceed toward the game's finale. 90% of the rest of the game is essentially walking in a straight line. There's absolutely NO exploring worlds/towns (and I mean real exploring, not walking in a straight line-- while in a town.)

Don't get me wrong, I love the game. But you saying the game is "so nonlinear it hurts" is lie. Especially when compared to other Final Fantasy games where you are constantly wandering around many different towns (one of my favorite things about FF games is walking into random peoples' houses and socializing with them xD) on a giant world map.

But hey! I still loved the game. And I'm sure XIII-2 will have a lot more exploration.

I'm going to guess that you DIDN'T explore Pulse. I'd hazard a guess that 90% of the games content is in that set of about 5 gigantic rooms.

Actually, I did. But just "exploring" Pulse wasn't nearly enough to compensate for the "follow-the-yellow-arrow" in every other place in the game. In my opinion, of course.
