    13 = the number of members in Organization XIII

     

    Did you make an account just to post that or what? I don't know any other reason why you'd be here complaining if you thought the URL was so bad that you actually felt that you needed to complain about it publicly. Or maybe you just didn't think through the logic of the name before posting that.
