Kenji Yamamoto, the former composer for Dragon Ball Kai ripped off a lot of songs and later on got sued and fired. This song in particular is a clear One Piece rip-off. It has the same exact beat and instrumental tones. He also might've ripped off some Bleach songs. I could post them if you want me to.

Glad you agree. If Toei didn't give One Piece songs such gibberish titles I'd be able to find all the ones that this song ripped off.

This to me sounds like Bleach a little. I'm not fully sure becasue I haven't even got up to the Aizen Arc yet.
