A little poem I wrote for my girlfriend, well my ex-girlfriend.

 

When the angels sing their songs of praise, it reminds me of you in so many ways.

Your beauty so young, rich and divine, makes me smile like the fruit of the vine.

Our journey together will never end, a fairy tale between two friends.

Such is life and be it thus, for all of time belongs to us.

Through rain, hail or snow.

And of course you still are,

And to have a laugh,

Or how about a giggle,

At least that’s half.

Proud and true,

Remember who you are,

In whatever you do.

 

I will keep you in my heart,

For that I am sure,

Keep me in yours,

And I’ll love you all the more.

Well apparently she thought she was too lucky, that's the reason she broke up with me. She didn't want to involve me in her problems because I was focusing too much on helping her and my grades were falling because of it.
