Taking place many years after the latest events in the KH series, the worlds are attempting to join back together. Without guidance, however, it is a misshapen process, melding things together that shouldn't touch. In this chaos the Unbound are born, feeding on it and driving entropy. A young man who can see the connections underlying all things searches for allies to help him right the worlds and reach the heart of all, Kingdom Hearts, to create a bright future for them all.

 

Rules:

No god modding unless relevant to the story line (send me a message and I'll probably accept it)

No taking control of other people's oc's unless given consent

Let's keep it PG-13 or below, shall we?

No killing other people's characters without their permission

No ending or starting sequels to this without my permission (I'm a pretty laid back guy, though)

Make each post long enough to be worth reading

Try your best to avoid spelling and grammar errors

Don't bash other people's work

 

Note:

You may control a total of two oc's but only if you think you can handle it. Be sure to note who's perspective you're writing from.

You may be on the side of darkness, but only two or three of those characters. (Secret intentions are also welcome)

Worlds from Kingdom Hearts and all Square Enix projects are acceptable as home worlds for your character and you may have connections to whomever you like, but you must use an oc.

Remember that other weapons aside from Keyblades exist, and therefore could be used by your character.

I strongly encourage out of the box thinking, especially in designing your character!

My Character Sheet-

Name- Augustus Concerto

 

Age- 18

 

Home world- Jylland of Ivalice (as seen in final fantasy tactics advance 2: grimoire of the rift)

 

History- The son of famous heroes, he was taken in by his Bangaa godfather, Gwil, when they died. Over the past 11 years he has developed many distinctly Bangaa traits such as his impressive strength, intensity in battle, and strong sense of honor. When the world began to change and the Unbound appeared he realized that he would need to put his born ability to good use to help make things right.

 

Bio- For no obvious reason August has always been able to see how things are connected to each other, and effect those connections, everything being connected to at least something. This has been counter acted by the fact that he cannot use even the most simple form of magic and that he has abysmal magic defense. He believes that this power is a part of the solution to the current problems and is on a search to find others to help him.

 

 

Personality- He is fairly quiet, not because he's shy, just because he'd rather listen than talk. He enjoys taunting enemies, however. He's fiercely competitive and although he doesn't enjoy hurting others, he isn't willing to stand idly by as they get attacked. He feels responsible for those he meets, and therefore assumes a leadership position.

Aria struggled against the chains. The dark figure loomed over her.

"You've been a very bad girl," he said.

(Name- Ethan

Age- 15

Home world- Acedemia

History- An experiment of an evil doctor. He was rescued by two youths and learned to fight for good. Due to the Coming Together, he has been separated from them.

Bio- Ethan is a typical, adventurous boy. He's confused about his amnesia of his past, but he doesn't let this get in the way of his goal. He can control swords with his mind.

Personality- Adventurous, Optimistic, any typical 15 year old's best friend. Very naive.

Appearance- Ventus, but with grey hair and no spike.

Main Weapon- A silver sword, the Soul Silver Saber.

Secondary Weapon- Varrious throwing knives, large fighting knives (think Legolas), short-sword for backhand fighting, broadsword for onehanded fighting, gunblade.

Signature Ability- XIII Swords- Can summon up to 13 silver swords of light to attack foes/shield himself/transportation.

TK was teleported to a dark alley in Cocoon. There was no on in shight so he decided to walk to the city streets. It was night time so no one was out. "ARIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHERE ARE YOU?????????????????" TK screamed out and then saw a mysterious person behind him.

(OOC: Xeveemon and Swordsboy, I would like to congratulate you two in the construction of a very interesting plot line! Nice job! Unfortunately it falls to Iamkingdomhearts1000 to post Cain's section of the story before the "main plot" can continue very much. Feel free to peer pressure him by way of messages! Lol, but not too much.)

 

August looked over at the beast that had just saved his life, finally aware of why he had seemed familiar this whole time. "Lycor?" August questioned. "I'm so sorry man! I just, well I heard screams and..."

 

Another massive strike by the Unbound before them interupted August. "Right, guess I can save the apologies for later. Now we deal with this guy."

 

August charged up energy, the power of it rising to the surface of his body and his sword, licking him with flames. He hated to use this technique because of the pain it caused him, but he found it necessary at times. "Back Draft!" August shouted as he struck the Unbound with his blazing blade, scorching the enemy and creating a small explosion.

Lycor was about to charge when he got an idea. Lycor started running up the Unbound towards it's head. "Auguest, i'll weaken it, you finish it off......LYCAN FURY!" shouted Lycor. after delivering a few shots to the creatures head, he thrust through it's eye for an added messure. once Lycor landed though, his head started pounding as he saw images of his home being attacked. Lycor cluched his head and fell to his knees.

"Lycor!" August shouted. In the face of his friend's pain August abandoned all concern for his own well being. The heat and flames coming from August exponentially increased. The sword in his hand then began to glow.

 

"You Unbound have pushed me too far! I've seen too many friends hurt! I will not allow this to keep happening. No matter what, I promise to protect those who mean the most to me!" August shouted, his voice getting louder and louder. Suddenly the glowing sword transformed into an all new weapon. A keyblade.

"The old August is gone. You know lay witness to the whole new me. Behold my revival!"

 

August lifted the keyblade up in an uppercut, fusing his intensely burning Back Draft and Air Render together, creating an arch of flames that detonated upon impact, utterly destroying the Unbound. August dismissed his keyblade and allowed Back Draft to die away, then rushed over to Lycor and immediately began using First Aid to assist his ally.

(i'll explain his backstory in Halloween Town)

 

"My home, it's being destroyed....i've got to get to Halloween Town, fast." said Lycor as he got up. "It doesn't matter if you thought i was a bad guy, i know i'm a monster, but i need your help, to liberate Halloween Town, will you help?" asked Lycor.

August got mad, no, furious at Lycor. "You're not a monster! I was simply confused before! I was worried about the townspeople and jumped to conclusions. I will do whatever it takes to make it up to you and to help you save your home. First, though, we've got to meet back up with the others in town," August said in reply.

"Got it." said Lycor. as Lycor and Auguest were running into town, Lycor started thinking about going back to his home world. 'i've avoided going home for so long, how will they, how will my parents react to my return' thought Lycor. Lycor suddenly got a confused look on his face as he thought, remembering something he had kept hidden, even from himself.

The figure slowly approached him, ready to attack.

Just then, a silver sword flew straight through it and the monster disappeared. The sword stopped just before TK's face and disappeared.

A young boy about fifteen walked up.

"You don't look like you're from here. Who are you?" he said. "The name's Ethan."

(Keyblade_warrior895, this isn't a big deal, but I just thought that you should know that my characters name is August, not Auguest.)

"What's wrong Lycor? Something bothering you?" asked August, worried for his friend.

Lycor snapped out of his thoughts when he heard August. "What, n-no, no, i'm fine, just fine." said Lycor, knowing August probably wouldn't believe him.

"Nice try man. Cough it up. What's on your mind?" August inquired.

"It's complicated, let's just leave it at that for now." said Lycor, for he knew he would have to tell August eventually.

"Alright, alright. I won't push. Just know that you don't have to keep it all bottled up inside. Besides," August said with a smile, "I've been told I'm a pretty good listener."

"I saw you get a Keyblade, looked like a good one, to bad you got it during the unbound fight, and not when i was fighting that creep in the train station, also, i'm kind of used to people running and screaming 'monster' when they see me, it happens all the time." said Lycor.

August looked over to his hairy and slightly off-putting friend. "To be fair, I didn't know what was going on. I just saw violence and heard screaming. I thought that both of you were evil. I had no idea. As for the keyblade, I was really surprised. I never really thought of myself as a potential wielder. Keyblade wielders are supposed to be these super powerful mega important people, and I guess I didn't figure I fit the bill. Still don't, but apparently the keyblade sees something in me."

"That's the thing about Keyblade's, they choose the wielder, a Keyblade's powers differ depending on the wielder, mine only has dark magic, it's kind of a curse." said Lycor.

"Hi Ethan. My name is TK. But I don't have time to talk. I have to save a girl named Aria from a mad doctor. You can feel free to join me if you want." TK told Ethan.

"Yep, gotta be a curse. If not, then that keyblade of yours would be filled with light energy. Keyblades reflect their wielders, right?" August said in support.

"Yeah, i have a feeling your Keyblade chose you because you have a strong heart, that's the main thing the Keyblade's look for, the Keyblade you get depends on what your fighting for." Lycor the called on his Keyblade and looked at it. "Mine symbolizes my fight to protect every world, and my hope to be accepted for what i am, it's kind of hard when i'm perminantly stuck like this though."

"Don't worry about it, man. You and me? We'll take this curse thing down. You'll get to be your old self again! As far as the worlds go, I actually just got word on that from Yen Sid. I'll tell you about it when we meet back up with the others."
