    welcome to the site and if your on about making amv's gmv's or what ever your going to need a movie maker windows movie maker is what i recommend since your a beginner its installed on most computers when you get them

    Well, most likely your computer comes with some sort of Movie Maker program. (Depending on the type you have, some are better than others. Windows Movie Maker is the most common, but there are others.) If you're looking for something that gives you more to work with, try downloading a Sony Vegas trial. Those are the free options, but if you really enjoy video editing, you could always purchase one of the Sony Vegas versions from Amazon (which will probably be cheaper if you get a slightly older version).
