I need some help. I realize this is probably not the best place to discuss my problem, but I have nothing better to turn to. Heres my problem:

 

Recently, my school issued forms to all the students to figure out which students had parents/guardians that are in military service. This was due a week ago. I forgot it.

 

Yesterday, I gave my mom some forms to sign, but didn't give her the military form. Why? I don't know. I was overreacting. I tried to copy her signature onto the form, so she could never see it (I told her a week ago I was to give it to her, and when it was due.) Of course, my copy was horrible. I tried to white it out, and only made it worse.

 

I am really screwed. If I don't get this form in, I get detention. Does any one have enough sense to help me solve this, without screwing more stuff up?

come down it's ok detentions only 1 hour and also HOW THE firetruck DO U GET DETENTION FOR NOT SIGNING A firetruckING FORM?!?!?!?!?!

Umm, get her to sign the form? I honestly don't see any issue in the matter. All it's asking for is if she was in the military. Why wouldn't you have it signed?

 

Just ask for a new form.

you should just calm down and show your mom the form .. it doesn't really sound like such a big deal and maybe detention seems bad to people that never had it before but it's not all that serious. it's just a slip you did nothing wrong.

i doubt she'll care .. it's not like you failed a report or anything

Photocopy the form once the white out dries. Boom, now you have a new copy.

that or just a regular copy scanner wont pic up the ink under the whiteout

Except, the form has pink coloring on the sides. (Why? I dunno) Not sure if my printer has color ink.

Ask for your mom to sign and explain the explanation. That easy.

I agree, giving her the form would be embarrassing since it's obvious that you used white out. But the solution is very simple, just go to the school and tell them that you have misplaced your form and need a new one.
