In 1892 Van helsing had his dying wish to have his close friend cast a spell so his bloodline will reincarnate itself into certain children born, being reincarnated again and again if they die, in hopes of some of them realizing there ancestry.While some of Van helsing's descendants are killed by vampires or turned into ones before they even realize their potential, others who discover their super human strength, agility and the ability to sense vampires, become monster hunters and protect humans from the vampires, who's intentions are not yet clear. They also protect against other creatures who pose a threat to the humans, who are unknowing of the dangerous creatures out there (although I was kind of intending vampires to be the main antagonists). In This rp you can be either a descendant of Van helsing or any other creature, good or evil. (run the species by me though so I can approve it)

Rules:

•Basic rp rules, like no killing characters without permission etc.

•It is possible for you to turn someone's character into something, but you might want to prompt that your going to turn them so they can decide for themselves whether they wanna turn or not

•using storylines from other anime's/games is not reccomended as it can get confusing if you go off into your own story. But of course you are allowed to have your own background story

•you can have a very weak or powerful character, but you have to lose sometimes or there's no point.

•so that I know you've read the rules put your favorite color at the bottom of your sign up sheet

Once I see that there are actually people interested, I'll put up my own character bio. The first vampire character posted up here will have the option to be the leader of the vampires if they wish btw. 

(Alright, here it goes.)

The vampire roared with pain and leaped up and at Bran. John answered with his twin guns, sending the Vampire back down again with two holes in his stomach.

"Talk and you can continue your unlife with out too much pain." Bran said.

"What do you want, human!" The vampire spat, his eyes red and full of hatred.

"Temper, temper, buddy." Bran said. "Alright, we want to know where the big wig vampire leaves."

The vampire laughed with out humor in his voice.

"You go there, you die, meat!" he said with a sadistic smile.

"That's our concern, man. Yours is answering the question."

The vampire nodded.

"Fine, foolish mortal. I will tell you where the Lady lives. Her name is Olivier. My creator hates her. Wants her dead. She leaves in a castle around here."

Bran fished out a map from a pocket and tossed it at the vampire.

"Mark it, will you?" he asked.

The vampire caught the map, then used some of the blood oozing out of him to draw an x on the map. Bran smiled.

"Thanks." he said, then threw a bottle of holy water on the vampire.

The water burned the vampire and while it thrashed, Bran grabbed the map out of his hands while John, holstering a gun, grabbed the wooden stack in the vampires colar bone and smashed it down, through the heart.

(What'd i miss?)

(Olivier is trying to get Morgan to work for her. Bran and John have gone looking for Morgan. To do so, Bran and John interrogated a vampire to get a location on Olivier, ending with us getting the info, Bran dowsing the vampire with holy water and John driving a wooden steak stuck in the vampire's collarbone down into the vamp's heart.)

Morgan got home and went straight up to her room. She closed the door behind her and took the box out of her bag. She decided to put it under her bed. "Welcome to my top security cell." she joked. She layer in her bed and took out her new book of shadows. She waved her hand over the book enlarging it and as the book translated itself, she began to do a little reading.

If the Helsings came, she would need to be prepared. Olivier sat in the ruined throne, fingering the glass object in her hands. If the vampires got their hands on this artifact it wouldn't be the end of the world, but it would be a crippling blow to her resistance. Hopefully she could convince the hunters to help her...

 

OOC: I updated my char sheet for Caius, the new vampire leader. Just waiting for VIIth's approval.

"Alright Bran, let's get going, we don't want anything else to happen around here while we know what we're doing, that wouldn't be any fun." joked John. John then pulled out his revolvers, pointing them barrel up. "Let's go get lost."

(k ansem the wise character accepted.) Morgan loved reading about the things in the book, although she maybe only covered 3 pages. There were many side notes, and scribbles, but instead of that annoying Morgan, it just made her love it more. It felt more personal to her this way. She began to read a page titled "managing a witches power. She read aloud "Aside from basic powers like spellcasting, potion making, scrying, etc, a witch usually has a specialized power either unique to them, or passed down from their family, if they are a full witch. A witches power usually begins to come into play when the witch most needs it, and then after controlling it can do what they wish. They key to activating and mastering your power is to find a key emotion that sets it off." She began to think that's why she couldn't just say for something to happen and it happens. She needed control. I wonder what else is in this nifty book," she said to herself and continued to read.

Bran nodded and kept a wary eye on dark corners and roof ledges.

"That would be a bad end to a good day." Bran remarked, dryly. "You got a base or something we can go and plan stuff out at?"

Bran moved purposefully toward his car.

Caius leaned forward in his seat, the Blood Reaver's twisted blade etching into stone beneath his feet. "You gotta be... ha!"

 

The vampire fell back into his chair, the soft cushion embracing his slender form. "She's enlisting humans?"

 

"Th- that's what they say." The lesser vampire spat out timidly, his eyes darting around the room. It seemed as though he expected something to attack him at any moment. "She's even hoping to meet with the Helsings."

 

The smug grin on Caius' face melted quickly. "Helsings you say." He twisted the Reaver handle, the blade scratching the floor as he did so. "Hm. This is a new twist. Let's see how this unfolds..."

"Not really, i'm a wonderer, i just kind of, plan it as i go, but there is an old warehouse i hang out at, on my days off." said John. "That would be a good place to start."

Bran got in his car and gestured John to the passenger side.

"Sounds good to me." he said. "After we get there, I want to check up on this Olivier and Morgan. See if there is any connection beyond the Helsing, Vampire relationship."

Morgan decided to close the book and put in on her desk, where she decided to go to sleep. "I do have school tommorow, I guess my helsing and witchly duties will have to wait till then." she closed her eyes and drifted off into slumber.

John got in the car and put on some sunglasses he had. "If we run into vampires, you drive, i'll shoot, i case you're wondering, here's the warehouse address." said John as he handed Bran a piece of paper.

"Ah, thanks" Bran said, taking the paper.

He punched in the address in his GPS and smiled as it gave him directions. He was glad the GPS took them through some well populated areas. Vampires were less likely to attack then. He pulled his car into the street and settled down for the drive.

"So" he said, "How did you find out about being a Helsing?"

"It kind of just happened, i was attacked by a vampire when i was young, lucky for me my dad had revolvers, using them just came naturally, that and the fact that i was pretty good at my martial arts, i had strength and agility beyond normal humans, it's funny, one day i smelled something wierd, next thing i know, i punch something behind me and it's a vampire, finding out was one of the craziest days of my life." said John.

Bran chuckled.

"Crazy, but oh so fun." he said smiling. "I found out after another Helsing saved me from a vamp attack. He trained me and I've been fighting monsters ever since."

Bran rolled down the window of his door and stuck his head out to feel the wind. He sucked in a deep breath and pulled his head back in the car.

"Won't change my life for anything."
