This is based on the Inheritence Cycle written by Christopher Paolini. It takes place several centuries after the end of the last book, with Eragon having built the new hall for the Dragon Riders, who have begun showing up to be taught the ways of magic and the Dragon Riders. You can be Human, Elf, Dwarf, or Urgal, as all are now accepted as Dragon Riders. Eventually, a new enemy that threatens Alagaesia will arise and the new Dragon Riders will have to fight it to save the world.

 

Typical rules apply (No god modding, killing or controlling other's characters without permission, keep romance PG13, etc)

Also, I would prefer, but not require, those who join to have read the four books, as there will be spoilers in the RP.

Everyone will have a Rider Sword of their own style and name and will have the same color as their dragon, with a gem at the hilt for storing energy, as well as any additional weapon of their choosing. However, as this setting is similar to medieval times, there will be no guns.

When speaking as your dragon, or in thought-speak, use Italics, as in the books.

I stated in the rules you cannot have guns, and a revolver is a gun. Also, there are no dark elves, just regular elves. And the Village you put as his home does not exist in the books, you need a place that actually exists. Fix these problems and I'll take another look.

Alright, I'm just going to start this now. Everyone but Iamkingdomhearts has been accepted, and he needs to change his village to one more suitable to elves. The new hall of the Dragon Riders is outside of Alagaesia and called Dras Gedwëy (Shining City) Like Doru Araeba, it's halls are big enough for dragons to travel freely. We will begin with our characters arriving to the city. Their dragons are fully-grown and they learned a bit of magic and the Ancient Language from Arya, Firnen, and the elves of Ellesmera. Of course, the elves will have known more, having lived longer and learning as any young elf would.

Solus flew on his dragon Elrun, having left his home of Ellesmera and Alagaesia itself. They were heading to the home of the Dragon Riders, Dras Gedwey, where they would be trained in the ways of the Dragon Rider. Solus was excited to finally go there after hearing his father's stories about Eragon and Saphira, the leaders of the Dragon Riders. His father sparred with Eragon and became the ambassador between the elves and humans after Arya became queen.

Darrian had arrived at Dras Gedway a few minutes after Souls on his dragon, Nuanen. "Whoa, nice place, i could get used to living here, it's no Ellesmera, but hey, at least it's a place for Dragon Rider's." said Darrian. Darrian then walked around the city with Nuanen to take in the sight's.

(It's Solus, not Souls. It means Sun in the Ancient Language)

 

Solus and Elrun landed and Solus hopped off after unhooking himself from the saddle. "That it is Darrian." he said. It's big enough for a dragon to roam free too. Elrun said through thought-speak. "That's true." Solus agreed. "Should we wait for the others, or move on?"

"Time to go." Gram told Lirael for the hundredth time in the last 10 minutes.

Lirael huffed.

"For the love of cheese, Gram, give me a minute!" She snapped at her dragon, pulling her blanket over her head.

She heard the dragon sigh.

"You are only delaying because you don't want to go." Gram said, patiently.

Lirael growled at Gram through the blanket.

"They will impose rules and we won't be able to as much good." She complained.

"And make you sit through long speeches and attend fancy parties." Gram added, humor in his voice.

Lirael pulled the blanket down and glared at her friend.

"He's right and knows it, blast him." She thought.

She could see in his face that he wasn't thrilled with the idea of joining an organized group with rules other then common sense and the basic moral laws, but he felt that they could do more if they did. Lirael huffed and got up.

"Alright, I'll get dressed, then we can go."

They were already within easy traveling distance of Dras Gedwey any way. She could be there in maybe thirty minutes on Gram's back. Not much comfort, though.

(You do realize that it'd take several days for you to travel from your home to the other side of Alagaesia, let alone outside of it and to Dras Gedwey, right?)

(She's not at her home town. She and Gram tend to wonder. They are actual much closer.)

It would be the right thing to do, many will have a ways to travel to get here. said Nuanen. "Ok then, we shall wait here for the others.

"That we shall. I wonder how many humans, Urgals, and dwarves we'll get." Solus said. Well, dwarves are better suited for the ground, so I don't think we'll have many dwarven Riders. Elrun said. "That's true." Solus replied. "What do you think Darrian?"
