Why does Riku transform into Ansem??

_{Well, I guess that it's because Ansem's still inside him, and to control his darkness, Riku uses that black 'bland', and so he stays blindfold, which prevents him from turning into Ansem's form. He learned to control the darkness by using that, because otherwise, he stays in Ansem's form.}

 

_{He only gets rid of Ansem's form when Ansem the Wise tries to destroy Kingdom Hearts, near the end in KHII. He says that anything can happen, and that's what end happening; Riku can stay in his normal form with or without the black 'bland'.}
