"Calling all Eva Units! Please report to the check in station!" The intercom said as the sirens flashed red. Takeharu made her way through the station, she had been there for about 3 years, this place was no surprise to her. She made her way into the check in station and signed her name and Eva A-2.

"How have you been Miss Takeharu?" The check in lady asked with a smile.

"Good," Takeharu said, "How is A-2?"

"Still in progress Miss, i know its been a while since you piloted A-2 but remember, you and the Eva got pretty injured since the last angel." The check in lady reassured her. Takeharu nodded.

"Where is the Sargent?" Takeharu asked.

"Inside the conference station Miss." Takeharu nodded as she walked off.

Taji walked down to the check station.

" What is it now?" She mummbled to herself walking up to it. Taji ovefrheard where the sargent was and quickly signed in, Writing her name next to her unit. She nodded to the check in lady and started toward the confrence hall. She hopped it wasn't too horribly serious, although she wasn't to worried. She walked down the hall and turn toward the wide doors leading to the confrence room. She pulled one of the doors open and stepped inside.

Takuya was sleeping before that intercom came up, and it had woken him up, he quickly got dressed because the message sounds really serious. Takuya got dressed and bolted to the Check in station. "Unit 5 reported for duty, what is going on?" Takuya noticed that not all the units were there, so he had to apologize for the outburst. "Im sorry for the outburst, I have just woken up, and did not realize everyone wasnt here."

Calling all Eva units. Please report to the check-in station.

Jade stood on the umbilical bridge, staring up at her Evangelion. Beta had survived the transport, but she still didn't like the idea of anyone else getting their hands all over her Eva. Still...

"It's about time." She stood with her arms crossed. "Now that that little goody Claire isn't here to one-up us, we can show the Japanese how you really take care of an Angel." She didn't expect a response, but it still helped her to relieve stress. Beta knew too many of her secrets. It's a good thing these things can't talk.

As Jade made her way to the station, catching glimpses of what was going on around her. The Japanese seemed so rushed compared to NERV back in Nevada. Why were they always in such a hurry? It's not like an Angel was coming now. Or could they not predict when they were coming? That was an interesting thought. She finally arrived at the check-in station (Maybe. Her Japanese still wasn't that good.), leaning on the counter. "Hey." She leaned over, trying to find someone. Hundreds of people worked here and not one of them can sit at a counter? "I'm Jade Ryan, Unit Beta. What am I supposed to do?!"

Eon was examining his Combat Knife, even though most weaponry was not allowed in the Pilot's Quarters. Calling all Eva Units! Please report to the Check-In Station! The intercom blared, and Eon pocketed the knife.

He walked to the station, nodding to the clerk. "Um, excuse me sir, but combat weapons of the type are not allowed in the Conference Room." Eon sighed, handing over the knife. The lady nodded, and Eon entered the room.

Takeharu entered the conference room, and saw everyone around a table.

"Welcome. Miss Takeharu, nice to see that you'll be piloting an Eva this year. Will it be A-2?" The Sargent asked as she leaned forward and motioned Takeharu to a chair. Takeharu scoffed and took the seat.

"Of course. As soon as A-2 gets back, no one else but me is piloting it. And i wont let A-2 take damage again." Takeharu said, leaning back in her chair. The Sargent smiled.

"Nice to hear, we shall wait for the others and then comence our meeting." The Sargent announced.

As Takuya waited in the room, everyone started to walk in and got ready for the announcment. "Oh thank goodness, they didnt take too long to get here, I was starting to sweat."

It was about time.

Jade threw herself into one of the chairs, leaning back. "What is this, orientation? We already know what we're doing, or at least..." She scanned the room. "We should." If this was an introduction, they were wasting their time. She was ready to tear another Angel apart and show these rookies how it's done.

"Why dont we all calm down. We are greeting the new Sargent, who gives us the power to pilot the Eva units, we are also here to talk about the new angel, most of these of these kids dont know what they are going up against." Takeharu said leaning forward. The Sargent nodded.

"We can now start the meeting. As you can see our pilot of A-2 is correct, i am your new Sargent. There is also another angel presesnt, this is the third go around, and we dont have the kind of time to fail against these angels. Like Takeharu said, some people are new piloting the Eva Units, they dont wont know how to respond to these angels. So you pilots that have alread been out in the feilds and fought against an angel i suggest you should team up with a rookie and their Eva unit." the sargent explained as she stood up.

"But Sargent, some of the Eva units havent come in! Like A-2 what about my Eva? Its been gone for a year." Takeharu objected.

"Calm down Miss Takeharu the legendary A-2 will be coming in soon and so will the others," The sargent said as she waited for others to begin asking questions.

Eon lent against a wall in the back of the room. He intently listened to the Sargent's briefing, and noted about the rookies. Eon hated to admit it, but he rather new compared to the more veteran pilots. But that didn't mean he didn't know how to pilot an Eva. He knew just exactly how devastating an Angel could be.

He raised his hand, then asked a question: "Exactly what type of Angel will we be facing? Is there any intel about it?"

I was running down the hall. "Late again." I mumble to myself. I get to the cleark. The lady me slids over the slip. I quickly sign it and slid over to her. I take a minute to breath and I enter the room. "I'm sooo sorry that I was late." I say. "Hehe...." I laugh nervously. I smile a little. I sigh and quickly heads to the back of the room next to Eon. I slump against the wall. Not really know what I missed I just listen to the others. Trying not to be noticed I close my eyes brifly. I can see that I shouldn't be late from now on. I see every one else seems to care more than me about this whole deal but I'm only here becasue an angel took away my last chance to be normal.

The sargent listened to Eons question intently, she sighed.

"That im afraid i cannot answer. But i need to know this, who is rookie here? If you are confront yourselfs and talk to Miss Takeharu, after all she wont be piloting an Eva Unit Soon, she will teach the ways on how to defeat this angel. Wont you Takeharu." The sargent asked looking at her. Takeharu scoffed,

"As long as i get to pilot A-2 against the angel im good." Takeharu responded and leaned back.

"And that you will, if your Eva unit is out, it will be here soon, then the training can commence." The Sargent announced.

"Wait, we have to train the rookies?!" Jade almost threw her chair back as she bolted up to a stand. "Isn't that your job. Seargant? We," She motioned around the room to the pilots. "destroy the Angels. You," She pointed to the man. "just tell us which way to shoot. I'm not wasting my time with this."

She fell back into the seat, crossing her legs on top of the table in front of her, her arms across her chest. "Just tell me when the Angel gets here. I'll take Beta up and thrash the thing."

" 2 days and 48 hours is when we will prepare." The sargent said.

"Sargent! I thought we had more time! 2 days?! To train and prepare myself?! That isnt enough!" Takeharu said as she bolted up.

"Yes i know Miss Takeharu. Your Eva is scheduled for tonight. You can train with it and your rookie as much as you like. But be here and prepared, so dont crash your Eva Units! Dismissed!" The sargent yelled as she stood away from the table. Takeharu sighed and exited the conference room.

"About time." Jade pulled herself out of the chair, storming out of the conference room before stopping. If these new... pilots... were to go into battle unprepared, they would just get in her way.

"I can't believe... fine." Her arms droped to her sides as she shouted "Who wants to train with me?!"

Hopefully, she wouldn't regret that question.

Taji sighed listening to everyone, This Jade girl seemed to have some major anger issues. She sat in a chair near the back and stayed quiet. She didn't want to get involved in this mess. Taji looked down at her hands in her lap, she was actually rather bored.

" Finally." Taji muttered and got up to leave the confrence room. She walked down to hr room and fell back onto the bed.

" 2 Days huh?" She mummbled forming a plan to train.

As Takeharu exited the conference room her name was called on the intercom.

"Takeharu. A-2 has now arrived." The intercom lady repeated. Takeharu grinned and pushed her hair out of her face.

"About time it got here." She said running to the back. She saw the newly made Eva Units.

"Thats disgusting. How can they pilot that new crap? The A units were all good until the newer models cane out. Now A-2 is all thats left." Takeharu said as she stood infront of her gigantic Eva.

"Long time no see."

Eon sighed. Having to deal with training annoyed him. He definatly wasn't going to train with the loud girl. He wasn't new, but he wasn't a veteran like most of the people in the room. He left the room, and approached the clerk. "Is Unit VI ready?" He aksed, and the clerk looked up. "Unit VI is open once you have registered a trainer and will commence training with them."

Eon sighed again, returning to the conference room.

Takeharu grinned and went into the conference room and approached the Sargent.

"Sargent. can you open up the changing room for our suits? Id like to show these rookies how A-2 works. Since i feel nice." Takeharu said as she grinned. he sargent nodded and handed her the key.

"I'm going with you." Jade butted in, almost snatching the key from Takeharu before holding back. "You're not the only one who can pilot an Eva, and mine just spent the last four months in a box. We both need to stretch our legs. That is," She paused for a second. "If you don't mind, princess."

Jade had to admit that while she was hoping to put this girl in her place, there was an element of truth to what she had said. Both she and Beta were used to fighting in the open deserts and smal cities of Nevada, not the megacity that they now called home. That would take some readjusting to.

Takeharu scoffed and opened up the room. She found the locker with her name and changed into her suit. She grinned and headed to her Eva.

"That girl. She wants to face me? Thats stupid, she has one of the most weirdest brand. Maybe its just becaimuse im so accustomed to A-2." She said as she spit on the floor and entered her Eva.

"Power up A-2. We got some business to do." Takeharu said as she jumped in the seat and got the gears in place. She then entered the Eva into the training feild.

"Hope they didnt change anything with you A-2." She told her Eva as if it would respond.

"So much news, Takuya thought in his head, I cant even keep up of what they are saying, oh well. Ill just ask what the important stuff is."

(So what happend? Lol I cant get on the internet as much as id like.)

I put my hand over my face. "I geuss we can't leave till we get a trainer?" I sigh. "And it doesn't like I have any luck." I groan. Great I think to myself.

(I don' even know myself.)

(no clue)

Taji walked back to the conference room.

"So.... what now?" She asked plopping back down in a chair. This was way more trouble than it was worth. She already know how to fly well enough, she didn't need some stuck-up trainer which is all they seemed to have here.

Takuya was still in the conferance room as he saw Taji walk in. "Well So when do we go on important missions? I'm ready to kick some booty!"

"I don't know. " I stand up stright. I yown and streach my arms. "But I'd also like some action." A trainer now why would I need one of those? Besides I already know how to fly.
