After the overwhelming popularity of the idea, I'm starting this rp. Remember, this takes place in the modern time. So people won't be very happy if you draw your weapon in public. Be careful. Also, this was an important question, and I'll answer. You can talk to your Inhabiter whenever you want. And I have to have Sephiroth as my enemy. Sorry, Azure Flame

 

Joy sat in the cafe, drinking his coffee slowly. He couldn't believe all of it was real. Final Fantasy, everything. And why Cloud chose him was boyone his understanding. After all, in the games, he was the cool dude. Still, having the Buster Sword was pretty cool. He finished his coffee and walked out slowly. He put his hands in his pockets and tried to imitate Cloud's expression, but he burst out laughing, causing to people around him to look at him. Oh, if only they knew.

When the walls went down, Aria tried not to be seen by Victoria and Paul. "Shit, I cant let them see me. Time to put on the hood." Aria said. She then pulled out a hood from the bag she was carrying and put it on her. She then pulled the hood up and made her appearance to where no one could tell who she was. 'Nice move. But, they will find out at some point.' Noel said. "I choose later." Aria told him.

 

Victoria tried walking the best she could over to Paul. "Man, it looks like we both got hurt. Good thing Zack knows cure also." Paul said. "Why is it that you always get us caught?" Victoria laughed. "Hey, dont blame me. Its that creepy voices fault, this time." Paul said. Victoria put her hands on her hips. "This time? So you admit you get us caught other times." Victoria laughed. "No, I......um.......hey how about we go to the northeast path?" Paul asked. Victoria thought about this, "Well the more we can try to hold the dude off, the better it would be from them, so lets do it." Victoria said. Aria walked over to them and used a fake voice, "I will come with you as well. I think it would be a good idea to trick him." Victoria nodded, "Okay then, led the way." Victoria said. They then walked past the door, and tooked the northeast path. 'This will be easier than I thought. They dont supsect a thing.' Aria said inside her head.

"Good, a majority of them are headed this way..." Cain said to himself, "Now to leave them a parting gift and head down the rabbit hole." Cain used more of Caius's power to summon two pulse knights and an Omega Behemoth. He then looked to the rafters and said, "Snack time." Once he was satisfied he crawled down the trap door and closed it behind him. The behemoth stood on the door to make sure nobody got through.

When Victoria, Paul, and Aria came to the pulse knights and the Omega Behemoth, they were already getting sick and tired of being dragged into a maze and then they had to fight on top of this? Paul looked at Victoria, "Triple Threat." he said. Victoria nodded and then looked at the knights, "Hey ugly! Come get some!" Victoria pulled out her sword and then waited for them to launch at her. When they came up to her, she then said, "NOW!" and slashed her sword. Paul and Aria then came from behind Behemoth, and hopped up on it. Behemoth then tried to shake them off, but Aria held onto its horn and then took Paul's sword and held it against the horn. Behemoth then tired to attack, and Aria took the chance to pulled a rope around it and then pulled it into its mouth. Behemoth then got choacked up and tried to get free, but Aria tied the rope around its horn. "NOW!" Aria said. Paul then took his sword back and went to the back of Behemoth. Behemoth tried to turn around, but Aria hold onto the rope as tight as she could. Paul then took out another rope and went underneath Behemoth. He tied the rope around each leg, which cause the Behemoth to fall down after being caught. The Behemoth could not move and finally gave up. Paul then rushed over to Victoria and they simply took out the pulse knights thru teamwork. The pulse knights disappeared, but the Behemoth was still their and Aria was still on top of it. She got off and then went to the monster's eye. "Yes I understand, now if you would please be the good guy here, you can help us take him down, then I will return you to where you belong." Aria said to it like she knew what it was saying. Victoria and Paul went over to Aria. "Um, how can you understand what it is saying?" Paul asked. Aria turned around to face them, with the hood still on, "I don't know, I just can. Maybe it has to do with the person I have with me?" Aria said in her fake tone. "So who are you anyways?" Victoria asked. "My name is Spencer Spring." Aria said lying. "Okay Spencer, shall we go get them?" Paul asked. Aria nodded and they all got on top of Behemoth. Behemoth took on foot stomp to the trap door, and it opened. They all fell inside to land whereever it led it.

Cain looked at the three of them and chuckled. "Ya know...it probably would have been a whole lot smarter to have, I don't know...waited for the others? I mean, what am I going against? Three little singers? Oh yes, I know who you are...Aria, I have cameras all over this facility, and speakers as well," he said. He flicked a switch and said," I couldn't help but notice that your sister died, and well I thought maybe you'd appreciate this since you are musicly inclined. That I could play you the song I played two years ago, the song I played when I massacred a whole order of assassins." He used his power to rip the Behemoth from the inside out, and it turned into the lifeless corpse of the governor. He then flicked another switch that played a song all over the warehouse.

 

 

As the song began Cain ripped off his cloak, revealing his bare chest covered with tatoos of skulls and pictures of grim reapers, and he smiled darkly as a flash of Caius appeared in his eyes. The room they were in grew dark, the trapdoor above them shut and locked from the other side, and then flames flew up the sides of the walls revealing no escape. Cain drew his sword, and rushed at them with all the speed he had.

Aria acted quickly and recieved a sword from somewhere. 'There that should help.' Noel said. Aria took Noel's sword and then stopped Cain's attack. "Leave my people alone! I am the one you want! I AM WITH NOEL KREISS!!!!!!!!!!!" Aria then took Noel's lance and then attacked Cain, knocking him backwards into a wall. Victoria looked at Aria, "Aria, is it really you?" Victoria asked. "Yes,its me. I didnt want you two to find out that I am here." Aria said. "Why? Why did you not tell us where you were, or...." Victoria was then cut-off by Aria, who turned around to face Victoria and Paul. "WHY DID I NOT LET MYSELF GET FOUND BY THE ONES WHO BETRAYED ME? YOU TWO LEFT ME AT THAT KAROTE BAR, AND I WATCHED YOU LEAVE TO START A BIG LIFE! I VOWED THAT DAY, I WOULD GET MY REVENGE ON YOU AND PAUL, NO MATTER IF IT KILLED ME! I NEVER WANTED TO SEE YOU AGAIN, UNTIL I KNEW THAT YOU WOULD BE IN YOUR WEAKEST MOMENT!" Aria said with a dark tone in her voice that shook the whole room. Victoria looked at her and then back to Paul, they couldnt find the words to say. "Aria, I didnt realize, it was just a chance came and......." Paul then filled in with the rest of the words. "What she means is that we didnt realize and we are sorry." Aria then looked at them, "ITS TOO LATE FOR SORRY TO WORK!!!!!!!!" Aria then took Noel's weapon and launched at Victoria. Paul then reflected the attack with his sword. "Okay if we have to fight you, we will, if it will open your eyes." Paul said. Victoria then pulled out her weapon. Aria looked back at Cain, "GET OVER HERE AND LETS DEFEAT THESE PEOPLE, AND THEN YOU CAN DESTORY ME ALSO!" Aria was totally surrounded in her heart by darkness that you could even tell that she wasnt really there anymore.

Cain's eyes gleemed. He appeared behind Victoria and Paul, and said, "Ok, let's have some fun." He slashed at them five times, jumped back, and then finished off his little combo by putting his blade against the flaming wall and rushing at them with his sword now on fire.

Victoria and Paul were hit 2 out of five times by blocking the hits with their swords. When Cain was coming in one direction, Aria was coming in from the other with her weapon freezing with ice. "Ice magic, you got to love it." Aria said as she was coming. Paul then came up with the perfect plan, "Summon and Run." Victoria nodded. She knew what he meant by this and reached into her soul. "Odin." Victoria said with the voice of Lightning. Suddenly a warrior creature was standing aside from Victoria. "Lets do it!" Victoria said. She and Paul then went for Aria while Odin went for Cain. Odin pushed into Cain, causing him to fall down to the ground. Victoria and Paul stopped Aria with their weapons. "Aria, dont you remember you said its was okay for me to go." Victoria said. "I didnt want to look bad, I thought it was your choice. But to say I have no talent, while I was the one doing most of the work on that song, well that is unforgiveable." Aria said. Paul then felt bad as he knew he was the one that Aria was talking about. "I am so sorry about what I said. I didnt exactly want you, because you were too good for me to help out. I knew that Victoria would have a harder time trying to find someone who could help her become famous, but I knew that someone was bound to give you the chance that you deserve. I am not just saying this, it is the truth." Paul said with a tear going down. Aria seemed to be going back to normal. She then fainted out of all the darkness that had left her heart. "Victoria, you get her somewhere safe, I will go hold Cain off." Paul said. Victoria shook her head, "I am sorry, but I cant let you do that. You must be the one to take Aria to safety. Me and Lightning have some buniesses to take care of her." Victoria then got up and ran to Odin, "Lets go!" Victoria said as she ready her weapon. Paul picked Aria up and put her on his back. He then pulled out a device and a portal appeared. He then walked thru it with Aria and the portal disappeared.

Cain looked at them and said, "I do this for a living!!! I kill for fun! You think you stand a chance? Not a firetrucking bit! You don't stand a chance, you melon farmers! Now hold on tight, and prepare for the end...you're first girly!" He ran straight for Victoria and sliced at her seven times. Two at her ribs, once at her right arm, one at her throat, and three at her legs.

 

(OOC: Ok, let's see where I hit and what I've gotta deal with next.)

Odin used protect right before the attacks were made and Victoria came out with only scares of where the attacks should have gone. "First, I am not your simple girl. Two, you are madder than the Hatter. Three, I think I like Kingdom Hearts better than Final Fantasy. Four, as long as I have Lightning there is nothing I cant do. Five, I always think of the ten things that relate most. Six, I will protect my friends, family, and the world. Seven, August and friends will not be coming until they know where we are. Eight, I am Victoria Hope. Nine, if you can dream it, then it can become real. Ten, I can defeat you!" Victoria said. She then took her sword and looked at Odin. She then nodded. She thought inside her mind, 'I can bring anything to become real, if I can dream it to be real.' As soon as she said that in her mind, she began to glow. When the flash faded, she noticed that Lightning was beside of her. "You made me real, cause you believed in me. Now lets do this." Lightning said. She then took her gunblade out and flipped it to sword mode. Victoria and Lightning both had the same weapon. Lightning, Odin, and Victoria then launched at Cain with everything they had.

Cain sighed and appeared behind her. "Ya know, the thing about girls like you is...they think they can intimidate guys like me. What was that supposed to do? Make the big bad guy scared, no...because unlike Kingdom Hearts Villians...Final Fantasy Villians don't give a firetruck...they just dont. Caius could kill you seven times over and sleep like a baby, but the sadder thing is. This is reality. I could kill you infinately, I could send you straight to the afterlife, pull you back, and do it again and again. I don't care! YOU ARE AN INEXPERIANCED CHILD! YOU DON'T KNOW HOW IT FEELS TO KILL! But you will know what it feels like, to be killed..." Cain said. He then rushed at her, and using his speed and Caius's strength attempted to thrust his sword into Victoria's chest.

"Not on my watch." Lightning said. She then made Victoria jumped up from and head straight for Cain. She clashed with him and caused him to not come any further. "You will not anyone in any lifetime. I will find a way to defeat you!" Lightning using Victoria's voice said. She then took her sword and slashed at Cain. Odin came from behind Victoria and used Thundergaga. Victoria then decided that Lightning's gunblade was not going anywhere. She reached into her back pocket and pulled out a small device. She transformed it into a bow and then she reached into her other pocket and pulled out some arrows. "My father taught me how to use this bow and gave me some arrows that can desize. Now surrender or pay for what you have done. I may look like a nice, girly girl, but I am really just another spy from the family of Hope." Victoria said.

(OOC: Xeveemon, it is strictly against the rules of this rp to character control, which means saying that an attack hit or did damage to another opponent. That is why Damion would say that Cain attacked or charged forward, but never what happened to your character as a result of that. You also broke an even more vital rule, no killing another person's character without their permission. Otherwise Cain could have killed your character at any given time. Thirdly, it has been a long established rule that no one's Inhabitor can exist as a physical body outside of their hosts, or else they wouldn't need the hosts to begin with. In no way, form, or fashion can you "will" them into being. Additionally, Victoria had no combat experience what-so-ever, so without Lightning she would be useless in a fight against a trained assassin with hundreds of murders under his belt.

 

I move that we have Xeveemon edit and remove his last post. All those in favor please say aye.)

(sadly, aye. that could completely destroy Cain and finish the rp before we're there.)

(I'd have to say aye, I'm not ready to have Cain die on me, and I don't want this rp to end with such an anti-climatic event such as that. Especially one that cuts out everyone else in the rp and ends by a short stab straight into this guy's chest. I know the rest of ya'll probably wanted in on that action.)

(I agree with Not-with-a-Whimper. Not only are they the rules of this RP, they're rules of the RP section and RPing itself. They are the biggest no-no's to RPing EVER. If this was my RP, you would have been immediatly removed, because of how serious RPing and rules are to me, but it's not my choice. Also, there isn't much the other characters can do right now because of this fight)

(OOC: If you fight the behemoths, you can beat them as fast as possible, behind them there are doors that lead to the Northeast corridor about where the door is, and then you can go down through the trap door and be apart of the fight.)

(I know that Cain would not be actually killed by the arrow, but I will edit it. Next, Victoria did have expericence that she has hidden from others, her dad was spy for the government so she was trained along with Aria. Victoria doesn't know how to do most moves that Lightning can, but she does know how to weild a sword. She hiddes her powers of being brought down from a spy family, so Paul wont know about it. I will edit the post, but I really dont see how landing a perfect attack would actually be controling the character, cause do you control the heartless that you attack? And Victoria is sorta imaging the whole thing about Lightning coming out and being real. She is stuck in a day-dream spell.)

(OOC: Ok, out of good faith and measure I'm going to go with the edited post, but just to help everyone kinda catch up I'm not going to post for a bit and let everyone get into the room beneath the trap door.)

(I think that is wise, cause I need to run anyways and I am going places tomorrow so, the closest time I will be on is 2pm tomorrow.)

Joy arrived at the trap-door, Buster Sword in hand. He sighed as he was about to walk in. (Sorry, this next part might anger some people, but I didn't feel comfortable killing Calder.) He was about to open the trap-door when he heard foot-steps. He saw what made him smile. Calder grinned. "Ready to end this?" Joy smiled. "Yeah."

(OOC: Actually that's perfect! I was kinda sad when Calder died. YAY!!!!)

Chuck came out shortly after Joy and Calder did.

August reached the end of the line at his path, facing a wall with apparently no way past. It was then that he heard the sound of heavy breathing behind him, followed by a low growl. August turned to face the inevitable, a large behemoth standing between him and his path out of there. The behemoth lunged out with his claws, an attack narrowly avoided by August. He summoned a gun and shot at the creature's face, hoping to knock it off balance or stun it for a moment. He got more than he had dared hope for, however, when the Behemoth's right eye was taken out. The behemoth, now infuriated, turned the horn atop its head to try to impale its unfortunate adversary. August was able to summon a sword and shield combo at the last minute, however, and blocked the horn. The force behind the blow tossed him into the air and slammed him into the ceiling. Searing pain shot through his body, the needle wounds from before amplifying the effect of the impact. He knew that he would have to defeat the beast however, so as he was falling down towards the head of the beast he summoned forth the Inferno glyph and slashed through it with his sword, cloaking the blade in flames. The blade sank into the skull of the behemoth, it's lifeless body falling with a thud. As August stepped away from it and dismissed the sword and shield, he saw the wall slide over, revealing a path to an opened hatch, leading down below to Cain. August just hoped that the Governor was alright, though a sinking feeling in the pit of his gut told him that it was unlikely.
