Plot: The Discord and Harmony fight a never ending war. Each god chooses warriors from various worlds and universes to represent them and fight a never ending battle. Chaos, the God of Discord, selects his fighters from the strongest of all; power and greed are his warriors’ most common traits. Yet the Goddess of Harmony, Cosmos, chooses only those of strong heart. Her warriors may have lost the most battles, but with enough dedication, they may yet prevail. This battle is an undocumented battle, where the winner is so far undetermined. The story picks up after each side has had their meeting, and the warriors, the pawns, all set out to fight for their deity… as if they had any choice.

 

For those who don’t know Dissidia, it’s a mixture of all the main Final Fantasy heroes and villains duking it out against one and other. In this RP, you can control any Final Fantasy OR Kingdom Hearts Character. Your character must be assigned a side, Cosmos (Good) or Chaos (Evil). The gods wipe the memories of their warriors when they lose, but since it is unsure who won the last war, feel free to play with your character’s memory (such as if I were using Fang from FFXIII, she could be bad and only remember her hatred of Pulse, while if I were Kairi from KH, I could have her remember everything).

 

Be creative with your characters; inter-universe cooperation is greatly encouraged. If you see Aqua traveling alone and have always dreamed of Zidane hitting on her, go for it! Also feel free to have villains interact with each other… Who doesn’t think that a Vanitas and Sephiroth alliance would be great? Likewise, if Kefka feels compelled to attack Mickey, then why not?

 

To prove you’ve been reading the whole thing, post a little message to me between ** (e.g. *Great idea* or *Nice Haircut!*).

 

Oh, and there’s one catch… YOU CAN KILL EACH OTHER… But under only 1 specific circumstance.

At the end of every page, starting after #3, THE PERSON WITH A POST ON THE TOP OF THE NEXT PAGE WILL HAVE THEIR CHARACTER DEFEATED BY THE NEXT POST. So if (making up usernames here) Soralover4 controls Rikku and he posts on Page #3, and then Larxenelols (who controls Larxene) posts and winds up on Page #4, Soralover4’s next post will kill Larxene. Or I could post before her and have my Tonberry stab Larxene in the back.

 

Just like in a real war, there is no telling when anybody is going to die, so it’ll keep everyone on their toes. And if you control a warrior of Cosmos (say… Tidus) and another warrior of Cosmos was supposed to die (say… Namine), then make it an accident or a trap (have Namine walk into a mine or have Tidus miss with an attack and hit her.) And if they’re enemies, make it fun (who hasn’t had a dream of Sephiroth killing Minnie Mouse?)!

 

Here are the ground rules:

1. No controlling anyone else’s characters (unless given permission). If it’s your turn to kill Xion, don’t make her sing a song and jump off a cliff if she’s not your character. Just stab her, or drop something on her.

2. No God-Modding. That means that Chaos and Cosmos cannot be killed. And your character cannot just own everyone else on the battlefield (unless it’s Hope Estheim )

3. Don’t kill out of turn! Only one post kills per page (after Pg #3)!

4. No profanities. Sorry, I just don’t do that.

5. Keep it rated T. Zidane can hit on Aqua, but the two of them can’t book a hotel room together.

 

Rules about characters:

• If you die, stay dead. You can have a last line, but that’s about it.
• When you die, feel free to make another character.
• Keep the teams balanced. I don’t want the whole Organization XIII running around killing all the moogles. Anyway, the more warriors on each side, the more likely that side is to die…
• You can control up to two characters. Refer to Rule #3 when choosing. Hypothetically, I could choose Caius Ballad and Goofy, while Soralover4 could choose Sora and Axel.
• To sign up, post a bio or two.
• If you die and want to make another character, just post a quick bio.
• Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy Characters only. I don’t want Orlando Bloom, Lord Voldemort, or Willy Wonka running around… not everybody knows them!

The most important rule is to have fun! If you have any questions, post them. Oh, and I've already dibbed Caius. The RP will start after we have some people on both sides. I'll update the second post with Alliances and Casualties throughout.

Terra blocked the chakrams and advanced on his enemy. He swung his Keyblade at Axel, but he moved faster than Terra. The Keyblade just cut air.

Terra became frustrated, "How about this?" He charged at Axel, darkness covering his body. His body slammed into Axel with incredible force.

At first Ansem ignored the girl, looking on as the boy with the Keyblade summoned dark powers. He smiled with pleasure. Yes, he could be very useful to me, he thought.

 

When he turned to the person who had been talking to him, he saw that it was the fake Keyblade wielder from before. "Ah, it's you," he said, holding back laughter. "I'm very curious about you, especially because...a friend of mine seemed to know you from somewhere. Tell me your name and where you came from."

Xion looked at the man with a strange look.

 

"Dose he know me." Xion thought.

 

"My name is Xion, who is this friend who knows me?"

"I don't know where I came from." Xion said as she looked at the ground.

 

"Anyway what's your name?" Xion asked

Hmph, I should've known this insignificant girl wouldn't even know where she came from. She's probably not even a real person, Ansem thought. This Xion really was absolutely useless to him.

 

“In answer to your first question, no, I am not allied with the ignorant fools enslaved to Cosmos. The friend I was referring to was Riku, whom you met a little while ago, but he is no more.” He summoned his Guardian and began floating in the air. “My name is Ansem, and you, child, are about to be vanquished!”

"A chaos minion, give back Riku!" Xion demanded

 

Xion jumped back and summoned her Keyblade, getting ready to fight.

Though the girl was thoroughly a fake, she was skilled with the Keyblade. At one point he even feared he may lose. However, Ansem was much stronger than her, and after a somewhat tiring battle, his Guardian grabbed her from behind. He grinned maniacally. “Good-bye, Xion,” he said. Then he finished her off.

 

Suddenly, he felt Riku fighting back, and Riku was angry. Ansem held is head in his hands. “I command you to stop! You're under my control!” he yelled. But somehow, the weakling was winning.

Xion fell to the ground. Her Keyblade disappeared as it fell

 

"Riku, if you can hear me. I am sorry I couldn't save you."

"This world would be better with out me here."

"I hope all my friends I met here are safe."

"I will never forget the memories I have had here with them"

"I am glad I got to meet them, and you Riku."

 

Xion's legs started to turn to crystal.

 

"Riku, please find and tell Axel that I am gone, and thanks."

"I remember you now Riku, we were friends back in our original world."

"You and Axel are both my best friends, never forget."

 

Xion was nearly fully crystallized

 

"Please finish what I started, defeat Chaos.

 

Xion turned to crystal and faded into light.

Riku's body went back to the way it originally was, and he broke through Ansem's influence just in time to see Xion's crystallizing body. What have I done?! he thought. She was too far gone to realize when Riku picked her up in his arms and brushed her hair out of her eyes. “Xion, I'm so sorry,” he said sorrowfully. But she couldn't hear him as she kept talking. He tried to hold on to her as her body faded and disappeared, but now the only thing left of her was her final words, which haunted him.

 

“Please finish what I started, defeat Chaos.”

 

He clenched is fist. “I will, Xion, for you...and Kairi.”

Axel kept dodging Terras attacks. Where do i remember this guy from. Axel shot his chakram at Terra.

 

Cloud raised his blade at Sephiroth. "I may not remember you, but i wont let you get away."

“No such chance,” a voice said inside of Riku's head. It was Ansem's.

 

“Ansem, leave me alone!” Riku shouted. “You...you killed Xion! I can never forgive you for that! I'm done with Chaos, and I'm done with you! I hate you!!”

 

Ansem laughed. “Good, Riku. Continue to hate me, let it burn inside of you. It will make you more powerful. Submit to the darkness, and to me!”

 

Riku shook his head. “Never. You may still be inside of me, but I will find a way to end you.”

 

“If you insist. But the dark powers are still raging inside of you, and it won't be long before they boil over and engulf you once more. Then you'll be begging me to lend you my power once more!”

 

Riku growled. No way was he letting that happen. He looked over at the men who were still in combat. There was now a third, who had black hair and a broadsword, and he looked like he wanted to join the fight. Riku decided he would assist the one with the Keyblade. He thought the man was very familiar, but in a different way than Ansem had thought. He couldn't shake the feeling. He summoned his Soul Eater, ran up behind the man with the red hair, and swung his weapon, attacking from behind.

Sephiroth fought Cloud. They were evenly matched but Cloud just won.

 

"Hmph, your not as bad as I thought, puppet" Sephiroth walked away from Cloud and vanished.

Kairi was walking down a lonely path.

 

"Where is everyone?"

"Riku! where are you" she shouted

 

"Who was that other boy, he feels to familiar but I can't remember his name" Kairi thought.

"Dora, no umm... So-ro, no, no. Who was he?"

"Me, Riku and him always used to hang out together and now I can't remember."

"This!" Luneth jumps foward, unleashing Blade Torrent. "THERE!" He yelled. "Just for a bit!" Bartz slid forward with Cloud's buster sword and drained more bravery from the Manikin. "And This!" Luneth unleashes a final blow to the Manikin. "NNNRRRGGHH..!!" The Manikin screamed after disappearing.

 

*insert Cosmos victory fanfare*

 

"That was fun." Bartz said as he streched out his arm. "I can agree. Didn't they close the Manikin gateway though?" Luneth asked.

 

"...Who knows." Bartz replied back as he twisted his neck around. "...We should get going though, maybe we can get some answers." Luneth started walking forward. "*Sigh* Fine..." Bartz sulked as he started walking as well.

"Stop!" Cloud tried to run after him, but he was too late. "I.....ugh, my memory is faded." Cloud walked around for a bit. "I guess...i have to find Zack, maybe, maybe he will help me." Cloud tried to remember everything he could, but it to was to no avail.

Terra just watched Axel dodge his attacks, "Stand still!" The darkness once more took Terra, and he jumped into the air. He fell back to the ground, summoning meteors to crash around him. Axel was just making him mad.

"Look what we have here, looks like somone has a bit of darkness in his heart." Axel smirked. So this kid has darkness, well, i guess he has to be.....wait.....its his." Axel dodged again. "Hmmm, have to say, this was a fun fight, but i have other things to take care of." Axel disappeared into a dark corridor.

OOC: I was away for the weekend, but good job on the killing! Sorry coolwings! Page 7 is only a page away...

 

OOC: BTW, Noel is frozen and all alone. I invite ANYBODY to come and help him/try to attack him.

“Ah, he's gone!” Riku said angrily when the red-haired man (Axel) disappeared right when the Soul Eater was about to strike him. It looked like the battle was over now. He turned to the brown-haired man with the Keyblade. He looked a few years older than Riku, and he could've sworn he had met him once, long ago. “My name is Riku,” he said. “What's your name? And why do you have a Keyblade?”

Caius spied Kairi walking all alone. She was nearing Noel's location. What would her reaction be?

 

(OOC: Oh, and Rikunobody is accepted. Anyone who dies doesn't need to wait for approval to resume RPing.)

"So......Ansem killed Xion......" Axel tightened his fist. "Ansem, or should I say.....Riku, killed her.......Xion" Axel looked up, a sly smile grew on his face to hide his sadness. "Guess I have some work to do, but, I need to know if Roxas is here also"

 

Cloud went looking around for this Zack person. Till he saw a man with black hair. "Who are you?"

Auron stepped behind Caius.

"I'm told this war is for everything." he said in a cold tone.

He studied Caius with his one good eye while his right hand flexed as it held the hilt of the Guardian's blade.

"Apparently our stories have crossed. Care to make this quick?"

"Hmm, a struggle?" Caius said. "A change of pace. You asked for it quick, so I shall deliver you to the grave shortly!"

Caius spun around and purple flames burst around him. He drew Ragnarok and it to lit to fire.

"Your story shall end this very chapter!" Caius taunted, and slashed down hard upon the Guardian's blade.

Auron pushed Caius off of his katana with one arm.

"My story's been over a long time." he said in a flat tone. "This is just a foot note."

Auron let lose with a barrage of blows with his katana at Caius. When the moves were done, he pulled back some steps.

Caius smirked and jumped back.

"Sorry, but I choose to believe the footnotes don't really exist, just like you."

Caius launched a large fireball at Auron that was deflected off the katana. He then jumped up in the air and used Ultima, with a large, green explosion erupting around Auron.
