I doubt CDs are region-locked. And I don't think it's coming to America becuase for some reason, we never got the KH2 and BBS/Days soundtrack here. I think KH1 was the only game's OST to be released in America.

I'm pretty sure I saw the Days/BBS/coded soundtrack at an anime/game store once. But maybe they just imported it, and it's not for sale in normal stores.
