The Lost Sequel of the Civil War

 

Storyline:

It's been years since the final movement of the Civil War of the KWU VS WPA was set,by killing off their last leader and solid rock. For at the very least 3 years,peace thrived,until a new force of tyranny started to rise again. This force was stronger,smarter,with a better plan. A team went in and tried to finish them off,but with the mission gone wrong from start to end,this new force took over the worlds completetly. For around 5 years this force of tyranny has ruled. The worlds are in deseperate need. People everywhere dying of hunger. Many struggleling to survive from desies. The worlds have lost their beauty and streanght. Those who go against this tyranny are either sentenced to death or set to eternal slavery. Many people are afraid to fight back. But there are many,keyblade wielders and non-keyblade wielders,who are ready to fight. Either join with the Resistance,or help out the tyranny. There is only one thing in everyone's minds.

This tyranny needs to end.

And it needs to end now.

Allright fellow RPers. Begin the RP!

Marina stared,shocked mostly. They had just started and Alex was already a target of the Tyranny's 'experiments'. Marina made a tight fist. "I can't bealive this."Marina muttered to herself. She looked up at Alex as her fist went do deep that her nails stabbed through her skin and a bit of blood went down. Marina looked up and made a fist. "No way we will let this happen!"Marina says,trying to stay positive at this very gloomy and practically unavoiatble problem. She gritted her teeth a bit. "We'll make sure that you stay you,Alex! You managed to spend years at the hands of the Tyranny,trapped and jailed up. You can make through this,I know it. We'll make sure that you stay through to your roots. You made it through what,2 wars?! Even I lost count. You can make it through one more challenge,right?!"Marina says staying positive. The truth was,she was a nervous wreck at the moment. She wasn't showing it,but inside everything that Alex had told her was spiriling over and over around. Marina seemed to shake a bit. She then hugged Alex tightly. "I don't care what this Nightmare thing is,we won't let you fall to them. We'll stay awake and watch over you."Marina says as she letted go and smiled still,with tiny speacks of tears at the corner of her eyes. "Besides,you know me and Leslie,you really think we're gonna let those guys torture us?! Especially after so many years of their crap! They'll have the fight of a lifetime before that happens."Marina says following with a nervous chuckle,showing that she was innsecure. She didn't knew what to make out of this,it was a first. No antidote,no way or helping,having the possibility of loosing him to their enemy. Marina made brave cover and kept smiling.

Alex returned Marina's hug immediately. He immediately regretted telling Marina all of this, since despite how much she was trying to hide it, Alex knew that it was having a horrible effect on her. Alex then moved his hand to her face and gently wiped the tears forming at the corners of her eyes away. He knew that she was already trying to come up with ways to help him, and it was only hurting her more when she would realize that there was nothing. "I've been alone for so long in my life. Even when I joined the KWU, I was an outsider. But throughout all of this, the wars, the failures, the tortures, and now this... you've always been there for me. Without you, I would never have come as far as I have right now. I can never thank you enough for that. So listening to you... I can believe it." Way to make this sound like you're giving her your last words, Alex. That's gonna help. "But listen, if they succeed, if Nightmare succeeds, they'll almost definitely try and use our history together against you. No matter what, promise me..." Alex then put his hand on her shoulder and looked her in the eyes. Through her brave face, he could see pain in her eyes. He put a smile on his face, even though it was now slightly physically hurting him to do so. "...promise me that you'll take these asswipes down and make sure they NEVER come back."

Marina stared at him. All of the facts were simply telling her that he would fall into the Tyranny's hands. With or without a fight,everything pointed that he would. She bit her lip and looked up with watery eyes and a big smile,hiding the pain she really felt. "It's a promise!!! They'll pay for everything,and they'll hit the dirt down so hard,they won't be able to get up!!!"Marina says. She looked down at herself and wiped tears off. She forced herself to hold in more tears as her fists were extremely tight,enough for more blood to flow down. Marina then looked up and smiled. "I'll do whatever it takes,to make sure that the future will be anything but another war."Marina says. She looked down at her hand as her nails were covered in blood and she had marks on it. She smiled slightly and used cura on her hand,healing it quickly. She looked up and breathed. "We'll need to tell Leslie of this eventually,or else other ideas might go around."Marina says as she got her hand to her head,which was shaking still. Lambda could be heard playing outside with the puppy. "How are you feeling so far?Are you hungry?I'm sure we can sneak into the cafeteria for some food."Marina says as she lowered her arm.

Alex looked at Marina. "I'll tell her in a bit. Right now, I just really want to take a nap." Alex then turned to her again and hugged her tightly once more, at the same time wiping tears off of her face. He couldn't help but let one fall down his own. "Thanks for everything..." After a few moments, he let go of her and kneeled down next to Lambda. "I'm gonna sleep for a little bit. Go with Marina and have some extra fun for me, okay?" He ruffled her hair again, making the little girl giggle. He then turned, gave Marina another quick smile, and started to walk away. Eventually, he found his way to the base's dorms. He opened the door, stepped in, and closed it behind him.

 

I'm surprised you didn't flat out kiss her back there. Lord knows you've been letting it build up for 3 RPs now.

 

Alex lied down on his bed. "I'll save it for when I ruin whatever it is the Tyranny is planning for us..."

 

Alex closed his eyes. "...and tear that bastard Nightmare in two."

(leslie's pov)

 

there was a long pause between us. "I understand what that feels...to have something important taken away from you. then...over time anger, hate and rage start to eat at you. dont be obsessed with revenge. Remember that your family will always be in your heart. so will be the memories and the warmth of the light within them only bring a sense of hope that will deter the darkness." I said. 'Thats one lesson i learned...I lost my husband...but i could never give up hope because my daughter and my friends are all that i have left. plus the tyranny is weak right now since the general is dead. we just have to make the most of what we have left.' "continue you family name. live a happy life. dont succumb to the darkness...once your in, its hard to get out. trust me." I said to meloran. a Brotherhood agent came up to us. "Mrs. Inverse, meloran...we have news that there will be a new leader for the Tyranny at once. they are saying that everything is an accident. look." he pulled out a tablet computer out of a messenger bag he had. we watched the speech.

 

Maloran watched as well, he had calmed down a little but still felt his anger towards Tyranny. "So, those bozos are trying to get a new leader...this is gonna be harder now than it was before." said Maloran. Maloran continued to watch until he say the supposed new leader walk on screen. Maloran started clenching his fist so hard that his knuckles were turning white. "That's him, that's the guy that took it all from me....Yanley, promise me this, when we eventually fight that guy, no one kills him, but me...promise me that, and promise that you'll let Marina and Alex know as well." said Maloran. You could see the hate in Maloran's eyes towards that one specific member of Tyranny.

Marina stared and breathed. She got her hand to where her heart would be. "(Wars and fights. One time of peace and now we might lose him to the Tyranny that held us prisoners from eachother.)"Marina thinks as she felt some tears fall. She then felt as Lambda tugged on her clothes. Marina wriped her tears and smiled a bit. "I have to keep working on the investigation. But...I can play with you while at it."Marina says as she smiled. Lambda smiled and extended her arm. Marina carefully took Lambda's hand and walked away with the cybernatic puppy following rather quickly. Marina couldn't stop thinking of what Alex had told her. She looked down slightly. She needed to concentrate,and keep her promise. "(Maybe if I can absorb the power within the crystal,maybe if I can find a way to harness the power.)"Marina thinks. They walked in the room,which Marina closed behind her. Marina satted down on the chair and took out the crystal once more. She started to think about it and what she could so with it,maybe something to help Alex,or just to defeat the Tyranny. "(Maybe I can figure something out.)"Marina thinks as she read and started to scribble down again. Lambda stared. She then climbed up onto Marina's lap. Marina stared. "This isn't very fun Lambda. Its complicated too."Marina say smiling a bit as she watched Lambda mess with the papers. She then pointed at an equation. "3482.90."Lambda simply sayed. Marina smiled with her eyes closed. "Yes Lambda that is..."Marina says when she looked up and stared for a bit. "Correct."Marina says. Lambda stared as she got distracted by the butterfly flying around. Marina stared and smiled. Lambda somehow made things be a little less sad,but all was still as painful as she continued to work while playing with Lambda.

"Alex, sweety?! Wake up please!"

 

Alex was 4 years old, and his mom was shaking him, trying to wake him up. He sat up and yawned. "Why are you waking me up, mommy?"

 

"We have to leave now, dear! Come on, quickly." She helped Alex out of his bed and was holding him in his pajamas. She was about to leave the house, but she heard the sound of their neighbour's doors being kicked down, and gunfire consuming the home. "They're too close..." she whispered. She then walked briskly to their kitchen. She moved the table out of the way and opened a small door underneath it. She raised up Alex and placed him in the small hiding place. She then began to close it.

 

"Mommy, aren't you coming in with me."

 

She was silent, and then spoke quietly to him. "Cover your ears, dear." She then closed the door above him. He heard the sound of her moving the table back over the opening. He put his hands over his ears like his mom told him to, and closed his eyes. He eventually heard the muffled sound of their door being kicked down and loud bangs echoing through the house. After a few minutes, there was nothing but silence.

 

As Alex slept, his breathing started to increase in speed, and his hands started to clench tightly on the blankets under them.

Marina was quietly and patiently reading all of the reports of the sphere,writting down on another sheet of paper notes that she would consider important. Her left hand remained layed on the table,which Lambda was paying attention too. Lambda carefully extended her arm towards Marina's hand. Lambda then slammed her hand down,Marina moving it to the side at the last second. Lambda growled. She slapped her hand down trying to get Marina's hand,which Marina would move on the very last second. Lambda tried again and again,never sucessful in catching Marina's hand. Eventually Lambda began to whine about it. Marina smiled a bit and watched her. Lambda carefully and oh so slowly extended her arm. She then slapped her hand down on Marina's,catching it as Marina didn't moved. "You caught me."Marina says as she smiled and saw Lambda smile real big. "Your turn."Marina says as she saw Lambda extend her hand. Marina then tried to catch Lambda's hand,going slow for Lambda's amusement. "(All of these notes are all pointing of how the energy inside it is practically unlimited. Its power being hard to control and only used on big machines such as that cannon. I could try to build something to enhance this power,and use it for combat against the Tyranny,but what? And even if I start building now,it might take days for me to finish all of this.)"Marina thinks. She then catched Lambda's hand. "Ok,my turn again."Marina says with a slight smile.

(leslie's pov)

 

"Meloran...I cant assure you anything, If it means to end up feeding the darkness in your heart. I wont do it. It's for your own good." I said. 'I just cant let him do that...it isnt right for him...' The Brotherhood agent turned off the computer tablet, and bowed. "thank you for your time, Mrs. Inverse, meloran...we are going to transport the enemies into a holding facility. order by headmaster Niex of course." he said as he walked away. Brotherhood agents started to take away live enemy soldiers into portals as they were all chained together in shackles. a chill ran through my spine as the hairs on my neck stood. 'looking at that brings back memories that should be forgotten, but It made me stronger, I'll give it that.' few number of brotherhood agents stayed behind, resistance members that survived this whole battle banded together into a large group. Kibo and shinjin lead that group. the female twins were not let unscathed, they were covered in cuts in their torso and arms. their clothes were in tatters, they both looked as serious as i never seen them before. ever. they always taken things with a nonchalant charm. "is it true...?-" kibo said. "there's another leader?" shinjin finished kibo's sentence. "I suppose so...we won this battle which took a major hit on the tyranny, but we didn't win the war yet. they are absolutely at their weakest now, since they chose a leader so quickly. we must prepare an attack soon." I spoke loudly to the couple thousand brotherhood and resistance members left. "we are close to victory. look at what we did to their facility!" I pointed to the large facility where it was turned into nothing but rubble and debris. pieces of the large laser contraption littered all over the area with many wires also sticking out of the ground. the large containers which held the bladechildren were either fallen to the side wide open or torn open like an aluminum can. keyblades of fallen resistance and brotherhood members were placed among those that were also fallen in the keyblade war. dog tags would be hung on each keyblade for each fallen warrior. "the eve of freedom...is here! we will not stop unless we can assure that human and keyblade wielder alike can live in peace and our children will not slaughter each other for a difference of power just because a heart is different doesn't mean it should be destroyed or praised. It should be able to live in peace!" I said. cheers and battle cries came from the mob.

"Mommy?"

 

Alex pushed open the secret entrance and managed to squeeze his way out to under the table. The men had left the house, and the building was completely silent. Holes covered the walls. Alex's mom was not in the kitchen. "Mommy, where are you?" Alex went into the main hallway, where he saw his mother, lying on the ground. Blood poured around her body, her eyes were open, and holes covered her. She wasn't breathing, she wasn't moving. Of course, Alex being a little kid, he didn't understand just yet what this meant. He walked up to her and began lightly pushing her. "Mommy?" He pushed slightly harder. "Mommy, why won't you get up?"

 

Suddenly, darkness blasted out of her body. Alex was blown back, and in a flash, he was his current age. As he hit the ground, he saw as his old home slowly began to catch on fire. He heard a voice ring around him. A deep, emotionless voice that he was slowly growing to hate more and more as he heard it. "This, Mr. Roberts, was the first of your failures. One of the deepest fears, regrets, that you hold, and it is your fault." Alex watched in horror as his mom's corpse suddenly began to move, and stand up. She turned around, her eyes glowing red, her vody riddled with bullets, and a voice echoing around her as she moved, seemingly saying "You did this." "Your time has almost come, Mr. Roberts. Let your worst terrors consume you."

 

Alex had backed up against the wall of his burning home. He watched in horror as his dead mom walked through all of the flames, and lunged at him. She sounded like one of the KWU's angels.

 

Alex was suddenly sitting upright and gave a small yell of terror. He looked around to see that he was in the dorm, still lying on top of the bed. Just a dream... that asswipe can't even let me SLEEP?! He felt his forehead. Despite being cold, sweat was pouring down his face. Growling in frustration that he couldn't stop this, he furiously slammed his head against the pillow.

Marina drew on the piece of paper. But soon stopped as she had ran out of ideas for a few seconds. "Come on,there has to be something out of this."Marina says to herself as she tapped her fingers on the table. If she wanted to have a weapon ready for when the tyranny attacked. She would of start the preperation of it atleast. "What can be useful for this..."Marina says as she picked up the crytal. It was in the shape of a square but eith rough edges here and then. Big but not big either. She setted it down. "Maybe a sword??? No no,how anout some...nunchucks...oh god."Marina says as she faceplanted her self in the table. Lambda was entretained with the puppy. Marina looked up and held her head with her hand. "I guess I could start...picking up parts,and dragging them in here. Maybe some scrap metal will seemed artistic enough to make me think of a useful weapon for this war."Marina says as she was frustruated. She was starting to understand the concepts of the crystal,but she needed to multitask if she wanted to have this ready incase of an attack on them. She was just so woried,especially with the situation of Alex. She wanted to build the perfect weapon this time. Not just anything else. Marina picked up the papers and got them in a random suitcase. She stood up and stared at Lambda. "(Maybe there's enough scrap metal to make her a toy or two too.)"Marina thinks. She smiled and looked towards Lambda as she walked over. "Hey Lambda,I'm going to the base's junk yard for a few moments. Wana come or do you stay here?"Marina asks. Lambda stood up,and smiled,offering her hand to Marina. Marina couldn't help but to smile. She was so cute. She stook her hand. "Alright,lets go,I'm pretty sure the junkyard is 70% safe."Marina says as the puppy came along.

Maloran had to blow off some steam, so he decided to look for the training room. "If you need me, i'll be blowing off some steam." Maloran said to Yanley. Maloran then headed down the hall, looking for the training room. After a good 20 minutes, he found it and activated it. Maloran started running along the walls, doing aerial flips and swinging his keyblade at the dummies. Maloran's strikes were actually cutting the dummies in half, and a few he decapitated. He used magic a couple of times and actually reduced a few dummies to dust, and the attacks could be heard through the door.

Marina walked with Lambda and eventually,with help from some random people,she found the junkyard. "Here we are."Marina says. The junkyard was filled with broken weapons,machinary,and other crap metal that they were to burn next week. "Alright Lambda. Be careful of pointy objects. But I have a way you can help."Marina says as she knelt down. She opened the suitcase and took out a paper. She then drew a few items on them. She gave the paper to Lambda. "Consider this a scavenger hunt. Find these items and bring them over. Think you can find them all?"Marina asks. Lambda stared at the paper. She smiled and gave a small saulte. So cute. "Good,now lets get going."Marina says as she picked up the suitcase and walked around. The junkyard. There were so many pieces,she would need to look throughly to find the right ones. "Alright,something so it can move..."Marina says as she looked around through the scrap metal. She found some pieces and got them in her pocket,but she would need something to carry them for the bigger pieces. "Maybe I can figure something out real quick..."Marina muttered. She looked around and saw some wheels and a few pieces that would make the perfect box. Marina picked up the pieces and started uniting them together,making the un-united model first. Lambda walked over and watched. "This is how I usually figure stuff. I put them together slightly and make a mental image of how its soppouse to look afterwards,and it usually gets done."Marina says as she smiled. Lambda noded. "Now to look for something to get them together."Marina says. She stood up and walked off a bit. Lamb da stared down at the pieces. There was some noise that sounded like instruments and tools. Marina looked up and turned. When she did,Lambda stood there,with the pieces screwed and burnt together. Marina stared amazed as she walked back. "What the..."Marina says as she knelt down. She looked around,they were alone. She then looked at Lambda,who smiled. Marina had an uneasy feeling. She smiled and rubbed Lambda's head. "Alright,lets look for the pieces and get out of here."Marina says. Lambda noded and ran off. Marina then looked down at the cybernetic dog. She knelt down at it. "Did you united the pieces?" Marina only got some barks in reply as the puppy ran off with Lambda. Marina rubbed her head and looked for the pieces around.

Alex stepped out of the dorm, effectively feeling even worse now than he did before he went in to have a rest. Rubbing his eyes, he started walking around the base, all of his muscles slowly starting to ache. It looked like Marina and Lambda had left, and he didn't know where. It also sounded like Leslie was busy giving the RP's big inspirational speech, so that was another dead end. Eventually, Alex came across the base's infirmary, where he saw a familiar face sitting there, recovering. Alessa, Leslie's daughter. They had already crossed paths before, but now, they could hopefully be on better terms. "You know..." Alessa looked up to Alex. "...you got me good a couple times, I'll give you that," he said, rubbing his arm painfully. He then walked and sat down in front of her. "You doing alright?"

Marina got different pieces of metal. She felt moe comfortable to build from scrap than to end to re-build something. She clapped her hands as after abouit 30 minutes she as done. "Ok Lambda,I think we have enough pieces for my project for you. Lets go back."Marina says. Lambda seemed dirty for playing with the metal. Marina stared. "Wait."Marina says. She looked through her pockets and took out an anti-bacterial she had found in the room before. She got some drops on Lambda's hand. "Now rub your hands together,dirty meta equal bacteria and I don't want you sick."Marina says. Lambda did as told and laughed a bit. Marina picked up the small kart and dragged it away along with Lambda back to the room,which she had pretty much made hers. "Ok Lambda,stay by that chair over there,and I'll work in this corner. You'll need this btw."Marina says as she handed Lambda a heat mask. Lamnda got it on easily. Marina got her own heatmask on as she turned on a torch. "Lets see what I can do."Marina says. She started to torch and hammer metal together. She got a few screws in as well. Lambda stared behind the mask. She lightlylifted the mask. "Keep it on."Marina says as she didn't wnted Lambda to get hurt by the light or by the fire. Lambda left it on. After about 20 minutes she stood up and got the mask off. She wiped off some sweat. "Done Lambda."Marina says. Lambda got the mask off and looked up. Her eyes seemed to light up as Marina had down a small slide and a single swing for Lambda to play in while she read the reports. Lambda instantly ran up to the slide,climbed up and slid down. Marina satted down by the papers and picked up the pencil. "Atleast she has something to play with."Marina says as she once again burried her head into the reports of the crystal. "(This time...not a single survivor will live through,I swear it...)"

(leslie's pov)

 

"we need to first watch the media...no doubt in my mind they will try to give the people a false sense of security. then we must break whats left of The Tyranny, in their last strong hold is in Twilight Town...we need to prepare for the final battle for our universe." I said. kibo and shinjin smiled. "what?" I asked. "the old leslie is back." they said in unison. I nodded. 'now i know my daughter is ok...and here, im happy.' "great to have you back, Inverse!" kibo said as she patted my back. "yeah, Inverse...try not to get cold feet again eh?" shinjin said.

 

(alessa's pov)

 

I was sitting on my cot while nuri was on the chair next to me. "better than usual...your not so bad yourself, Alex." I said. "you guys are going to keep fighting until The Tyranny is squashed right?" I asked. 'I can just only hope abrax and hakumei are ok. i wonder where could they have gone...if they went back hakumei would be too injured to serve and they would have to put her down and since they are covering this whole thing up abrax would be killed too.' I looked at alex's arm...it was pretty bad, while i looked at my arm. it looked real, it feels real, but from my knowledge it isnt.

Marina read the reports as Lambda playearound. "(Everything is accurate,and complex. But...is it as stable?)"Marina thinks as she read through the files SHe stared at the crystal that satted on the table. She picked it up. "(This thing was powering up a canon...a canon that sent pieces floating around it.)"Marina thinks. She got one hand above the crystal and moved her hand over it. Nothing happened. "There has to be a reactor for its power,something that akes it work,or is it simply a battery?"Marina asks herself. "Even though,all batteries need a way to bend their power for the needs of he user..."Marina says. She picked up different material. Paper,glass,none would work. She pouted. "Why won't it work? It worked with the metal-" Marina looked up. "Metal."Marina says. She picked up a screw. She then moved it around over the crystal. She could seem some greenish aura come from it,as it trying to catch the screw. "Found ya. Gah!"Marina says when she suddenly had a strong headache. She held her head as she dropped the screw on the floor. Lambda looked over to her. Lambda stood up and walked over to Marina. "Marina,ok?"Lambda asks. Marina looked over to Lambda and smiled. "Yeah,just a headache."Marina says as she lowered her arms. She then noted down some details and some doodles of what she could make to wield this power within the crystal. Lambda yawned and rubbed her eyes Marina saw this. "Aw tired?"Marina asks. She picked up Lambda and got her on her lap,holding her in her arms. "How about I sing something for you to sleep?"Marina asks as she setted the pencil behind her ear. Lambda noded. "Alright,let me think...got it. Ahem." Marina looked down a bit. "When daytime turns to night. When the moon shines bright. When you're tucked in tight. When everything is alright~ Slip softly to that place. Where secret thoughts run free. There come face to face. With who you want to be so~ Swim across the ocean blue. Fly a rocket to the moon.You can change your life~ Or you can change the world....~"Marina sang as Lambda fell asleep. "Find the strength inside. And watch your dreams come true. You don't need a shooting star,the magic's right there in your heart~" Marina yawned as she felt her eyes doppy herself. "Close your eyes...Believe and make...a...wish...~"Marina sang as she yawned again and eventually her eyes closed and her head fell back against the seat,both her and Lambda falling into deep sleep.

Maloran finished in the training room, but was still a little depressed, his mind was a tangle of questions, questions he knew he would probably never be able to answer. 'What am i gonna do, if i kill the guy, i'll fall to darkness, if i don't, i failed my family......how am i gonna finish this?' thought Maloran. Maloran was now walking down the hall, trying to at least look relieved of his anger, but he couldn't shake the thought that he was a failure as a wielder. Sure, he could hide that thought when he was in a fight with his humorous personality, but every time he was out of the fight, he couldn't hold in the fact that he thought that. "What would the others say if they knew i was thinking like this?" Maloran asked himself.

Alex nodded, ignoring the fact that his head was buzzing with pain again. "That's the idea. Those jerks have been causing the worlds trouble for a bit longer than I would like." Alex then looked back at Alessa again. "And listen, don't beat yourself up over everything that happened. You were pretty much raised by those monsters, it wasn't your fault at all." Alex looked at Alessa's new arm. It looked real enough. He was surprised that she was being so strong despite the pain inflicted on her recently. "Hey, sorry about pulling out that whole 'I killed your family' thing back there a few hours ago. Had to find a way to get you off of Leslie, nothing personal. Speaking of..." Alex turned his head to the door. "You should probably go and talk to her. I can only imagine how much she wants to speak to you again."

(alessa's pov)

 

"....yeah...your right." I said to Alex. Nuri stood up and looked at Alex's arm. "one second and it will be all better~" she said to Alex, she then took out a syringe and injected a beautiful green substance into his arm. "you feel better in about a minute." nuri said. ' I feel so nervous...I don't know what to say to her..."sorry" isn't going to cut it...' I thought. "your nervous..." nuri said as she was applying a bandage to Alex's arm. "it's ok...she won't bite, she loves you no matter what. Just go talk to her okay? I'm going to finish here with Mr. Roberts wounds, ok?" nuri said to me, I nodded. I sheepishly walked out of the tent. "now, I understand you may have some questions, Mr. Roberts..." I heard nuri's voice trail off as I walked further and further away from the tent. It was already nightfall. A cool breeze sweeped the area, crickets were chirping away and the first few bright starts twinkled. Leslie was helping out the resistance leaders, they were female twins that looked familiar to me for some reason. "hey, your better." she said to me with a warm smile. I nodded. "yeah, thanks...mom." she came over and gave me a hug. The embrace felt warm, a tear rolled down my cheek. "I'm sorry..." I said. "don't blame yourself...you were brainwashed and they took you away from me, but now I have you back." she said. I never wanted to the hug to end. It surely felt different. We eventually ended the embrace, even thought it was night I could still see her scars on her face, and arms. I'm not surprised if she had scars all over her body. She fought so long and hard just to get me back... "it's a wonderful thing that your arm is fixed." she said. "yeah...almost like the real thing...I can't bleed or feel pain in this arm though...it's some high tech prosthetic." I said. "I'm just glad your ok, alessa." she smiled. "now..." she continued. "we need some of your help of how the twilight town base looks like from the inside. These twins right next to me are kibo and shinjin. They took care of you when I was busy when you were a little girl." she said. "you turned out to be quite a young woman." they said in unison as they smiled. "thanks..." I said, I looked down at the table and saw what they have. They have an Old schematic. "yeah... This map is out of date. They upgraded the defenses so it's almost inpenatrable." I said. "don't worry about that..." leslie said, she smiled and looked at the twins. They let out a huge grin. "we can handle that!" the twins said in unison again.

(niex's pov)

 

"honey your back!!!" I threw my arms around her and I kissed my beloved wife. I looked into her green eyes and I touched her long silky black hair. "of course I would be back after 70 years." she said to me. "I know but it felt like forever!" I said, holding her. "um, can you two cut the romance?" i looked at the room. Snow, hope, sahz, fang, and vanielle were there. "oh sorry!" I let go of my wife and I couldn't help but blush. I coughed trying to rid of it. "I'm glad your all here. Our agents have found leads to where serah is." from the corner of my eye, lighting was leaning against the wall. "the last we have allegedly seen her was in a world called Gaia. She was last seen with this man. I pulled out a picture from a file. The picture was of a man with purple hair, and purple armor. "caius..." lightning whispered.

The puppy stared as Marina and Lambda fell asleep. The papers were around and the crystal stood there on the table. The puppy simply walked up and satted down infront of the table,staring at the door,as if making sure that no one interrupted their sleep. Inside Marina's mind memories of her attempts of escaping the hell she was locked in scoured themselves around.

 

"And stay there!"

Marina was throwned into a sphere like prision. Made especially for keyblade wielders. Marina's handcuffs suddenlt fell down as they were de-activated. In an instant Marina summoned her keyblade and charged foward. She slammed the walls of the sphere over and over and over again. The guards laughed. "You won't be able to break that so easily. Just be a good girl and sit still."The guard says as he walked away. Down the hallway there were other spheres with other keyblade wielders inside. Some of them were experienced Keyblade wielders,others were young and recently discovered their power. The tyranny locked them up and set them aside until they were of use. Marina kept slamming her keyblade down against the wall. One of them looked up. "It won't work. I've tried for hours,its useless."The man says. Marina stopped and turned to the side. Being able to see through the crystal clear walls. "I've taken down buildings,if I can do that,I can do this."Marina says as she took out some spheres. She got on on the tip of her keyblade as it glew yellow. She continued to strike.

The day and night passed. Morning came. Soldiers came in with a big basket of bread and glasses of plain water. "Breakfast is ready."The guard says as he started to hand out the bread through a small opening. He then heard some noise coming from the middle side. "What the-...?" The guard hurried over and saw that it was Marina,still hitting the glass,which was now completetly cracked. The guard stared in schock. "Impossible!" "I told you,I don't give up!!!"Marina says as she gave another slam and the crystal broke. Marina jumped towards the guard and slammed her keyblade on its head,killing him instantly. She saw another guard come straight at her. Marina waited and stabbed through,kicking him off her blade afterwards. She ran to the wall and pressed a button,releasing the keyblade wielders that were in the same area as her. "LETS GO!"Marina yells. They all started to run with Marina upfront. The wounded soldier,still alive,crawled over to the wall,and pulled down a lever,activating the alarms as they went off.

Alex rubbed his arm as the pain from Alessa's stab wound began to subside. Now give me a cure to the rest of this crap that I'm going through right now, and we're all set... Alex cracked his neck a bit. "Really, I actually don't have any questions. Just let me know when we're moving in on the Tyranny again. We're close to the point where the RP resting period is almost over." Alex stood up, and left the infirmary. As he began to explore the base again, he saw Marina and Lambda sleeping together, with the cybernetic puppy looking at them. Alex smiled, though it now physically hurt him to do so. He went over to one of the dorms and grabbed a blanket from one of the beds. He then walked back over, and placed it gently over the two of them.

Maloran saw it was getting dark through one of the nearby windows, but he didn't feel like sleeping. Soon after night started to fall, Maloran was having a flashback of his own.

 

Maloran was running down the streets of his homeworld, Radiant Gardens, killing any Tyranny member that got in his way. When he was around the corner from his house, he saw a member of Tyranny (The new leader) exiting the house. When the member was far enough away, Maloran ran inside the house, but was not greeted pleasently. Instead, he was greeted by the bodies of his family. Maloran only stayed long enough to properly bury them and say his final goodbyes. Maloran then left Radiant Gardens to other worlds, hoping to stay with other members of his family, but every world he went to, the members of his family that lived there were already dead. Something inside Maloran just snapped that day, his anger and hate grew, his darkness was attempting to break free. Maloran spent the rest of the year hunting down soldiers of Tyranny, but started hiding his hate behind humor and an upbeat attitude. "Soon, it will be his turn." said Maloran.

 

Maloran's flashback ended when it got to a few minutes before he met the others. Maloran then continued around the base and soon saw Alex. "Hey Alex, do ya think i could talk to ya for a minute?" asked Maloran.

Alex turned to see Maloran behind him. "Sure, why not?" Alex's entire body ached, his head was buzzing with pain, and he kept hearing voices echoing in his head, as well as seeing shadows appear and disappear when, in his mind, he knew they weren't really there. Despite this, he was choosing to keep the others from worrying about it until he was ready to bring it up with them. He looked at Maloran in the eyes. "So, what's on your mind, bud? Something troubling you lately?"

"You might say that.....i recently found out that this new general of Tyranny is the guy i've been hunting for killing my family.....i'm caught between stuff here, if i fight him, i might fall to darkness because of my hunger for revenge, but if i don't, i break the oath i made to bring my family peace...i already requested that you guys not get in the way if we see him, but i'm starting to think that fighting him alone will make me no better off than my family was, that's why i have a new request, if i do find him, and can't fight the urge to fight him, i want you guys to fight him by my side, that way one of you can snap me out of it if i start falling to darkness." said Maloran. "I know i'm not very good against the enemies you've fought before, and i've probably just been slowing you guys down with my inexperience, but if you guys can help with what i've requested, and if you could let Marina, Yanley and the others know, i'd appreciate it." said Maloran.
