jasegoblue1 4 Posted February 8, 2012 I could be wrong, but didn't Nomura in one interview say that the Mark of Mastery exam will only be half or so of the game? My question is, do you think this is still true? I think it would be very cool, to see what happens and how the story still goes on with the results of the exam! Thoughts please! Also, I can't figure out what interview this was, could someone show me?

Spectrum of Life 188 Posted February 8, 2012 We have no idea. It's possible he's referring to the scenes featuring Apprentice Xehanort, but I could be wrong.
Kishira 2,854 Posted February 8, 2012 I'm also wondering what will be happening for the rest of the game. I also remember that interview, I just can't remember which one it is. e.o
khoathkeeper13 429 Posted February 8, 2012 In the past, Nomura suggested that the game would depict Sora and Riku in their Mark of Mastery test that will turn them into Keyblade Masters. In this latest interview, he clarified a bit. The Mark of Mastery test will not span the entirety of the game. Only some parts of the game will cover the test. http://kh13.com/foru...eveals-details/first interview of last year 1 DChiuch reacted to this
TheKingdomkid 1,194 Posted February 8, 2012 i have to go with spectrum on this im sure the other half will be about what aprentice xehanort did and such, maybe it could be more but not that much detail has been given to it yet, just have to wait and see
Neku Sakuraba 88 Posted February 8, 2012 Noruma is unpredictable... However, them traveling to the other worlds IS the Mark of Mastery, because Yen Sid confirmed this by saying if they both came back in one piece, they would be counted as Masters... but who knows...! 1 Kello reacted to this

KingdomHearts0123 18 Posted February 13, 2012 yes it is still true the MoM exam is only part of the game, I remember reading an interview last yr & Im positive Nomura said the MoM exam is only part of game, more will happen after the MoM exam is complete. I don't think Nomura changed his mind about this (at least, I hope he didn't) but seeing as of how he had to change the ending to DDD because his original ending was not approved, this could probably have an impact on weather or not the MoM exam takes up the whole game. However I don't think thats the case because Normura hasn't mentioned anything about the exam being affected due to the ending being changed. since the MoM exam is huge part of the plot if the ending had effected the game this much you would think Nomura would have said something regarding this topic but he hasn't, so I think the MoM is still only part of DDD
