Well, we're looking to increase the popularity of our forum... and I've noticed that the Kingdom Hearts sections are moving pretty slowly... so yeah, I'll be making a few threads to promote discussion.

 

Which is your favorite cutscene in Kingdom Hearts II? For me, it would probably be at the end after Sora and Riku have defeated Xemnas... or any scene involving Axel.

My favorite scene is still when Pooh pwns Sora.

Um i have 4:

 

1) When Sora Riku & Kairi re-unite: OH I CRIED!!!!!!! WAAAA!!!

2) When Axel confessed to Sora: i loved Axel and when he's lying there fading away he shows his true thoughts and feelings that inspired me so!

3) When Axel & Roxas say goodbye (in KH2FM) *sniffles* ITS SO SAD!!!!!!

4) I dunno if this counts but i LOVED Deep Dive (it was the trailer but it still counts as part of KH2)

 

 

 

.................i loved the intro until ppl put it on youtube like 8989798798324732875384725238473731784713298 times and now (its still beautiful but) IM SICK OF IT!!!!!!

-Pence asks, "Do you think we'll always be together like this" at the clocktower (?).

-Scene where Roxas learns its all fake ( TT~TT cried there a lot too), then later goes on rampage (lol'd at that )

-Scene where Roxas is drowning in Twilight Thorn's darkness/nothingness and Namine pulls him out. (nyah, there were more Namine scenes in CoM)

there are probably more favs but I can't remember at the moment...

.... as you can see I like really depressing scenes....

Ur right... a lot of the scenes were pretty stupid... but I guess we all have our own interpretations of aestheticism, no? I just like the really depressing scenes, I guess... (but not the Disney ones... I wish they had just exluded Disney a bit moar, cuz Kingdom Hearts is kind of like a Final Fantasy game, but not so long, dull and repetitive, and I think it would have been much better if the Disney characters were toned down a lot (or completely gone) or if the game was a little moar mature... oh well, I guess perfection really can be unwise to seek... (of others, lol)) I'm just glad that they made the entire thing somewhat bearable (for me) and there were true moments where sincerity and style blended together exquisitely. Yes, much of it was tawdry as a garishly red hibiscus, but, indeed there were small charming scenes and scenelets. Fleeting moments of eucharis-like purity, of buttercup-like beauty, and diamond-like magnificence, preserved in the colored crystal of memory. Whoops, got a little too prosaic again...

I like depressing scenes rather than happy ones.

With depressing scenes you can actually try and predict what is going to happen and makes you go through a stupid adventure in your mind When its happy its just like " well thats over now isnt it, everyone gets what they want and the bad guys dont. "

Final fantasy is long, i think thats one main reason why i never bothered to play it I quite like the disney scenes though, KH wouldnt be KH wouldnt DISNEY

Nyah, I guess you're right... I just don't like Walt Disney personally and some of the subtler implications within some of the Disney corporations movies... but, other than that, it's great Oh, lolz, I just remembered, I would've died if they had taken Winnie the Pooh out of KH. *huggles Pooh&piglet&tigger&eeyore&rabbit&owl&kanga&roo*<3<3<3 I lurvs them so much

lolz. When i was littler-er-er-er I got really scared of the Heartless and I would just spend hours playing with Pooh

favorite cutscene... favorite cutscene... huh... I would have to say all with Riku in them. expecially the one when he reverts to his teenage form.

OMGZ! I just finished Sora's story of Re: CoM, and I lurved the last scene even moar! And when you beat the game, you get to use the "theater" function, where you get to watch any cutscene from the game you want!!! THAT'S SO AMAZING!!!

Ugh I can't even get those games I hate it!

I love the Mulan scene too, how they just arrive to the Land of the Dragons.
