Posted February 25, 201213 yr I've been reading/watching some reviews on the Circle Pad Pro and apparently it's going to be supported by Kingdom Hearts 3D. For those who don't know, the Circle Pad Pro is an attachment for the Nintendo 3DS that adds a second circle pad as well as two more shoulder buttons. So what do you think guys? Is it worth it to get the attachment for Kingdom Hearts 3D, or will you just stick to the regular controls? P.S. other supported games include Resident Evil: Revelations, Kid Icarus: Uprising and Metal Gear Solid 3D Here's a link to one of the reviews I read: http://www.bigredbarrel.com/2012/01/3ds-circle-pad-pro-review/
February 25, 201213 yr It'll be worth it and I known this for a long time so not really a new info but those for who didn't know, now you know! I am quite excited bout this but it is just too bulky but it will be easier to play with it.
February 25, 201213 yr Way to go for posting year old news! It's not his fault. Do you really have to be so harse about it? He just thought he should post something that might be useful to everyone to hear. Instead of bringing him down and making him feel bad you should at least try to support the thread.
February 25, 201213 yr Old news. But it is not your fault since your not entitled to be up to date (not sure if hyphenated) in everything. Anyway, I would like to buy a CPP for many reasons, but I won't like to feel like an idiot when the (inevitable) redesign features two CP.
February 25, 201213 yr well since it seem like CPP will be use to control the camera and we all know KH need a second stick for camera then yes i will be getting it
February 25, 201213 yr Author Old news. But it is not your fault since your not entitled to be up to date (not sure if hyphenated) in everything. Anyway, I would like to buy a CPP for many reasons, but I won't like to feel like an idiot when the (inevitable) redesign features two CP. The only reason I'm not waiting for the redesign is because of the special edition 3DS . Other than that I completely agree with you.
February 25, 201213 yr Depends on the price. If it's over the $25-$30 mark, I won't get one. The CPP is $20. I might get one, as I fear my R button will be severely worn out if I don't. However, due to the reputation of the CPP, I really don't want to be embarrassed when picking it up. Eh, I'll cross that road when I get to it. I am a tight wad though, and I hate spending money... Bah, I might get it, might not.
February 25, 201213 yr It's not so bad to bring it up again. Since DDD is drawing closer I'm sure more people are thinking about it. I don't know if I'll get it. I have an extended battery pack that makes it incompatible and I don't want to put back the original and deal with half the battery life. But it'll come down to how it feels playing DDD without the circle pad pro. If it annoys me enough, I'll cave and get it.
February 25, 201213 yr i will be getting it to use on Kingdom Hearts 3D and Kid Icarus: Uprising. I mean it's only $20, it'll be worth it for some extra buttons.
February 25, 201213 yr Since it'll adjust the camera like how the right analog stick did in KH2, I'm definitely going to get it.
February 25, 201213 yr You just realized? This was announced AGES ago. I wonder if they'll have some sort of bundle with DDD and the circle pad pro. I'm not so sure that I'm willing to spend $20 to get it on its own. The only other game I might get that uses it is Kid Icarus Uprising, but I'm not left handed so it's not really of any use to me for that game.

February 25, 201213 yr i'd buy the KH 3DS and think about buying the CPP. I mean, i didnt have much trouble when i switched the controls in Days to control the camera with L & R. But i guess i would need it if i wanna look up or down. Lord knows i wont be touching the touch screen unless i have to. I dont like using the screen for cameras.. it just doesnt work
February 25, 201213 yr errr dont want to sound stupid but whats a CPP ;D It stands for Circle Pad Pro.
February 25, 201213 yr errr dont want to sound stupid but whats a CPP ;D The Circle Pad Pro is an add on to the 3DS. It gives the 3DS a second Circle Pad (the name of the 3DS's joystick) and two extra shoulder buttons. It is a rather large device, that makes the 3DS very un-portable, and it requires batteries. Also, the 3DS doesn't have the greatest battery life itself, so they made a battery pack extension for it, but to use the CPP you must take that off, thus cutting your battery life in half. All in all, I'll get the game and see if I can play it without the CPP. But if it's something really nessacary, then I guess I'll think about getting it Heres to hoping they redesign the 3DS and just add a second CP!
