As you can remember in Kingdom Hearts II, Kevin Flynn was not present. For those that have not ever watched Tron (Which you seriously should if you haven't yet by the way) Kevin Flynn is one of the main characters and fights alongside Tron in order to defeat the MCP and in Tron: Legacy Kevin is back and he has a son called Sam Flynn. Which begs the question "How will they go about the story of the Flynn's in KH3D?"

Well, Tron did say Ansem the Wise took the data from Encom, and ressurected the MCP. So either there's another Tron and stuff other than the one in Ansem the Wise's computer, or the stuff in the Tron movie happened before Ansem the Wise took it to his computer and then Xehanort revived the MCP.

This, basically. The story of "Tron" took place before Ansem (somehow) got a copy of the OS. I'm just wondering how they'll explain The Gid at all. In "Legacy" the Grid was a new computer and system all together. It was the hard drive on the computer in Kevin's arcade basement. Seeing as this was a separate world than the Space Paranoids, how can it be a world in sleep? Guess we'll just have to wait and find out.

Maybe somehow Xehanort managed to corrupt Tron and thats why its in sleep? whatcha think?

This. So It'll probably for the most part go the same as the movie, with a sub-plot of Sora trying to rescue (spoilers for those who haven't seen Legacy)

Well I imagine Square Enix will call up Flynn on the phone, tell Flynn they have another axel gig, and pay Flynn a large amount of money.

 

Oh not that Flynn? Well like everyone said, Space Paranoids was a copy of The Grid. The Real Grid was allegedly destroyed.

Like other people are saying, this time they'll be visiting the real grid that was destroyed and now only exists in the realm of dreams, instead of the copy in Ansem's computer.

It is incredibly odd to have a digital world inside a dream world. The plot of that world is difficult to put into play, too. I hear they're trying to make another Tron movie, anyway. Maybe there'll be a tie-in?

well, we know it will take the story and characters from the latest tron, but what happenes is YMX probably found a way to tell the villan of tron about the keyblade and got him to work for YMX. That is why the villan (i cant remeber his name.....oh yeah) Clu, i think, tells Sora that he will trade tron for the keyblade. Sora has to stop Clu and save Tron

good questions ,i assume the logic of the Kingdom Hearts universe will find a sollution for that

What Azura Flame said the Tron from Kh2 was a copy of encoms original so there could easily be two trons
