kalnet 1,198 Posted March 13, 2012 (edited) This was originally a 'True Crime' game as some of you knew from the 'True Crime' franchise that Activision used to published the past 2 games but was cancelled while the new game series was still in production because of low sales on the previous game. Fortunately, Square Enix handles the Publishing issue and helps 'United Front Games' to complete and release the game sometime this year. They had to change the name of the game because of Activision still having the rights to its original name 'True Crime' so Square Enix had to change the name to 'Sleeping Dogs'. Oh well. =/ I have high hopes for this game as you play as an undercover cop and its free-roam. It is also taking place in Hong Kong and yeah, look forward to some Kung-fu fighting! I love the 1st game but hated the 2nd one because the game was incomplete and could've had been a great game. Lets hope the gameplay is good since the presentation looks promising so far.
