except weed you cant addicted to and it doesnt harm you at all and you can't die from it while LSD is a different story

lol

though i may be wrong, im not educated on drugs except for mary jane.

but im pretty sure im right

anyways, regarding the article, idk seems like something they could try for really hard cases of alcoholism,,,

it lasts for 12 months and they could regulate it??

idk

Using LCD to "speedup psychotherapy" troubles me. How far would they take that...

Yep, treat a condition with an equally harmful procedure:

1500's treatment for bubonic plauge: Sever the leg with the plauge swells on it, then drain the blood... to help cure a disease that already causes massive blood loss...

1700's treatment for Schizophrenia: Cry heretic, burn the subject alive until heresy ceases (usually when they die)

Modern treatment for cancer: Give person chemo to kill the cancer, they have trouble eating now so give them weed to make them hungry but also give them a risk for different forms of cancer...

Possible future treatment for alcoholism: Give the person LSD which is even more addictive, deadlier to yourself and others, and illegal.

Apparently you don't need to be smart to call yourself a doctor.
