The Anime World: Second Generation

Koneko was off to the side, helping someone get their table set up.

Jykell set up his booth on the outskirts and tried to help people get their food and supplies in a nice, orderly manner. With all of their normal supplies gone, this aid was necessary for all of them. They continuously rushed his stand, though, pushing past one another and even fighting over the food. Jykell didn't know how to handle the situation with all of the people kept tripping all over themselves coming towards him. The last straw was when Joey Wheeler tripped and spilled his food all over Jykell, ruining his new clothes and totally invading Jykell's personal "sanity bubble".

"That's it!" Jykell yelled, his voice changing on a fundamental level, becoming much more harsh and vicious than it had ever been before. Vector Arrows shot up from around his feet in a storm, completely surrounding him in a vortex of blackness. When it'd dissipated, Jykell was no more. In his place, was Hyde. And it was time to have some fun with these slime balls for humans.

(OOC: I was under the impression that you could get the witch's soul, then the rest of the souls you needed. I didn't know that the witch's had to be the last one. I appologize, and will edit my post. Crap, now he won't be nearly on Archer's level.)

Kio jumped infront of Seichi. "No further, Archer is going to play with your friend a bit, and that means you and I are going to have a little fun too," Kio said with a grin, "The name's Makoto, Kio Makoto. It's the name that will forever be in your nightmares..." He pointed his left sword at Seichi and it ignited with flame.

Cassius saw his target from a safe distance. "Well how about that? This will make it a lot easier to convert him than before..." he whispered to himself.'

"Anthony, why do all of these people have to swarm up to our desks? Why do they ignore are line rule?? Why do they keep telling us to get out of here??" Jonah asked.

"It's because this relief effort is pointless...these people want nothing more than war. They've lost everything. Everything they've ever known. It would be like someone killing Goku, Mr. Ichigo, Death the Kid, and President Naruto all in one day. It'd be horrible, our whole country would be in shock. This country has lost it's figureheads, who just so happened to be this country's highest rank in politics, and their capital all in the same five hours," Anthony said sadly. That's when he realized that this must have been caused...not by a neutral...but a second generation from the Evil Nation. But why? That was a question for another time. For now, he had buisness to deal with, and he continued to take note of everything lost by a poor little girl...who uttered the words 'Mommy and Daddy..'

"We'll see about that." Seichi said. "I am Seichi Uchiha. I'd tell you to remember it, but you won't live past this battle." He activated his Sharingan and pulled Suikon off his back.

Kio smiled and ignited his second blade whispering, "Alright then, let's get this show on the road..." He ran forward swiftly, preparing two slashes in an X formation infront of him.

Seichi saw the attacks coming with his Sharingan and jumped back away from them, throwing Suikon at him. The giant shuriken spun as it made it's way to Kio. He started forming hand signs, creating more water clones, which ran after Kio.

Kio's X formation worked as a defense for the Shuriken, and then he spun around quickly moving one arm behind him and then one infront hoping to slice the water clones when they got close enough.

The water clones reverted back to water as they were slashed, but Seichi smirked. "Just as I thought." He formed hand signs again. "Water Style: Gushing Water Imprisonment!" he said. The puddle formed by the destroyed clones gushed up and around Kio, aiming to trap him in a water sphere.

"Well this sure is new...hmmm...what to do what to do..." he thought slowly. If he hadn't been trained to keep his cool in times like these he'd probably freak out and swallow enough water to drown and die. "This fight may rank in my top ten! This is exciting! It's almost as fun as my fight with Alucard...I hope his arm grew back...maybe I should send him a gift basket..." Kio thought. He put up his swords and thought about a way out. He knew he had only five more minutes to hold his breath successfully. This would be a pain...

"Now to end this before it gets drawn out." Seichi said. His eyes changed into his Mangekyou Sharingan and blood started coming out of his right eye. "Amaterasu!" he said, closing and then opening his right eye. Once he opened his eye, whatever he looked at would be engulfed in an unquenchable black flame.

Suddenly Kio's eyes opened wide and he whipped out the third sword, which ignited turning his prison to steam, and he jumped ontop of the roof of a nearby building and ran away. "Put those flames out buddy!" he yelled jumping from rooftop to rooftop.

The black flames moved up as he turned his head to Kio. The flames left behind were immediatly extinguished by him, for safety reasons, even though it put more strain on his eyes.

Kio, realized then that the best thing he could do was retreat. So he jumped off the building, into a burning church, jumped out the stain glass window in the back, and into a river.

"Damn!" Seichi said, closing his eyes. When he opened them, they were back to normal and he wiped the blood from his eye. He formed hand seals and created a water dragon, using it to put out more flames.

Kio floated down the tiny river, and hit the river bank. He coughed up some water, and then realized he was extremely close to Kurono's position. He looked at the time on his watch...he hoped it was right because it was time to get the Hell out of dodge. He looked around for anything big and loud, but most of it was burned down. Except the Capital building and it's clock tower...which was three miles away. "Shit...that means I need to get to the top of that tower..." he huffed. He ran as fast as he could, and then arrived at the capital building. Kio climbed up it's burning side hoping to get to the bell before Cassius was able to recruit the bipolar...he just couldn't place the name...

Hyde burst holes through people with his Vector Arrows, and used his ability to change his soul wavelength to make it incompatible with each person he came in contact with, so when he shoved some of his soul's energy into them, they would practically explode. All of this blood and carnage... it felt good. He placed a series of Vector Plates below some helpless citizens which flung them into the nearest burning building with such force that it began to collapse around them. After each and every one of them was dead, the Vector Storm appeared once more around Hyde, leaving Jykell in his place. Jykell looked around himself in horror and disgust. Had he done that? There was so much blood. Bodies were thrown everywhere. This simply would not do. There must be order and cleanliness. He used Vector Plates to move things around, and soul stitches to fix things back together. Everything else he simply tossed into the nearby river. There, much better.

Cassius was thrilled and walked down to him with a smile. "Well done, simply beautiful Jykell. You know, I thought I had the right person when I first heard about your abilities, and now to see them with my own eyes! Ah! The fact that you clean up after yourself is just my style too! Oh, but you did kill all of those innocent people...never fear though. In my nation, we tend to overlook the blood on one's hands, but enough rambling what I'm trying to say is Jykell would you like to join me and create a clean and propper new world?" Cassius asked.

"Clean and proper?" Jykell whispered to himself. That sounded wonderful. What about the blood on his hands though? Weren't they clean already? Jykell could have sworn he just washed them. He checked once more. Yes, they were perfectly spotless. What about the new guy, then? Jykell didn't know him, and wasn't comfortable with unfamiliar things. The figure standing before him, however, looked perfectly neat and like a proper gentleman. Jykell decided. "Clean and proper sounds very nice, Mr...?"

Kio furiously rang the bell in the clock tower, the signal had been sounded, and it was time to find Kurono and book it. He jumped out of the clock tower, and swund on one of the bell's extra long ropes down to the ground and ran back to the place he left her. Luckily she was still kinda standing there. "Hey! Glad I found you, come on we got who we needed, and now it's time to up and leave," he said to her quickly.

"The name is Cassius Nightroad, I am the head of the Foundation for the Second Generation. If you come with me, you'll be my key componant in changing the future," he said calmly.

Anthony and Jonah looked up when they heard the bells ringing, but thinking that maybe they were automatic the two looked down and continued the tiring paper work.

OOC: I missed the fight, but my car is now mended! Sorry, guys.

These were students?! Archer twisted up inside, though his exterior remained stoic. Was this also part of Cassius' plan? The Rho Aias vanished, Archer lowering his blades. "Child, listen to me. Take your friends... and leave." The battered wall of swords began to disintegrate into red flakes of magic. "This pan goes farhter than you can imagine, and I won't have children be a part of it." But the determination Kusarigama's eyes told a different story.

Before Archer could press the matter, the clock tower's bell cut through the fury that had overtaken the streets. It would seem that that was the signal. Time to retreat. Kanshou and Bakuya vanished, all of Archer's weapon now gone. "Heed my warning, because I'm afraid that the next time... I may not be able to simply leave you." Archer vanished, rematerializing just outside the commotion. It just occerued to him that Kio had never set up a rendezvous point. The fact that this cobbled-together plan even happened was amazing.

"I know. I'm looking at it right now." Akihiko pressed closer to the television screen, the view below engulfed in flames. The voice on the phone continued to speak, but his attention was still on the images on front of him. Great. Things finally settle down, for the most part, and then this happens. The last thing this country needs is a rogue terrorist. "Right, I can leave now." He flipped the phone closed and strode out of the shop with a pace unseen to Shin. The boy had to run to catch up with the detective.

"What's going on? What are you doing?" Akihiko never stopped, not even looking over to Shin.

"I'm being sent to the Neutral Zone. Special orders and everything." He stopped abruptly. "Shin... go home."

"What? What are you talking about?! I'm going to help you!" The fire in Shin's voice was quenched by the ice of Akihiko's reply.

"Go home, Shin. Jun will need you. We don't know how these terrorists will act next... they may come here. I can't involve you in this." He began to walk away, stopping after a few feet. "Please, just leave this to the police. We don't need a repeat of the Marebito incident." And with that, Akihiko left Shin alone on the sidewalk.

Kusarigama, deciding it a better course of action to put out fires rather than chase what seemed to be an enemy, summoned his broom once more and began creating vacumes of air to suffocate the flames (Which would make for a great band name, imo. Suffocate the Flames, that is, not vacumes of air.). As soon as this was done he would set out to the bus again where they would all regroup.
