Summer has begun. For the kids of Twilight Town, that means no school and fun. For some, however, this summer will hold other things as well. A growing conflict is happening outside their world that they know nothing about, yet they will be drawn into it. Fate waits. Who is called?

 

 

Rules:

1: No controlling other peoples characters without their permission.

2: Keep language, romance, gore and so forth on a PG13 level.

3: No Godmodding unless it works for the story.

4: Maximum of 3 characters currently.

5: No killing each other without mutual permission.

6: Please post "Inbetween" at the bottom of your post to show you read the rules.

Key Concepts:

• This game starts at about the time Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream, Drop, Distance begins.
• The game starts with a group of kids in Twilight Town.
• Magic and actual weapons will come in as we play, so work it into your story.
• Your starting character can originally be from another world, but they are now a resident of Twilight Town.
• To start, travel between the worlds is not possible for the kids. This will open up as the story goes on.
• As the story goes on, I will allow players to make characters that are already Keyblade wielders, adventurers and so forth.
• Square Enix took and reimaged favorite Final Fantasy characters to fit KH worlds (i.e. Tidus, Waka, Seifer...). Don't be afraid to do the same with any Sqaure Enix, Disney or whatever character you want to bring in.

Personality: A little cold, tough, determined, and protective.

 

Bio: A highschool student known for her athletic ability, Claire Farron is an indepented girl that has few friends. Protective of her little sister, Serah, Claire learned to fight off bullies to protect Serah. Her skill at it lead to her tacking up practice fighting and she is currently practicing for the next Struggle tournament. She gained the nickname "Lightning" for her fast and powerful fighting style.

Tifa, who now thought she was Riku started acting like him. She looked at the entrance of the train station. Her reflection changed to Riku. She really believed she was him. As she stood there the Realm of Reality showed Dexer's and Xehanort's fight. She thought it was intense. As Dexer, blasted Xehanort, the blasted body passed through hers. I was kinda hoping to get hit by that. Ugh. And once again she couldn't see them. She fell asleep. Because she was in the Realm Between version 2 (Between Reality and Dreams). She appeared in the real Twilight Town, but in the image of KH3D Riku. This was getting out of hand. She was inside the train station. She saw the battle happening outside. "I can see them! But how?" She started to sound more like Riku. Finally! she thought. She looked at her clothes and the Way to the Dawn on right arm, but the Keyblade wasn't really there.

Lexi watched as Dexer laid on the ground wounded by the man. This had infuriated Lexi to the boilng point. Her struggle transformed into a long sword. It felt light as a feather in her hands as she gripped the sword. She went straight at him while maintaining a safe distance from him. She needed to do a good amount of damage to him to avenge her fallen friend. She would do anything as long as nobody was hurt.

Minus was about to step between Dexer and Xehanort, to try and help him. But as she was thinking that, Dexer got up and used the Dark Thunder. Minus was taken aback. Dexer still seemed a little hurt. "Don't worry, I'll take it from here." Minus said calmingly. She held her katana backhand, as she did normally, and held in front of her chest, guarding.

 

(You don't have to use Dark magic. I'm using because I have a plotline.)

Tifa was now exactly a full-blown Riku but with a Keyblade that was not there. She ran out of the station. "What's going on? Who are you fighting?" They were too busy in the frenzy. She joined in and started swinging at Xehanort. The others were looking at 'him' with weird eyes. She wasn't hitting him at all. "What?" she asked. She jumped back to where the others who weren't fighting were. "Why can't I hit him?"

Sorry, I wasn't trying to copy you or anything, I've been planning on having my character have darkness in them

"You.....you have arrived, Riku, chosen Keyblade wielder." said "Xehanort", appearing behind Tifa, now in the form of Riku as he started talking to her again, only this time through direct contact.

"But why?" 'he' asked. The mirage Keyblade disappeared from 'his' hand. Tifa looked around and saw an extra struggle club on the floor. 'He' picks it up and it transforms into the Soul Eater. 'He' tries to hit 'Xehanort' but the Soul Eater disappears before impact. "Why can't I hit you?" 'he' asked. 'He became furious and darkness started to leak out of 'his' left arm. 'He' looks at it and decides to try and hit 'Xehanort' with it. It makes direct contact and pushes him back quite a bit. He stays standing though. 'He's' surprised. For a moment 'He turns back into Tifa's normal appearance, but changes back straight away. Using her original power seemed to change her back, even if it was just for a second.

What is going on here? is what Minus was thinking, watching the new guy's and Xehanort's "brawl". Minus helped Dexer up and tried to help him recover from his cut.

 

(@Corrupted, sorry I just thought you were confused because I hadn't known where the darkness came from.)

Tifa went crazy. The darkness that Riku had controlled in the past was transferring to her. She was truly becoming him. Soon, there would be no turning back. The Soul Eater appeared in her hands and she started to attack everyone with a Dark Volley Shotlock. "Hyaah." Sounding more like Riku each stage. "The gates have been closed. There is no longer a way out from this world." 'He' said.

 

(Right now Riku Replica who died in KH:CoM has somehow accessed her body. She doesn't know it.)

Lexi didn't understand what was going on. Whoever this person is has no control. She would block, although it would sometimes fail, getting wounded. Finally, she couldn't take it anymore. Lexi fell on her knees trying to gain energy, just to find that it wouldn't. She felt like giving up.

"No.....im too late! still, there can be something i can do for these kids." said "Xehanort", Creating blue sphere like portals that captures everyone except Tifa inside of them and transports them to wherever the Heart feels connected to the most inside of them as the skies over Twilight Town begin to darken and "Xehanort" begins to fight Tifa on his own.

(Just to Clarify: Tifa looks like KH3D Riku atm. She is being controlled by Riku Replica from CoM. The darkness that possessed Riku has now possessed her. She is now able to use the Soul Eater.)

 

Inside her heart:

"Who are you?" she asked.

"Well I'm you. I'm also Riku, but I'm really not." he answered.

"What does that even mean?" she asked. "I'm the real Riku."

"Or so you think. Trust me, I'm here to help. Not knowing your true identity will mess you up." he assured her.

 

Outside:

"So you say your name is Xehanort?" 'he' asked 'Xehanort'. "I guess I'm not the only one lying to myself. If you want me to stop this, tell me who you really are." 'he' sounded very convincing. Riku Replica was now in full control of her body. 'He' started to charge his shotlock. "Better hurry." 'He' shoots the Dark Volley and many Portals made of Darkness are made around them. Disappearing super fast he grabs all the others and moves them back. Then he grabs the group and brings them to the secret lab via Portal of Darkness. "Turn that computer on and go under the beam. ALL OF YOU NOW." 'He' was planning to move them to the Virtual Twilight Town. Quickly moving back to where 'Xehanort' was 'he' says, "Please, I know you're concerned for them, but you must join the others in the other Twilight Town also." 'he' said.

"I see.....so Master Xehanort has gotten to you has he? he brought to this current day and age with the promise of making you real, only that you do his bidding, in exchange for that promise, the promise that Xemnas, Vexen and Marluxia would never give you, unlike Master Xehanort, who you believe to be in keeping touch with promises, correct?" said "Xehanort", believing what he believes to be the truth about the Riku Replica's actions.

(I used the dark portals to bring you to the lab in Twilight Town and forced you to go under the beam to go to the fake one. It's your choice if you want to obey or do something else.)

Minus was still extremely confused. What is with this guy and where did he come from? She thought. "I'm not going into that beam! For all we know it could disintegrate us!" Minus replied defiantly to 'his' orders. "If I'm doing anything it's fighting for this town's safety!" Minus ran upstairs and outside, where dark skies and lightning greeted her.

'He' looked up at the dark skies. "Listen. I'm not a bad guy here." 'He' replied to 'Xehanort' "You must make them go into the other Twilight Town. This world isn't going to last. Running to the Realm Between Dreams and Reality, the virtual Twilight Town, is the only way to save everyone's life. There isn't any other way out anymore. If you sent them out with your orb you'll send them off to worlds that are no longer there. Something has happened in the outside. All the worlds that lie in the Realm of Reality have disappeared." 'He' teleports via dark portal to where Minus is. "If you won't listen I'll force you." He drew his weapon, standing in Riku-fighting pose.

"....." remained silent did "Xehanort" before he then transformed into 13 copies of himself and had surrounded Riku in a circle before saying "let us go together, to where the Realm of Paradise awaits." said "Xehanort", talking about some strange and mysterious new introduced Realm all of a sudden.

"What are you talking about?" 'He' asked. "Where is this realm?" There was no way to know. He became just as confused as the kids who were trying to fight for their life.

Lightning struggled to make sense of what was going on, but it wasn't working. Now holding a gunblade instead of a stuggle bat, she vainly tried to keep an eye on everything at once. Serah had a little sling shot out, pointing it around. Suddenly, both sisters cried out in pain and dropped to their knees. Lightning put a hand on her chest, Serah grasped ah her left arm.

"You...too." The older sister managed through grutted teeth.

Serah just nodded.

"What's going on here?" Lightning asked, hoping someone could answer.

Dexer was dizzy mainly from the blood loss but from the confusion as well. Dexer was holding onto his wound He looked around and saw a computer. He walked up to it and looked at the screen and stuff, it was too complex for him to understand. Dexer then turned around and walked up to Minus. "Thanks for helping me out with my wound" Dexer then walked over to Lexi to check on her. He knelt down still holding his wound and put his other hand on her shoulder. "You okay?" Dexer asked

The moment of confusion weakened Riku Replica's hold on Tifa, forcing him out. He disappears and Tifa still as 'KH3D' Riku goes into the lab and turns the computer on. Going under the beam, not speaking to the others. 'He' was beamed into the same place. Or was it? There was no one there except broken computer screens.

Minus now turned to 'Xehanort'. "Do you want us out or do you want us to fight?" Minus asked him. "As long as both options preserve this world, I'm fine with either."
