(Although it was never specified in FF: Incarcerated, this RP takes place in NYC. For me, at least. I'll probably leave anyway.)

Callum turned off the TV and looked at his clock. It was 2:00 A.M. He couldn't sleep ever since he learned a powerful game villain was inside him. Vanitas. Ever since Vanitas possessed him (If he did, maybe he was in there since birth, so gained influence) Callum had been a jerk. He didn't have any friends now. I hate you, Vanitas! He heard a scoff. Really? Do you? Callum summoned his keyblade. "I won't let this take me over. Vanitas, you won't win." His void gear looked ominous. Too ominous.

Joy grinned. "Yeah. That's mine." He took it, and called Mariah's number, hoping she would pick up soon.

"Is this Mariah your girlfriend?" Seichi asked. His mind wandered to Arina, hoping she was alright. He wondered where she was, and if she was thinking of him.

Mariah heard her phone ringing and looked to see who was calling her, and gasped when she saw the number. She picked it up. “Joy?!”

 

(I'll respond as Lexi and Troy and maybe Ethan in a little bit. Also, to everyone this applies to, I say we pretend that all the bus characters already had breakfast and are nearing Chicago...or something. )

Joy nodded, and made the shushing motion to the boy. "Yeah. Uh, we escaped thanks to this boy they captured. We'll find shelter soon, but we can't last forever."

 

(oh, and Azure, you think Joy and James could fight eventually?)

"Not so fast!" Sumer yelled and jumped out the window as well. He landed in an alley. He sent out a dark pulse blindly.

Mariah sighed deeply, almost overwhelmed at hearing Joy’s voice again. “Oh, thank God you’re alright! Just tell me where you’re at, and we’ll be there soon, I promise!”

Ven turned his head just enough to see Vanitas’s Keyblade going for his heart, and he dodged the worst of it in the nick of time, but it caught him in the left shoulder. He gritted his teeth from the pain and whirled around, slashing at Vanitas’s stomach.

Alexis kissed James back once more. “Well, shall we go down and get something to eat? I heard the continental breakfasts here are to die for.”

Ethan yawned and stretched contentedly, having had a wonderful time the previous night. The receptionist girl had just gotten dressed in her work uniform once more so that she wouldn’t be late for her shift. “Thanks again, gorgeous!” Ethan said with a grin. “I hope you have a great day at work.” She gave an apprehensive smile in return, appearing to only now think of the consequences of giving away three previously reserved suites to random people, and hurried out of the room, taking the stairs down to the lobby and trying to think up an excuse having to do with a computer error.

 

Ethan chuckled to himself after she was gone and reached for his phone. He had heard it ringing the previous night, but of course he was preoccupied, so he put it on silent. He now saw that he had missed a call from Scott and listened to the message. “Interesting...” he mused theatrically after it was over. “Sounds like the time will soon be upon us.” He got dressed and headed downstairs for breakfast, hoping to meet Alexis and James there at some point. He winked at the brunette receptionist as he passed her, then grabbed a muffin once he was in the breakfast area. No James or Alexis yet...or the other girl, for that matter. He finished his muffin and waited for the others to arrive.

 

 

(Really, Not-with-a-whimper, let me know if I'm ruining your characters. )

Vanitas growled as the keyblade slashed him in the stomach. It hurt, and blood was coming out. He then stood back, thinking of a new plan, realizing Ventus could attack.

 

Joy heard the explosion and darkness, and realized it must have been screaming into the phone. He looked at Seichi, and without pulling the phone out of his ear, said, "Should we pursue him, or run?"

Arina walked downstairs to the breakfast area. She saw the boy that gave her a room last night. She walked over to him. "T-Thank you...for getting me a room to stay in."

"I say we run." Seichi said.

 

James smiled and said "Sounds good to me." Suddenly Riku spoke up. James, I sense someone with Kairi as an inhabiter. he said.

Joy nodded. He started to run, keeping his ear to the phone.

Arina cluched her chest. 'Kairi...is that Riku?' 'Yeah..i can feel him.'

Seichi ran after Joy, trying to get as far away from Sumer as he could.

Arina cluched her hands tighter, she could feel a familiar and warm feeling. 'Seichi...i hope your okay."

 

(Just wondering something, what ever happened to the guy with Saix?)

Felix licked his fingers of the glorious glaze, he was so happy he'd finally eaten, and the drive went by so fast. He'd bought enough doughnuts to last the whole trip, and then he yelled, "Hell yeah!!! We're in Chicago! Land of gangsters and crooked politicians! You'll never find a more wreched hive of scum and villiany..." He waited for people to get the reference...

 

Scott had done it. The entire prison was in his pocket, all he needed to do was have his men infiltrate and fill the prison with "the goods." Soon each and every man in that prison would owe him loyalty...this would be his insurance on Ethan. This was his trump card...but also...his gift to the girl Lexi...should his plan to not die fail.

Alex was looking around at every building. "Geez, could the buildings get any weirder. This place practically screams 'give me your money'."

“Alright, then let’s go. I’m starving!” Alexis said with a smile. She went to the door and held it open, bowing a little. “After you.”

Despite the serious situation, Rebekah grinned widely at Felix’s reference. “We must be cautious,” she finished in a British accent.

 

Mariah had heard the explosion over the phone, and Joy talking to someone else about pursuing “him” or running. Even though she was worried about him, she had to keep a level head. She looked up and could actually see where the explosion had taken place, not too far off. “Felix!” she called, pointing in that direction. “Hang on, Joy! We’re almost there!” she said into the phone.

 

 

(I'm going to take another break from controlling Not-with-a-whimper's characters and hope that he returns really soon. I especially want him to be able to control Troy in the battle between him and Vanitas, because I just feel like I'm taking all his fun away right now. Sorry to make you wait, XV....)

"Thank you." James said, smiling as he went out. As he passed her he gave her a quick peck on the cheek and then lead the way to the dining area. Riku could sense Kairi nearby, but didn't know where she was.

Victoria woke up first and made some breakfeast for everyone. Aria and Noel woke up smiling at each other in the bed. "Good morning, beautiful." Noel said. "Good morning, honey. Okay, I guess we better get ready to go." Aria said. Noel kissed Aria, "Yeah, we better get ready. The faster we save Paul and the world, the faster we can get back to our not-so-normal fame life." Noel said. They got ready and went to meet Victoria in the kitchen. "Okay, I made breakfast, I thought we needed fuel to fight." Victoria said. "Oh Victoria, you shouldnt have." Aria said.

 

Aria was at her boss's office. She was talking to her main boss, but the boss was turned around so you could only hear his/her voice. "Sir, I brought the DNA you wanted. I know that this piece will work." Aria said. "As long as it works, thats all I care for." the boss said. Aria put the DNA into a machine and started it up.

 

Avan had reached the top of the castle and looked down at everyone. "Show time." Avan said. "LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, BOYS AND GIRLS, I WELCOME YOU TO DISNEY, THE HOME OF WHERE DREAMS COME TRUE. FOR MANY YEARS, THIS PLACE HAS BROUGHT FORTH THE MOST MAGICAL DREAMS. TODAY, WE CELEBRATE THE BEAUTY OF THESE DREAMS. I, JUST LIKE YOU, HAVE MY SHARE OF DREAMS. WHAT IS MY BIGGEST DREAM? OH I DONT KNOW, MAYBE ITS.........................." Avan lifted his keyblade high into the air and made the sky turn dark. He then summoned to Garyoles heartless behind him. "RULE THE WORLD THE WAY IT WAS MEANT TO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Avan told the people at the park. People ran away in terror and were hunted down by the heartless as Avan sent more and more. News media poured in to take footage of what is happening. 'You have done well, child.' Xehanort said. "Again, this is my victory. You are just here because I need your power." Avan said.

Joy stopped, quizzical. "You're near here?" Reilly then jumped down, and smashed Joy's face into the concrete. Reilly's face was bleeding from where Joy had hit him, and Reilly grinned. Xemnas took over. "Boys, did you really think you could escape? My will to defeat you Sora is stronger than your resolve." Joy tripped him up, and held him down with his sword. He looked at the boy. "Run, get help! Find everyone!"

"No way!" Sora said, taking over Seichi. "Xemnas and I have a score to settle!" He summoned the Ultima Keyblade and ran at Xemnas.

Joy screamed. "Stop trying to be the hero. Get help! Stop being so selfish!"

Sora stopped in his tracks, a little confused. "But I am the hero. I'm the one who has to save the Light from the Darkness. I'm not being selfish, I'm just trying to fulfil my role. Everyone's counting on me to save the day."

"No, they're not. Reilly's too powerful. Are you ready to risk both of our lives becasue of your selfishness? Find the others! They can't be too far behind." Reilly smashed him into the wall, and held him in a headlock. Joy gasped. "Just run!"

Seichi took control again and said "I'm on it! Just don't die on me!" He kept going, running toward where the others were.
