I'm trying to get as many synthesis items as possible so it doesn't take too long to get the Ultima Weapon, so I was wondering: if I equip Lucky Lucky, does that give me a greater chance of getting rare items from the Bulky Vendors or does it just depend on the HP left? Does Lucky Lucky only apply to enemies you actually attack? Thank you ^^

The rareness depends on the amount of HP it has when the Reaction Command is used. The longer Sora waits to use the Reaction Command, the better the prize when he does.

No, lucky lucky won't help with that but seriously, if you equip stuff like lucky lucky and then fight the Nobodies in Twilight Town and The World That Never Was you should eventually get the items for the Ultima Weapon anyway.

i would say that Lucky Lucky does not apply with Bulky Vendor, only on regular heartless/nobodies.

What synthesis are you looking for in Bulky Vendors? Wait until he is down to 1 bar and activate reaction command, note that he will bounce really far and became harder to catch each time a bar drops. I suggest getting max growth levels first i.e. Glide, etc so you catch 'em easily.
