So, a question to any and all who have fought Young Master Xehanort in TWTNW. I know he uses the No Name keyblade, but does he use the Ethereal Blades again at all? Also, the more important question I was asking, does his fighting style resemble ANYTHING like the "Mysterious Figure" fight in BbS? I was thinking about it and I just thought it'd be weird if they were different.

If I remember correctly, during the first phase in the battle he uses No Name and during the second phase he uses the blades. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

first he uses No Name. if i remember correctly he starts using his own blades when he attempts to reverse time

Its same stage. His fight is just splitted to two phases. In other words, he thinks that wielding keyblade is pointless and he decides to use his swords that he used to kick terras, aquas and Ventus butts. He is also much more harder when he uses those.

Yup, he uses the EB at some point of the fight and his fighting style, at least for me, is an upgraded version of MF's style from BBS. Sometimes it looks like a mix of MF's and Vanita's style.

he starts with the No Name and then jumps to his Ethereal Blades, as far I've seen battles against him he kinda plays like him but there also is that swift element he combines with darkness

It reminds me a bit of Aqua's battle against Vanitas when he constantly fades away and reappears somewhere else

this battle sure will be hard :D

along with the No Name Keyblade. He retains his ability to control time, demonstrated by several strikes which temporarily slow his opponent down, as well as the fact that he fights in an arena which gives him control over basic elements, such as Fire and Blizzard. He is able to teleport himself around the battlefield like Master Xehanort, and he delivers swift, powerful strikes similar to Terra-Xehannort. He is also able to fire magical shots similar to those fired by Sora in Wisdom Form.

Xehanort's greatest power is the ability to reverse time after suffering a defeat, a process which returns him to his condition before the battle in which he fell started.
