steveisaperson 3 Posted April 20, 2012 Well my estimates come from what I know from the games and from the developer. Final fantasy games usually have plots involving time travel and other worlds. If you remember correctly in FF 4 there were 4 crystals and 4 dark crystals. promoting balance. this relates to KH in that this kind of idea for balance has occurd in many FF games. and In KH xenahort strives for the balance. which brings me to something I believe is missed by some fans. It is shown that micky got his keyblade, the reversed color scheme key blade, from the place of darkness. which is on the other side of the door. which leads me to believe this will play a role in kh 3. that both of his and soras keyblades are opposites. I believe the color schemes being opposites is a major plot point tied to the usuall FF storylines involving timelines and balance. So these things may hold a major role in the next installment. Just a few thoughts.
TerraRedeemed 255 Posted April 20, 2012 Thats an excellent point. However i think that the two keyblades already played there role in the first kingdom hearts by sealing the door to darkness. The story wasnt elaborated on very well but from my stand point that was the reason for their existence. Now there could be something more to them and only time will tell. steveisaperson 3 Posted April 20, 2012 That is part of it. the part i'm touching on is a further expansion of it. I don't think it was looked upon enough. So I think thats a show of whats more to come. I notice a lot of theories but barely any take into account of the developer AND the story
replika13 455 Posted April 20, 2012 Xehanort acctually believes in absolute balance. He mentioned in kh3D that after he has received all knowledge about keyblade war, he will move all worlds together and rule it with light and darkness, finally being equal. He hates how peoples fear darkness.
