A company called Panacea Inc. whose first intentions were to activate the inactive 90% of the unused brain in people to fight off major diseases and ailments, had discovered that they could instead give people special abilities  through their experiments. Their good intentions slowly turned into evil ones as the CEO of the Panacea Inc decided to develop more supernatural beings from their experiments. They even decided to start kidnapping people for their experiments because they ran out of volunteers. They gave thousands of people special abilities, and trapped them in cells for more experimentation. However, something had happened, someone decided to let the experiments out. In order to keep these happenings a secret, the company has sent out bounty hunters to track them down and bring them back, dead or alive. The future of the world is now dependent on those experiment's decisions:

Rules:

•Invincibility cannot be part of your abilities. To insure this, the company has developed a special metal that can hinder any experiment's abilities temporarily, and has given weapons to the bounty hunters made of that metal.

•No controlling other people's characters without their permission

•Please stay committed to the rp as long as you can, and at least kill off your character if you plan to leave

•To insure you've read the rules, please put your favorite color at the bottom of your sign up sheet

•I will post my character sheet when enough people are interested

Although Exavier felt the pain from the sword hitting his shoulder, he did not show it. Infact he laughed. He turned back to the others. "I don't know about you, but I don't think that special metal of mine feels good to him. So let me ask again. Are you guys going to come with me the easy way, or am I gonna have to waste some of my energy stabbing and or shooting everyone of you? My 'employer' said he prefered you guys alive, but with how many of you out there, I'm sure he wouldn't mind a few dead ones. So what's it gonna be?"

#15 put up her hood to cover her face and walked secretivly across alleys and stores, hoping to find another that is just like her, an experiment. Dodging the oncoming police cars that are nearly everywhere in each street. As she passed on by she notice a couple of teenagers about the same age as her and a huge man with a katana out. One of the them is kneeling on the ground gasping in some kind of pain. She knew what the huge man was. A Bounty hunter. And they must be expirements. The bounty hunter was in some pain as she noticed, so this might help the others. Silently, she got a bit closer to the group and took out her razor sharp blades and threw one aiming at his back.

Though VI was heavily concentrated on his own functions, he still nodded to Zebra.

 

"Indeed. He's tougher than most bounty hunters...Panancea is certainly increasing their technology rate..." VI chuckeled, looking over to Zebra.

 

"So, while we've got a chance...what's your plan?" He grinned, satisfied his body was normal, and he finished off the command. Though to anyone else, it appeared as if he just wrote invisible scribbles in the dust.

 

VI then looked over to Exavier. "And your employer is Panancea, I presume? Based on your....abilities, I would assume Panancea gave you some sort of genetic enhancement. Probably some cool guns too." He then gazed sideways, seeing the blade fly. He shrugged, touching the ground one last time.

27 pulled the second metal rod and twirled it in his hands, "No worries, if these can't bust that blade, I know it'll have no problem busting your neck,"

 

27 ran at the guy, the clang of his metal rod ran against the katana throughout the tunnel. 27 swung the other rod to sort of pincer the blade between the rods, attempting to snap the blade in half.

( So the expierments are being attacked by a bounty hunter correct? This bountry hunter guy is way outnumbered should i make a bounty hunter rpc?)

 

 

37 pulled out her pistols aiming them both at the bounty hunters head, She tried to get a reading of what he was going to do but something was blocking her vision. " Your are heavily out numbered yet you are confident, idiot." She murrmered the last word flicking the saftey switch on each of her pistols off with ehr thumbs still pointing them at the hunter.

"Watch this." said Zebra, as he then had used some kind of manipulation power to carefully twirl his Scythe around in the air before making it come back straight at him while catching it by the handle at the very same time, with Zebra then explaining on how he had just did on what he had just done just a moment ago, with Zebra explaining "The reason i could my catch my Scythe the way i just did just a second ago, was because of it's black and/or white colours, you see, my experimental power allows me to control anything and/or everything as long as they are coloured both black and/or white, i did the same thing when that guy had almost pierced my neck from before, basically, he was aiming his weapon at me with killing intent right? well let's just say that death itself was entirely coloured with both black and/or white only and so, as long as i can think of using my powers on that kind of basis, was i able to dodge that bounty hunter guy's last attack, however, it's not as powerful as people would believe, my abilities that we are obviously talking about right at this very moment, since if they were, they would be on a god like strength wouldn't they? so, i just gotta be careful on when i use them, where i use them and especially, how i use them." said Zebra, with his rather complicated and/or confusing explaining on how his powers work and how he was able to "Slow down time" previously.

"Genetic enhancements.... experiments... Panacea. The copmany is hunting down these teenagers, it must be related to the experimenting they mentioned" Sean thought to himself. He had certainly found his lead, but he had no idea who he was dealing with still. He did know that the sole older man was a dangerous threat to the others, he threatened to kill them. Sean looked over his shoulder, police were coming to the scene, but it seemed like it still may be a few minutes.

 

He took a deep breath and steadied his pistol aim downward. With any more chaos he'd be forced to intervene.

With all the people attacking him, all he could do was merely dodge. He started to lose control of things. And for a moment, he stopped smiling. But then he looked up again, showing his slight smile once more.

"You think I came alone? Ha, if I had done that, I wouldn't be a good bounty hunter, now would I?" he looked up at the hole he entered through. "How about you join us, partner."

(This is the part where echo's bounty hunter comes in, whenever she makes it）

 

6202 stood watching all the commotion go down. He felt like he should also use his power, it might even help. But then he realized he might freeze everyone, and didn't yet know how to unfreeze something at all, let alone specific things that were frozen. Not to mention that no one knew what his powers were, and that might prove useful depending on how this turns out.

" I'm not a dog you can just call on whenever you get yourself into trouble." Blaise muttered as she walked out of her hiding spot from which she had been observing her targets. She stepped into the light with a sniper rifle strapped her her back and a dagger in her hand. " What kind of idiot gets theirself into this situation?" She asked rather coldly flipping her dagger making a refelction in the future seeing girl's eyes.

 

37 was forced to close her eyes cutting off her concentration, she put on of the pistols back into it's holster and sheilded her eyes. 37 backed further into the shadows to avoid the blinding light in her eyes. How did she know? 37 asked herself.

Exavier laughed. "Isn't she wonderful? Enough talk, I'm getting tired of this." he lunged at some of the experiments, and sliced, unknowng if it hit anyone.

Beta ran towards a run away, and quickly punched the man in the back.

"Awhh", the experiment said as he feel down.

"That's my 3rd experiment so far", Beta said. "You're going where you belong... back to your isolation where you filthy beings should be."

He picked up the experiment and started walking back to a large building.

"It's no use. My gloves keep you from using your powers", he said in response to the struggling of the experiment.

#17 saw what Beta did and hit him with his arrow and said

"i wont allow you to take another one of my friends"

Fortunately for VI, Exavier's knife ddin't head for him. Vi looked over to Zebra, whom was whipping around a sycthe and explaining his powers.

 

VI grinned. "My power is that I can change the element and/or shapes of certain objects. But those elements must be connected, take lead into gold, for example. If I had the components to make steel, I could make it right here." He looked up to Exavier and the newcomer. Vi's heart raced as his power surged through the area. It prepared a large shift in the concrete. Very quickly, the ground underneath was turning into sand. The sand fell into the tunnel underneath, and VI had aimed for Exavier and the hole he made precisely.

(Is it okay if I make my own bounty hunter character?)

Although he tried to dodge it, the sand hit Exavier and he fell to the ground. He got up, and dusted himself off. He began to lose control of his anger, which would mean he would lose control in general. This could be beneficial or catastrophic for the experiments.

Blaise sighed and pulled Exavier out of the hole then threw her knife into the ground turning it back to concrete. " You made me lose my knife..." She looked at VI with mock sadness, even though she couldn't use ehr rifle here she could still use the bullets, they also had the special metal buried inside of them. " Your even more of an idiot then I first thought."

 

37 looked at the two bounty hunters and realized her powers were useless. Well good thing I have the twins. She thought reffering to her pistols. 37 took the chance to start shooting at the two aiming for their arms and legs, she wanted them alive to question them about their boss.

This could not be allowed to continue. Many were now drawing weapons, and the situation could develop into a bloodbath in a moment's notice. He had recorded some of the conversations they'd had, about some of their powered abilities and the talk of Panacea's involvement. He could hopefully go from there, but he needed to act right now to stop any more harm from coming to these people. The police had arrived and stood around him, waiting for a signal to move in. He could perhaps apprehend some of the people here too. He jumped down into the underground tunnel where they all were.

 

"Freeze, all of you, I'm special agent Deiren, and I'm here to break up your little fight. All of you put your weapons down, now!"

 

Police swarmed around the area, training their weapons on the bounty hunters and experiments alike. Sean kept his gun balanced and his pointed it at Exavier. His eyes were calm, but his muscles were tensed. Now it was their turn to decide what to do.

6206 had stood by long enough. He closed his eyes, and concentrated on everyone, including the cops in the vincinity. He waved his hands, and could feel the energy flow out of his hands. Everyone was frozen. Even the smoke from the sand and the commotion was frozen in place. He looked at his allies, and tried to figure out a way to unfreeze them without unfreezing everyone else.

"Ok, there's a first time for everything, I can do this." He focused on the faces of his allies, and waved his hands at them. They all immediately started to move again, and saw that everyone else was still frozen.

"Oh by the way, I can freeze things." 6206 smirked at them. "So, we should get out of here, yeah?" as he said that he coughed up some blood and realized his knife wound was leaking blood, but he did his best to hide it from the others.

(I can bring in another hunter, if we need it.)

 

Smoke poured from Drakes mouth and his eyes went from normal human to slited and reptilion.

"I'm good for that." He mutter to 6206. "I'll take up the rear."

He looked at 6206's wound and grimaced.

"Don't keep these guys frozen longer then you have to."

Drake began to change fully into dragon form.

"Alright, people." He said after the change was complete. "Move it, or lose it."

Suddenly after remaining quiet for a while now, does Zebra use his Scythe to open up another gateway before saying to those that he is currently aligned with "Yo peeps! i think it's time we better leave before more hunters get here and decide to join the party or not." said Zebra, more worried about more bounty hunters appearing then anything else.

"Let's get going then," 27 said, and proceeded first through the portal Zebra had made, not knowing nor caring for that matter where it went.

VI nodded. He stumbled up, still trying to regain his strength. He noted that not only did this metal counteract an experiment's enhancements, but whatever force they make too. VI began to run calculations on a machine that could easily restore an experiment to full power or disable the affects immdediatly. He looked down to see his glasses crushed beneath his heel. VI cursed, stowing them in his pockets.

 

"We best get out of here. You, with the time freezing ability (Talking to 6206). Does your power have a radius? Like if we left here, would this area immediately be restored to it's usual speed?" VI asked this, hoping this experiment had at least mastered his ability so he could at least control time for a long period of time. VI didn't want the hunters to suddenly spring back.

(If you want a bounty hunter character feel free to make one)

"I can't freeze time, just atoms. And actually, I'm not affected by how long they are frozen, it's just the initial freezing that seems to affect my wound." He said replying to Drake's comment. "I don't usually get tired from this."

He turned to VI. "My power does have a radius, I can't freeze the entire world. And I can't exactly control how long this lasts... But a bonus is it doesn't matter how big the person or thing I'm freezing is. It's just the time they are frozen and radius of which I can freeze. Unless there's someone in the world powerful enough to fight it." He felt bad that his power had limits, as if he was letting them down revealing that he wasn't all powerful. He hoped he would be able to strengthen his powers after they were safe.

"Alright let's go, just to be safe I'll be the last one out, in case it does wear off when I'm gone."
