Help with changing FF9 battle music

Ok, my bro recently got FF7 on our emulator (PSX, it's also on a laptop, not a desktop). He somehow changed the battle theme (Let the battles begin), to FF13's battle theme (Blinded by light) so everytime he got in a battle Blinded by light would play. He said doing the same for FF9 would be different so he couldn't help me with it. Now, is there a way I can change FF XI's battle theme to something else? [media=]

[/media] I kinda wanted to add this one. I only want positive comments, and if anyone doesn't know how to do it do you atleast know of a tutorial?

    Do it the old fashioned way. Mute the game and play the music you want over it.

    Well that would work, but I don't want to press mute, esc then play the theme on Youtube everytime I get into a random battle...then when I win I would have to reverse that and it would just take to long. It might seem good after 2-3 battles, but after about 15 I can imagine that would be extremely annoying to do, having it play on its own would be alot easier. And the FF9 battle theme gets repeadative so I want to change it every once in a while...like every 20 or so battles, or when I get bored of it.
