I have some of KH.

Sora, Roxas, Axel, Riku and Mickey.

Asides that, there's not much to tell.

I have the KH1 Kairi, but I want so much more. Must. Feed. The. Fanboy.

It's not so much an action figure as it is a soft toy like, it's a Sackboy so... it has to be soft? xD

But I have Sora Master Form and I really hope to get more in the future xD

Lotsa them! :)

Naa... planning to hopefully!

I was about to say no, but then I remembered the hundred or so Pokemon action figures I got as a kid, so yeah, quite a bit.

Well they're not video game material but my mom bought me Finn and Jake action figures:)

Wait, I had a bunery Pokemon figure....But that was a long time ago!

sonic action figures and dc comics

I have a fair collection of figures from various games, such as the Play Arts KH1 Sora and Riku figures.

I'd love to have some Mario and Kingdom Hearts figures, but I'm afraid it ain't in the budget.
