On a long rocky plain, a boy with white hair wielding a large sword was fighting off monsters which were made of darkness. "Is that all you guys got? Looks like this day will be a piece of cake." The monsters growled at the boy and jumped up to attack him. "Want some more huh?" The boy lifted his blade and slashed through it, turning it into a puddle of black liquid which slowly regenerated. "Damn it, I've got no time for this." The boy turned to see a giant monster with black smoke coming out of it's mouth. "Oh you got to be kidding me!" The boy smirked. "Well, the bigger they are then the harder they fall, that's what we humans believe... that's what I believe." The boy's sword suddenly disappeared in a bright light, he then held out his hands towards the monster and his hands were covered with bright light. "You shadow monsters make me sick, just leave me alone!" The area was engulfed in a bright light and the monsters around had disappeared. "That'll show ya." The boy said breathing slightly heavier, he then stood back up straight and began walking forward. (Looks like I don't have a choice anymore, if I don't travel to the past... then the human race will die out. After all, I'm the last one, only me. Just Haseo Sakuraba, the last human on this planet of monsters.)

Maria dragged James out of the park and looked around. The people were startled because of all of the windows breaking. There were already some crews cleaning up the broken glass before anyone would get hurt with it. "(All the windows from all the buildings broke. What DID happened exactly?!)"Maria thinks. She looked at James,who seemed a bit dizzy from Maria dragging him around. She still wouldn't let go of his wrist. "We might need to ask people around of what they saw. Maybe we can find something about it."Maria says. She was always like this. Random. You sometimes could never expect what she would do next. That was just the way she was at times. Maria then looked around. She saw two teens standing at sidewalk. One of them had hair as white as snow. "Well we should start asking around."Maria says. She once again,grabbed James,and dragged him off. She didn't even let him had a chance to choose to follow or not. Maria dragged him and they both got next to the teens,who just happened to be Allen and Haseo. "Did any of you guys saw what happened?! All of the windows of the buildings broke and everything!"Maria says as she finally letted go of James and started to wave her arms around.

Haseo blinked and felt Allen's grip on his arm. "What the heck? You're holding onto me and you can see me?" Allen looked confused, Haseo then noticed that Maria and James had arrived and were asking him questions. "Stop! Are you all saying that you can see me?!" Haseo asked, getting his arm back, the three simply nodded with a confused look. (Don't tell me these are those 'not ordinary' people that the Creator was talking about?) Haseo thought, he then descided to tap Allen's, Maria's and James' heads to check if he his hand would go through them, which it didn't. "All of you are saying that you actually saw the thunder cloud in the sky and saw the lightning bolt that hit a roof top over by there somewhere?" Haseo says pointing, the three nodded, he then sighed and looked at them all in turn. "Man, that means that you guys are... my team mates? I thought you'd all look a little more... reliable. I bet you've never fought a monster in your life, have you?" Everyone stared at him strangely, probably mistaking him for some gaming nerd.

James shook his wrist a little bit. "Thanks for asking nicely, Maria..." He then turned to look at Haseo, with Allen by him. "Of course we saw that blast. It destroyed every window of every building, how could anyone not notice?" As he listened to Haseo talking, he was trying to put things together in his own mind. Something is wrong. He's different. I don't know how, but he is. James was good at thinking things through with logic and rationality, and no matter how far fetched something sounded, if the events added up, he wouldn't deny them. But to figure out what was going on, he needed Haseo's help. "Excuse me, but could you try to explain things to us? It doesn't help if you just assume that we know exactly what you're talking about."

Haseo blinked at James for a second and then laughed, scratching the back of his head. "Yeah, that might be a good idea, I have a bad habbit of just rushing into things like that." Haseo calmed down and looked around, he then got a serious expression. "Alright, my name is Haseo Sakuraba and, I don't know if you'll believe this, am the last human being to be born. I come from two thousand years in the future where humanity has died out and the world is enshrowded in darkness thanks to a man known as the Creator. I've spent ten years on my own in that future and I managed to create a device that would allow me to travel back in time. That explosion in the sky you saw earlier, was actually me breaking into this reality and the lightning bolt was me appearing here." Haseo said breathing out slightly from explaining. "Me being here is a little strange to me, I haven't seen other humans in ten years and I'm surrounded by them now." The others looked bewildered. "I bet you don't believe me, do you? I guess I'll have to show you." Haseo then walked in front of some people passing by and they walked straight through him. "See? To them, I don't exist, it's because I am out of sync with this time and that means I can pass through almost anything. Although, floors and buildings seem to be pretty solid to me, it's just the things that move like people or vehicles." Haseo held his hand to his chin. "The only thing I can't explain is how you guys can see me and interact with me as if I'm a normal person, I wonder if the blast from earlier effected you somehow?" Haseo said thinking out loud to himself.

"What kind of guy this is?" Allen thought and looked at Haseo. "What do you want from us? Why to timetravel here?" Allen said and tried to analyze Haseo more, but Haseo seemed to be really mysterious. "Why not to just handle this creator if you can do something like this?"

Allen leaded group out from crowd just so anyone wouldn't start to question anything: "Its better if we talk some place where isn't other people"

Allen looked at Haseo waiting for answers, but somehow Allen knew that Haseo wasn't anyone dangerous.

Maria stared at Haseo. "From the future?...2,000 years in the future?!"Maria asks. She then got her hands together and her eyes seemed to sparkle. "Are you for real?! That's so cool!"Maria says. She then felt like a bag of bricks fell onto her as she returned herself to realitry and logic. She shook her head and watched Haseo as he passed through the people. It was true. It seemed that no one but them managed to see him. Maria stared and her eyes widened slightly. "Whoa..."Maria says. She then stared at Haseo and scratched her cheeck slightly as she heard him. "The blast...affecting us...?"Maria asks. She looked around a bit and then back at Haseo. She got her hands together and thought for a while. "Hm...well if you could pass through people. Any suggestions could be possible."Maria says shuttering a bit. She then looked around a bit. "Maybe...we got a bit of the blast's shock...whatever you used to come here...maybe...we got a bit of it too,and so we can see you!"Maria says smiling still,using a bit of 'video game logic' and just the randomness in her head.

Haseo looked at Allen and nodded. "Yeah, maybe this is better because no one else can see me and it looks like all of you are responding to thin air." Haseo said with a chuckle. "Well anyway, I came back to this time to stop the Creator from destroying this future. It would be no point defeating the Creator in my time because I'm the last human, the human race would have died out with me anyway." Haseo then saw Maria getting hyped over him being from the future. "You really shouldn't be so excited, it's not a good future. Everything has basically turned to endless plains made of rock and don't even get me started on the monsters." Everyone's head turned. "Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that the Creator's minions are millions of monsters that have taken over the world." Haseo took out his mini device from his pocket and touched the screen a couple of times, he then brought up a 3-D image of monsters with blades for arms and sometimes legs. "They all look like this, there are different types of monsters that I haven't run into as well, but these guys are the most common. When I was jumping through the time stream, there were some monsters following me, so I'm positive that they'll be showing up here soon." Haseo smiled warmly. "So, who are you guys anyway? None of you ever told me your names."

James put his hand on his chin, putting all of the pieces together, after watching Haseo walking through human beings with no effect on him. "2000 years seems reasonable for time travel to be developed... what you say does align with how no one else is reacting to these events... and considering what I know about time, there are two possibilities: either this was predestined to happen and we all have to play a part, or he just created a new timeline, and whoever we were going to be, is long gone. So..." James looked up, barely able to believe what he was about to say. "It adds up. You're really from the future." James stepped forward a bit. He wasn't talkative by any means, but this is a one in a trillion event, so he couldn't waste it. "I'm James. This is Maria, and that's Allen."

 

James crossed his arms, still putting the pieces together. "A couple of things," he said while looking at the monsters Haseo was showing them. "First, what do you expect us to be able to do about those things, and second, this 'Creator' as you call him... what is he, what does he do to humanity, and why?"

Haseo stared at James. "Well it's nice to meet you guys too." Haseo got his attention back on James' question. "To begin with, I'm not sure what the Creator is exactly. I came from the future and he somehow knows of my presence here in the past, he even appeared before me on the beach. The Creator is basically humanities end, his goal is to eradicate all human life, but I don't know for what perpose." Haseo then began to think. "As for what you guys are supposed to do against these monsters, I managed to stock up on weapons before arriving here. If you want any, I could give you guys some." The three of them stared at Haseo and wondered where said weapons were. "Another thing I forgot to mention, I have powers." Haseo held out his hand and a light began to shine from it. "I have the power to command over light and..." Haseo then dug his hand into a light, taking out his large bladed sword. "I can form pocket dimensions which I call light dimensions, it's an easier way of carrying my sword around in stead of having it strapped to my back all the time." Haseo put his sword back away in the light dimension and thought about the last thing that James said. "You're right about that James, my arriving to this time has, probably, already changed all of your futures. I guess this is what the Creator meant when he said 'do you know exactly what you're about to do?' when I was leaving the future." Haseo began to think. "I wonder, if the future has changed, then I... nah, it's better to not think negatively." Haseo smiled. "So any more questions?"

 

(BTW, the weapons you put in your sign ups are the extra ones in Haseo's light dimensions.)

Maria stared. She analized everything that has been happening so far. "(Time traveling,scync,monsters,weapons...Creator...)"Maria thinks. A few minutes after her thoughst orgenized in her head. She shook her head slightly and then looked up at Haseo. "(The last human on earth coming back in time to look for help...)"Maria thinks. She then threw a fist into the air slightly. "All of this seems a bit crazy and unrealistic...but I like it!"Maria says. She then got her hands together again. "No questions over here except..."Maria says. She then straightened up and thought for a second ad she scratched her cheek. "If you could come back from the future to the past...and have seen this 'Creator' in the beach..."Maria says. She looked up with a slightly worried expression on her face. "You said there were monsters in the future,do you think,that maybe they would have a chance of following you back here?"Maria asks,worried about the possibility that maybe a few monsters might of followed him through the bolt. "Also...where are we gonna start to change the future?Are we gonna have to just wait till something happens or...something...?"Maria says as she played with her fingers a bit nervous.

Haseo stared at Maria, she seemed nervous talking to him for some reason. "Well... I guess there's a chance more monsters could be on their way, but I just don't know..." Haseo looked away feeling a little wierd. "Sorry, you're the first girl I've ever talked to. Haha, me being the last person and all..." Haseo said feeling a little nervous himself, he then shook his head. "Anyway, I don't think we'll see any of these monsters today and besides..." Haseo stretched his hands into the air. "I don't think I'm up for a fight today, I don't even remember the last time I had a long enough sleep without the fear of being attacked... Actually, I've never had any sleep like that..." Haseo yawned slightly. "Well, I need somewhere to stay for the night. If no one can see me, thenI guess no ones gunna mind where I stay."

Maria stared and got her hands behind her head. "Well I have extra rooms in my apartment. Both parents are out,so we can meet up there in any case..."Maria says as she got her arms down and looked to the side slightly. "(If monsters followed him all the way from the future...this could be big trouble...for everyone...)"Maria thinks getting lost in a thought. Eventually she shook her head slightly and returned to reality. "Hm." Maria then looked around slightly and saw a familiar cat sitting on a pile of boxes,licking its paw. Maria stared and seemed to have forgotten about the group for a few moments as she started to tip toe towards the cat. She went step by step,carefully getting closer,not making any noise...slowly...carefully..."...GOT YA!"Maria yells as she jumped towards the cat. The cat turned and meowed as Maria tackled the cat and the boxes down. The boxes flew up a bit and then fell down over Maria and the cat. About 30 seconds later Maria jumped up from the pile of boxes with the cat in her hands. "Finally got you."Maria says. The cat whined and tried to get away,but Maria hada tight grip on it. Maria smiled and walked back to the group normally as if nothing strange happened.

Haseo stared at Maria as she got the cat in her arms. (Man, talk about wierd.) Haseo reached into his pocket and took out his device again, he then began to tap away at the touch screen. "Hmmm..." Haseo suddenly stopped looking at the screen and then back at Marina, looking at her up and down then back at the screen suspiciously. "I see, so it seems there really is a difference between male and female humans. Funny, I never really thought about it before coming here." A thought then struck his Haseo's head and he began to type things up again and the screen suddenly went red with a big X across it. "Oh I see..." Haseo looked up to see everyone staring at him. "Sorry, I wanted to know what this one word ment that I didn't really understand." Haseo typed again and and began wondered. (Brother... he said something about this, but I don't remember anything specific. Would these guys know? Probably, but it seems like something wierd to ask.) Haseo looked up at the three of them. "Hey, do any of you know what the word 'love' means? I looked up on my pocket device, but it won't let me see it. I bet it's some wierd and undescribable thing anyway, that's probably it." Haseo typed in the word again and two words turned up on the screen. ('Find it'? Is it some kind of object? I bet this was left by my bro as a joke, I can imagine him doing that.)

"Man last human on earth knows alot.." Allen thought and then said: "I'm not best when its comes to these things, but Love isn't anyting you can touch or see. Its emotion you feel on someone you really like..." Allen said. "How are we gonna fight against creator, we don't have superhuman powers or any weapons..." Allen looked at device Haseo used. It seemed rather familiar, like Allen would have seen it, like he would remember things that he really hadn't witnessed. " If we change future, will it affect on us?" Allen thought and heard rather familiar, but unpleasant voice:

 

"Its all futile to think Allen-san. You kids can do nothing"

"Who are you?" Allen groaned inside his head and then tried to get it out from his head

"Are you sure that ones YOU love will exist if you go and change future?"

 

(just asking, If I make dark creature: can it look like human? Or resemble human..)

Maria stared at him strangely. She blinked a few times before picking up the cat and raising it up a bit. "It's just like Allen said. It's an emotion. When two persons like eachother a whole lot,mostly between a male and a female,they feel that they're way stronger than best friends,and they feel very close to eachother. Some have butterflies in their stomach. That is love."Maria says as she used the cat and a hand puppet as example. She then hugged the cat tightly. "First is love. Then comes marrige."Maria says. She then threw the cat into the air. "Then comes baby and kitty carrige."Maria says. The cat shrieked as it then landed back on Maria's arms,shaking. Maria just smiled. "And that is love."Maria says.

James had his arms crossed, listening to this guy talk. Even though he was from 2000 years in the future, he was asking about subjects that even a 2 year old would be able to figure out on his own. James considered it more evidence that Haseo was from the future. "Speaking as someone who has never been in love, I really can't tell you what it really is. Heck most people probably can't tell you when you have it. I only hear one thing from everyone: when you're in love, you'll know." James looked at the cat flipping out in Maria's arms. "Either that, or how she puts it."

Haseo stared at Maria, James and Allen as they explained. "An emotion huh?" Haseo closed his eyes an thought. "Nope, can't say I've ever felt love before and by the description you just gave me, I'm not sure if I want to. Just think, who the heck would want butterflies in their stomach anyway? They'd probably disolve in all the acid that's in the stomach, so I don't think it's possible for you to have butterflies in your stomach." Haseo says, obviously not understanding that it was only a figure of speech. "Anyway..." Haseo stretched his arms into the air with another yawn before turning at Marina. "You said you had some rooms spare, right? I'm getting tired and I'd like to get some rest before I end up having to fight again." Haseo asked, basically intruding already.

Maria stared and blinked. "Hm,sure. No problem."Maria says. She then thought and her eyes seemed to sparkle. "We could have a welcoming party for you. I know how to make a good spaguetti."Maria says pretty cheerful as she pretted the cat,who was shaking like crazy. Maria looked at Haseo and then back at James and Allen. "You two are invited to hang around at my aparment too. The more the merrier right? Right right?!"Maria says. She then turned and stared around the city. She then pointed at a random direction. "My apartment building is just a few blocks away. We should be able to get there in a few minutes. No more no less!"Maria says. She then pointed up to the sky and held the cat like an airplane toy. "ONWARD!"Maria says as she walked off holding the cat high in the air as the cat whined loudly and shook.

Haseo made sure to follow behind Maria. "You know, you don't have to go so much trouble for me, all I need is a place to sleep. I can find my own food easily if I wanted." Haseo said trying to convince Maria not to throw him a welcoming party. "By the way, what are people going to think of you if they see you talking with thin air? Wouldn't they think you were crazy or something?" Hasep said a little worried about the others well being as well. "Also, if my being here drags any of you guys into a battle, then I'm saying sorry in advance." Haseo said, slightly bowing his head.

James looked cautiously at Maria. Considering how shy he was (especially around girls), he was anturally inclined to immediately say no. Considering everything that was happening though, he figured that it was time to man up a little. "Thanks, Maria. I appreciate it..." They all started following her. "You don't have to be sorry to us. We're already part of this, so whatever happens in the future, I'm sure we'll be able to figure it out." James then slowly turned to look at Maria. "Is that cat even yours...?"

Maria looked over to James and lowered the cat. She stared at it. "Um...well..."Maria says. "That's actually a very good question."Maria says. She then looked up at the sky and thought for a while. "Hm...I don't even remember."Maria says. There was a minute of silence before Maria smiled widely and hugged the cat. "But there's no problem in gving it a home."Maria says. They all eventually reached the apartment building. They walked in and into the elevator. Maria pressed for floor number 8 and rose the cat into the air. "Desu!" The doors closed and the elevator took them up high to the 8th floor. They walked off the elevator and down the hall. maria stopped at the door at the end of the hall. "Here we are."Maria says. She looked through her bag and pulled out some keys. She opened the door and walked in. "Alright. Make yourselves at home."Maria says. The apartment was simple and modest. But strangely big. Maria setted the cat down,who simply layed down with its paws standing up towards the cieling. She turned to Haseo. "The guest room is down the hall to the right. Now who wants Spaguetti?"Maria says as she skipped to the kitchen. She was always like this...most of the time.

Haseo followed the directions that Marina gave him and wound up in a room with a bed and desk. "Wow, this place is pretty neat, it's better than living in the hide out. I had to pretty much sleep on a run down sofa." Haseo said thinking out loud again. "I've got to stop doing that, it was fine in the future, but here there are people and they might here what I'm thinking out loud." Haseo said to himself before pausing and realising he had done it again. "Old habits die hard I guess." Haseo looked around the room and oppened the windows to let fresh air in. "It's so hot... I never knew the past would be so much hotter. I hate anything hot, I'm a cold weather type of guy." Haseo paused again and face palmed. "Gotta stop talking out loud." Haseo then heard Maria call saying she was going to make spaghetti, he then went and rejoined the others. "I've never ate spaghetti before, so why not!" Haseo said while looking around the place noticing things that seemed new to him.

"Just asking Haseo: What have you even been eating in future?" Allen asked and opened TV. Allen watched news hoping if there would be anything about recent events, but it seemed that almost anybody hadn't noticed. Allen felt himself somehow uneasy: Allen knew that he should be home, but since Haseo's story was true then monsters could be in this time. Onlyone who could fight right now was Haseo and Allen didn't want to put his mother on danger if he would stay there.

"When are gonna start our: save the future plan and how?" Allen with more serious face. "And how do we know if there is still other people who got these "powers" apart from us?"

Maria washed her hands. "Desu desu desu desu..."Maria says as she scrubbed her hands with the soap. She dried her hands and counted slightly. "Alright,Spaguetti coming up!"Maria says. She ran around the kitchen looking for the materials. She tried to reach for the plates. She sighed and walked away. She came back with a chair and setted it next to the counter. "Darn my small stature..."Maria muttered to herself and she climbed on it and got the materials and ingridients down. She climbed down and got the chair away. She started to heat up the water while she read the instructions of the back of the box. She muttered to herself and opened the box and letted the spaguetti drop into the boiling water as it softened down. "AH HA!"Maria says. She then sturred it a bit and stared. "It'll be ready in a few minutes."Maria says as she watched the water boil. Maria then looked back at Allen and tilted her head. "That is indeed a curious question."Maria says. She then looked back at the spaguetti and poured the water down the sink,leaving the spaguetti to be left and hot. "Yum."Maria says as she served a few portions in different plates and then aded sauce to them. "Done~"Maria says as she picked up the plates and setted them in random spots at the table. She searched around and served Tuna on a small plate. She walked over to the cat,who was still lying down with his paws looking up,and setted thed plate of tuna down. "Here ya go."

(sorry it took so long to post guys been very very busy but summer vacation now so everythings good)

 

Gildart began walking along the street still not noticing the ground beneath him with crack after he stepped on it just then some monsters appeared behind Gildart and slowly moved towards him a voice then called out in Gildart mind "Look out! behind you!" Gildart then turned around "who?" Gildart then noticed the monsters just as they were about to lunge towards him Joe crossed his arms over himself as the monsters then went to hit him as one hit him the ground beneath Gildart shattered as if mentally lowering the effect of the attack that had just hit Gildart Gildart then looked at the path "What the hell whats going on"
