Posted May 21, 201213 yr Riku never told Sora that they were both at castle oblivion and about Roxas being his nobody is there any reason for this or is Riku just very secretive?

May 21, 201213 yr There's no point in telling him about Castle Oblivion since the events that took place are no longer important. The only thing worth while would be Namine but she's already reunited with Kairi. Sora knows about Roxas now too. Riku probably wouldn't have told him at the time because well... they were sort of in the middle of all out war with the remaining organization

May 22, 201213 yr These are direct results of Riku not telling him these things right away. Well it was Kairi that told sora about Riku. And with Roxas, sora asked Riku. So in both cases it wasn't until sora was curious or being mislead that he was told.
May 22, 201213 yr Riku didn't tell tell him about Castle Oblivion because Sora willingly gave up the memories. You can't have your cake and eat it too. Plus, Sora didn't even meet up with Riku again until the end of KHII, at which point mentioning any of it would be pretty irrelevent considering the current situation. As for not telling Sora about Roxas or Xion... I would guess that DiZ ordered him not to. And for some reason he was doing everything DiZ said... no idea why. DiZ was a jerk... I probably wouldn't have helped him out. Then Riku never revealed to Sora who he was in KH2 (when he was in his Ansem body)... that was probably a combination of the fact that if he had told Sora then he'd have to explain about Roxas since Roxas is the reason he looked that way, and he probably also felt shame for the fact that he had to rely on darkness and take on that form. Lastly, there's also the fact that Riku is a pretty private person. A lot more private than a lot of the other characters anyway. Edited May 22, 201213 yr by Xenidal

I probably wouldn't have helped him out. When Xion faded away so did any memories of her. So Roxas, Axel, Riku, DiZ, Namine, ...*insert any other names here* all don't remember her. DiZ has no reason to order that and he can't exactly order Riku to do anything.
