BACK GROUND

After the time of Sora and Riku's great adventures they both along with Kairi set up 3 academies to train under on separate worlds. The pupils used in these academies have certain attributes that put them into one of the academies.

 

Those who are gifted with great magic and great synthesizers tend to be pupils under Kairi

 

Those who tend to be strong but defensive tend to be pupils of Riku

 

Those who are quick and agile and more offensive follow as pupils under Sora.

Kairi has her academy set in the old castle of Radiant Garden

 

Riku has his residing in the castle of the World That Never Was

 

Sora keeps his academy in the huge castle belonging to the Beast in Beast's Castle

ACADEMIES

PaoPu Academy, Kairi's school. At this academy Kairi teaches her students how to use light for neither defense or offense. She teaches her students to use mainly magic in battle. These pupils tend to be in the back during battle who fight with magic from a distance or using magic to aid a comrade. The keyblades they prefer are usually long and very thin.

 

Highwind Academy, Riku's school. At this academy Riku teaches students how to use darkness to be defensive rather than offensive. Riku wants his students to be the ones to throw themselves in front of another warrior if it were to protect the other even if it meant death for them. These students are also good for the heavy lifting and attacks that require great strength and do heavy damage. They usually prefer very long and wide keyblades.

 

Destiny Academy, Sora's school. At this academy Sora teaches his students to be quick and agile. Teaching them free running skills and abilities to help them move quickly and move far distances. Like teaching his students to glide, dodge rolling, and different dashing moves. These students tend to be the front line soldiers who scout ahead. The keyblades these pupils use tend to be shorter and thin or long and medium width.

 

Hail Xenhort Horde, Darkness's Militia. In the Horde members have joined together, there is no leader. Members are people who wish to bring Xenhort back to life by any means necessary. They believe that the X-Blade will bring him back but they need a person of light to build the other half.

STORY

The academies have now been open for about 30 years now putting Sora, Riku, and Kairi are in their 40's pushing 50. Which makes them unable to fight unless absolutely necessary.

 

A new keyblade war has broken out and as a good strategy the three masters have decided to make 4 experimental teams of 3. Each keyblade team has four students from each academy placed in it. The people who get pulled into these elite groups to fight are the elite of the schools and are paired up with people that share the same amount of power in their set skills.

• Bio: Zander was gifted with a keyblade, shield and abilities with darkness when he was 15, he has kept it hidden from the world for a long time and trained himself to fight using his abilities and new weapons. But he realized that the more he summoned his powers and weapons it seemed to have brought heartless in the area. Heartless started taking over his world when he decided he had to fight them back. He fought them with great strength and Valor and fended off all the heartless on his world. He was exhausted from the end of the battle and fainted. When he woke up he was on another world with Sora standing over him smiling. Since then Riku has trained Zander so he will be able to hopefully help finish off the multiple threats of the universe.

Raynd was a little freaked out by Hooded's slightly disturbing silence,"okaaay....".Raynd started looking around waiting for there last member. He was ready to just get started and was also hoping his other partner wont be so creepy. Raynd tried starting up the conversation again," so hows the Highwind Academy?"

Misha walked excitedly around. This was cool. Being picked for a program to help save the worlds. Just so exciting. She looked quickly down at her pants where a patch had been seared on earlier. It was an Alpha symbol. It definitely looked cool. "Pay attention you dunce!" she thought to herself. "Your supposed to be saving the worlds here!" She saw the Alpha team area and she headed over there. Now it was just a matter of waiting.

 

Leah quietly made her way through the area. There was a lot of people. Much more than she was used to. She found herself a lonely corner, and looked down at her hand. Kairi had given her a ring. It had an omega symbol on it. Leah assumed that was her team. She saw a sign with the same symbol on it. She assumed that was where she was supposed to meet her teammates.

"You really don't know much about me do you Raynd?" Hooded finally spoke in a dull manner. Darn she was going to talk more than she really ever had today if this was going to continue to happen. She would try to manage and then stay silent for a week after everything got sorted out. Hopefully that would actually happen if it did she would be very grateful for it.

Kai nodded a smile on his face. "Thanks for the compliment. No actually I don't really know anyone except if there from the academy i'm from like her." He pointed at Leah before continuing. "She's a bit shy and her name is Leah. Got pulled in with the Omega's to. Hope she does alright." Kairi went to greet Leah with a comforting smile on her face. "Leah everything alright? Hopefully everyone else will get here soon so we can get started."

"I take that as a 'leave me alone' okay then Ill leave you alone" Raynd sat down on the ground. "To bad I have to be teamed up with this chick" he looked around again then sighed "how boring!!!" He then glances over to kairi's academy "hurry up final beta!"

Rev stayed at the Zeta circle as Kai left. He studied Leah for a moment, then switched to her Highwind team mate. Zander was a bit of a loner, but he was solid. Nodding to himself, he looked over at Beta team. He chuckled and walked over to the two Beta's.

"If Hooded actually said something to you, you either likes you or you annoy her." Rev stated to Raynd. "Luckily, I understand most of her gestures."

He looked at Hooded and bowed his head slightly at her then went back to Raynd.

"So don't worry about the lack of conversation." he finished.

Leah looked surprisedly at Kairi. She wanted to say something. A yes. One little word. Yet, Leah could say nothing. Not a single word since her world was.... she didn't like to think about it. She shook her thumb side to side in the universal sign for good enough. Leah was a little scared. New people, new places. Possibility of death. Even after all she'd been through, she still didn't feel very confident in her combat skills.

Raynd stood up and glanced over to hooded and then back to Rev. "So which is? Does she think I'm annoying or likable?" Raynd didn't want to be annoying but wouldn't really mind its her fault for being a party pooper.

Rev shrugged.

"To be honest, annoying." He answered. "But that's mainly because I think she views most people with varying degrees of annoyance."

He looked over at Hooded.

"No offense intended. Just saying it like I see it."

Bio: A young girl with an aptitude for magic, Dawn always thought she would be trained by Merlin to become a mage. That all changed when she first summoned her Keyblade. Found by Kairi, Dawn went to the PaoPu Academy and learn about both magic and her Keyblade. With mixed feelings of honor and uneasiness, she accepted her position as a member of Alpha team.

Moonlight

"Sora's to weak... I need a teacher strong enough... It's a good idea putting me into a team, so I can do what I want... this Sora guy is just too scared of the Darkness." Moonlight grumbled as he walked to the other kids of the Zeta team.

He looked at them.

"Hmpf."

 

Hunter

The sound of an engine disturbed the silence, then the noise screeching brakes.

Hunter jumped from his bike and put his goggles back on his forehead.

Then he walked to his fellow members of the Beta team.

"Hi everybody" He said and smiled nicely-

Cecil was surprised at the Land of Derparture. It was an obvious place for people to train, except the ruins of a long-fogotten castle signified larger events had taken place here. Cecil winced at the pain in his arm- the Alpha symbol felt hot, still throbbing from when it was grafted into Cecil's skin. As Cecil walked down the steps, he saw many other people out in the coutryard, some mingling, other silently standing or talking in their respective circles.

 

Cecil looked over to the Alpha Area. There was only one girl there, which meant another member had yet to come. Cecil walked over to her, and immediately started a greeting: "Hey, name's Cecil. I'm from HighWind. What's yours?"

Bio: He was once a student of Riku, but soon realized that darkness was more powerful than Riku taught, so he left and joined the Horde, he's a really dirty fighter, and does not live by a code of honor, he will go to any lengths to revive Xehanort, even if it means destroying every world to do it.

Armor Appearance: gold armor similar to that of Armor of the Master, only with red markings (Couldn't find an image)

Misha grinned, and stuck out her hand for it to be shaken. "Hi! My name's Misha, from Destiny. Nice to meet you." she said excitedly. This boy had a certain connection with the darkness. Then again all of Riku's pupils did. 'Oh well,' she thought. 'Can't be anything super special.' At least this guy appeared at first to be sort of normal. She could some of the people chosen for this were sort of odd. There was a kid in a hood, and a seemingly mute one as well.

Rev glanced over to check on Zeta's circle. Seeing Moonlight, he nodded to both Raynd and Hooded.

"Sorry to run out on you guys, but Zeta got it's third." He said, jerking his thumb towards Moonlight. "Catch ya later."

He left Beta team and headed back to is team's circle.

"You the guy from Destiny, right?" Rev asked Moonlight as he walked up. "Name's Rev."

As the final beta approached, Rev left. "Hey im Raynd and this is girl's Hooded. I kinda figured that I'd introduce her since she doesn't talk much." Raynd reached out for a hand shake.

Moonlight.

"Yes... from Destiny..." He looked Rev in the eye.

"But I'm not like the other weaklings out there... so don't bother me... I still don't get why they put me in a team at all... I can handle myself."

He was not very happy that was easy to see.

 

Hunter.

Hunter shook hands.

"My name is Hunter, nice to meet you.

I'm form Paopu"

 

He grinned on the others

Hooded scoffed a smile was creepy onto her lips from under the hood. "Don't get so cocky now. You say the wrong things and you'll end up being the one taken down." Taunting maybe provoking him might get her something to do right then. They never said fighting against them was not aloud anyways and with all of the magic people here healing injuries would be a snap.

Kai sighed again. "There are so many messed up people here it's not funny. Hell is going to break loose if to much more happens. Namely with Hooded over there starting it." He folded his arms before continuing. "Well Moonlight i'm Kai range the magic guy." He lost his happy tone for the time being. Kairi gave Leah a quick pat on the back before speaking again. "It'll be alright just wait and see Leah."

Moonlight

Moonlight scanned through the others.

"A magic user eh? form Paopu I guess..."

He took a step to Kai.

"I hope I don't have to stay here with you guys for long...."

 

Hunter

"So how are you all doing?"

He smiled at the other team members.

"I think we are going to have a great time."

 

(OOT: Crap it's hard to play 2 totally different personalities at the same time.... I think my brain can't take that for long... and so my Char Jailxun was born )

"Boring! This chick wouldn't talk to me, but thankfully your here I hope your more fun that her!" Raynd exclaimed

"Nice to see you are a team player." Rev commented to Moonlight.

Rev never thought of himself as a team kind of guy, but that's what the situation called for, so he was going to become one.

"Just don't go lone wolf on us, alright? We'll have enough to worry about besides that."

He glanced over to Kai. At least he was gonna be alright.

"I'm more worried about you keeping up..."

He pointed at his companion

"When do we start? I wanna get over it as fast as possible"

Then he smiled.

"I don't know why but I kinda like you guys."

"I think we've got a briefing before teams head out." Rev said with a shrug. "Either way, best to keep yours open."

Rev moved to have his back facing a wall so he could get a look at the other teams.

"Once we get our march orders, though, I'll all for moving fast."
