What happened to the Kingdom Hearts manga?

Posted

I got some Kingdom Hearts manga a few years ago but I was searching Amazon for more and for some reason it's not there. It stops at Kingdom Hearts II volume 2 (the last one I purchased) and it seems there's nothing else after that.

What happened? Was the series cancelled? Or is it just that Amazon does not carry it for some bizarre reason?

Some shit happend with TokyoPop or something.

they stopped making them for the U.S i think

The story is the company went into bankruptcy and the had to stop publication of some of their Manga.

probably money issues

the manga is really far behind the progress of the games though

It's sad that they stop making the KH manga.

We are stuck with the translations and scans of KH manga from Japan.

come to think of it, The TWEWY manga (released in Japan) had only 2 chapters of the manga translated, then it was scrapped. That is really odd.

It's there, just invisible.

It got discontinued after a while

all we have are the Japanese manga scans and the English translation oh KH13

They were on a part of 358/2 Days last time I checked

What I've heard is that TokyoPop closed after the earthquake.

The English version stopped at Volume 2, but in Japan and Germany it got to volume 5 (Sora, Donald and Goofy go to Agrabah)

Not enough tentacle rape to keep the masses happy.
