Prologue

Once an extremely long time ago on the night of the largest moon, something miraculous happened. A little newborn baby girl was found on the shore of a beach. Many people, including the queen who found her, believed that she was born from the moon. How this unusual thing happened was unknown. The little baby girl was to be named something magnificent; in honor of her Silver hair and silver eyes. When the girl was three, the queen decided to make the girl her princess. This was accepted by the king and fallowed through.

Now, this girl was named Luna Sapphire Moon. This time in the world was very peaceful because of the dragons. The young princess’s favorite dragons were the Yin-Yang dragons; Yin,representing the moon, darkness and night and Yang, representing the sun, light, and daytime. Together these dragons mean peace and hope. Dragons shaped most of the land and were this world’s only stimulator. But in the War of Dragons, a world war, Luna was 14. In that war, all of the dragons were killed off.

But, thankfully, Luna was able to save two.
The Yin-Yang dragons were hidden deep below the dungeon. When the spell-caster came she brought along Talib, a seeker of legends about the dragons. The spell-caster cast a curse on the dragons turning them both into stainless steel chained necklaces. The spell-caster said to Luna

“The first and only the first to put the necklace on will forever be cursed forever by the moon.” Luna agreed with this term.

After having her first child, Cynthia Selene Winter, Luna discovered that the moon was in grave danger. The moon being in danger made the Yin dragon of peace ill. Cynthia during this period of time was extremely quiet and almost would not eat.

When Cynthia was five, the moon turned a bloody red like it does every 100 years and started to seem to explode. Luna suffered from pain the explosions. That night Luna walked to the top of the castle where Cynthia’s window was. Cynthia looked out the window to see her mom.

“Ma ’Ma” Cynthia said with tears in her eyes.

“I’m sorry…” Luna’s lips formed.

Luna looked at the moon and said, “Take me for your own”. Luna’s white dress and silver hair seemed to melt into the moon.

When this happened there was a retched cry from Cynthia. Talib and some guards rushed to Cynthia’s room and picked her up. She tried to struggle free but could not break free from the grasp. Cynthia cried and cried in my father’s arms. And then she fell asleep in her father’s arms. Cynthia lived in a secret room below the dungeon for a long time. But Cynthia could not die.

The scientist in the castle came up with an Elixir that could improve life capacity by 300 years. The Elixir was named
Sapphire Luna, after Cynthia’s mother. But one day a man named Orpheus Black stole the Yin dragon. This caused the War of 1000 lies, or The Black Dragon’s Storm. Millions of Army’s from the Land of the Moon came to fight. But in this war, Cynthia’s father died. Her Uncle took custody of her. The war got rough and the time came when Cynthia had to go. When Cynthia was 11, the maids had prepared a house for her. So on a June night, Cynthia’s Uncle gave her a Sapphire Luna elixir and a medicine to put her to sleep. That night, Uncle put her in the bed of the house. After he left, he got killed by a bomb that destroyed the castle. The castle by the sea was destroyed and thankfully Cynthia was safe.

The necklaces of the Yin-Yang dragons were in someone’s hand. People that lived in the castle believed that Orpheus Black took both of the Necklaces. That fact was proved wrong by the three who survived the War. One of the survivors went to Cynthia’s house to retrieve Cynthia. When he arrived the survivor could not unlock the door. That is when the survivor saw Orpheus. The Survivor had a legendary fight with Orpheus. However, Orpheus was urgent to keep him out. The survivor fought back as hard as he could and hit Orpheus around the face slicing a chain and charm around his neck. The survivor managed to get out of the sight before death. The survivor had a funereal where two white roses, sacred to Luna and Princess Cynthia; were placed on the grave. The chain and charm around Black’s neck was the Yang dragon. But the other two survivors believe that Cynthia Winter will find the Yang dragon one day. Ever one is dead that lived in that time but Cynthia Selene Winter still lives in her house in the Land of Desire.

Chapter I Cynthia Selene Winter

My name is Cynthia Selene Winter. I am 12 years old and live alone. When I was eleven, I woke up in this house in which I live in. I have no memories of my family or what happened past then. I’ve never tried to even go to an orphanage or anything, I really don’t know why though. I still hold my great knowledge of what ever happened in my past, and that is what I thrive on. Anyway, I just got up. Today’s a school day so better finish getting ready. I ran to my bathroom and brushed my wavy light-blond hair that reaches down to my knees. I really didn’t want to straighten my hair like I usually do. After that I looked into my periwinkle eyes, wondering what past are behind them. I walked down stairs. I live in a four story marble house, with soft white carpet and cream walls. Oh! And don’t forget the walkways that I have! They connect all of the rooms so nicely. I walked down stairs and grabbed me a book. My fourth floor is like a library. I love to read and read very fast. That’s why I’m down here anyway, to get a book. I got a black covered book and opened it up. But when I did it fell to a letter. Frightened, I opened it.

It said this…

Dear Cynthia,

I knew most likely you would get this letter. My name is Talib. It may be a short notice but, I am your father. I am writing this letter because tomorrow I am going into the war. Your mother is safe and I wish I could see her again. But do not worry; she is in the night sky looking up at us every night. I must go now and I am sorry for what you have had to go through. You will be okay as long as Orpheus Black dose not find you. Remember that name, Orpheus Black. Never forget that name and stay away from him. Goodbye my beautiful princess, remember that I love you.

Sincerely,

Talib Terra Winter

I closed the letter and put it into my school bag. It gave me a brim of hope. I shoved in the book and my binder as I looked at the time. 8:30, I need to be at school in fifteen minutes! I shut my door and found my lanyard. I locked the door and ran down my road in the middle of the forest. Athena Maddox, one of my good ginger friends, was calling me. I ran down the road to her and walked the rest of the way. Athena was a year older than me and she watched my closely. If I was not to be at school for a long time then I would be secluded from school. The facility would hold back all of my work. I really felt happy in this land. When we got to school I met up with a couple of other friends. First block is Language and Literature. Second Block is always Math then Art and Media in the middle of that class. Third block is when I eat lunch and then Social Studies. Fourth block, the final stage of the day is Science. Then I walk home, alone again. I read about legendary was tonight after my ten billion pages. Two that really pointed out to me where: The war of Dragons and, the war of 1000 lies. Many people do not believe in this mish-mash but I’m weird because I do. Then I came up on something in another book. It said this:

After the War of 1000 lies, some forces grew weak. The forces of: peace, darkness, light, love, royalty, stars, the Moon, the Sun, and the clouds. These forces still survive because they were said to enter the bodies of eight males and female. The chosen ones names are not to be known. The holders of these forces need to join together and wield the Yin-Yang dragons of peace and defeat Orpheus Black; the king of darkness.

I stroked out that this was the guy that ‘My father’ was talking about. I shut up the book as a loud knock from my door rumbled through my house and left my door screaming. I jumped out of my skin and walked slowly to my door, cutting a lamp on. As I reached slowly toward the door knob I almost shrived up in fear. I forced my arm to open the door. As I opened the door I saw…

you outright say things instead of using other details to imply it. i.e. "She is very ugly" vs "People cringe when they see her face"

Sorry its not done....Chapter II Whatever can be found in leafs? The night sky, and before me a man wearing a black cloak with pitch black clothes; I could not see his eyes.

He latched onto my head and said “Since your father foolishly wrote that letter. I have come to warn you… I will get you my dragon keeper”.

I forced myself to look up to his now visible purple eyes. Suddenly, darkness started forming around him as I still looked into his eyes. He faded away in a second, leaving me alone with my head ringing.I walked inside back to my library and looked at my father’s letter. It mentioned Orpheus Black but that told me nothing about him. I scanned through books and found a small description on Orpheus.

“People have described a man with dark hair, dark eyes, dark clothes and a dark heart as Orpheus Black. Black was the man who caused a great war that could not be forgiven. People have believed he still lurks around living in a place far away.” I recited.

The rest of chapter 2....

I read that whole book in which I found that statement in. I fell asleep at midnight that night in my now dark library. I jerked awake at the sound of a knock at my door. I walked to my door, still wearing the clothes that I was wearing that past day. With a yawn I peeked through the peephole. Athena was at my door looking sharp. I open the door saying,

“Hello…Why are you here?” I asked sleepily, rubbing my eye.

“Cynthia, what happened?” she asked referring to my appearance.

“Oh I’ll tell you later come in here and get comfy. It’s going to be a while until I’m ready.” I told her.

When she sat down I threw a random on the table beside the chair she was sitting in.

“Be halfway done with that when I’m back.” I yelled going up the steps.

...................................................................................................................

After about an hour I walked down stairs again. I was wearing an extravagant wine purple dress with silky tie ups and it was really frilly two. I also had my hair up in a wavy pony-tail that brought out the curls at the bottom of my hair.

“And then down walks a different girl.” Athena narrated.

“Hilarious” I mocked back to her.

“Tell me what happened!” she pleads.

I was hesitant at first to bring back the man but I did. I told her and she was amazed.

“Whoa, that’s pretty weird.” Athena gazed at my chain.

“Yes, but not precisely” Athena look at me with eyes of want.

“What!?” I insisted on knowing what she wanted.

“What is that?” she said pointing at my chain.

“I found this in a book about great explorers. My father put a letter in that book along with this chain. That man came up last night and my father warned me about someone named Orpheus Black. My fear I now I’m thinking that that was Orpheus.” I explained.

“But I thought you had no parents! Why have I never heard? Why do I not know this ‘Orpheus Black’? Huh? Can you tell me why?” Athena blurted out.

“Athena! I just figured all of this out last night and that is why I’m telling you this now.” I said urgently.

“Okay… well here is the book you wanted back.” She said pulling a book from a small brown bag.

“Thank you goodbye.” I pushed her out my door.

1:38 pm the clock said. I sighed and walked outside. I walked down the road were autumn leaves were falling. It is October 21st, two months before my birthday. I have been here a year and still know nothing about myself, I’m so lost. As I walked down the road I kicked leaves around. As I kicked this certain bundle of leaves I stub my toe.

“OUCH!! Why you little!” I pointed at a silver stainless steel outer rim of a charm.

I knelled down curiously at the piece of metal. I pulled on it with all my might than stood up.

“It came loose when I hit it at first so…what if it I hit it again?” I thought.

I then kicked the metal piece as hard as I could. It flew out without a dent as I bit my lip to keep me from cursing. I walked over to the charm, picked it up and flipped it around.

“A silver dragon charm!” I exclaimed.

“Cool” I laughed.

I took off my chain and chained the charm on the necklace. It fit perfectly and it looked like a full moon in the sky on me. I smiled and walked to the library to read my father’s note one more time.

Chapter III A simple saying

As I was reading my father’s letter and some other books, there was a soft knock at my door. I opened it up gradually. A grey owl was down the road in the end of dusk light. It looked at me with its un-earthly blue eyes then flew off. I walked to the spot it where it was and looked down. A letter lied there. To: Cynthia Selene Winter, From: Your Father. I picked it up and opened it, and started reading:
Dear Cynthia,
I see that you have found the charm of the Yang Dragon. You just saw one of my mechanical owls that were made to look real. Those owls were made to deliver. Anyway, I made this letter just in case you got your hands on one of those charms. On the night of a full moon I need you to do something. Say these ancient words that only you could say: May the moon be with me. You will understand this saying one day. I need you to lead the beast to the forces castle, or a grey castle.
Thank you- Your father, Talib

I held on to the note and looked up at the full moon rising. I ran to my library to grab the book my father’s letter was and then ran outside. I grabbed my necklace and looked up at the moon saying,

“May the moon be with me” I then looked at my necklace and it was doing nothing.

“Maybe this was just a stupid illusion…” I thought hopelessly.

I looked up at the moon and then the necklace. It was glowing! My necklace was flashing a faint light. In an instant, it lit up brighter than the afternoon sun. I then whited out. When I opened my eyes it looked like I was in a dream like area that was full of heavy fog.

“Cynthia…” A faint whisper called to me.

I walked toward the voice and saw a figure with black hair holding a short, beautiful, silver haired women’s hand.

“Father?” I asked.

“Yes.” He answered even fainter as he started to fade away.

“No! Don’t go!” I yelled, sounding younger.

In his eyes I saw me leaping toward him, looking younger, I touched his forehead and he faded away into a million bits along with the women. I blinked and I was now my normal self but still in this place. I turned around to see the dark, purple-eyed figure standing in front of two other figures wearing brown cloak’s with hoods on.

“Orpheus Black” I whispered in fear.

When I swiped my hand trough him he disappeared. I flipped around one last time seeing seven other people, all a little older than me. First, I walked by a boy about 17 with album hair and hazel eyes then touched him and he faded away. Then a girl about 16 with orange hair and forest green eyes, I poked her. Now, another girl about 15 with black hair and one eye that was brown and the other blue I swiped her shoulder. Fourthly, a boy about 14 with hair oddly silver and deep silver eyes that taught by the look a generous poke I gave him as he fluttered away into nothingness. Beside, a boy the other boys age with black hair and his hair in his eyes enabling me to see them I rudely swiped him. Lastly, a little girl about a year older than me with short brown hair and grey eyes, I touched her and she was gone. When I dismissed her a blinding light shot back again. I was back into reality but my hand was lying on something. The fog cleared and my hand was lying on top of a silver dragon. I did not scream, I did not run away. I simply looked on its neck to see my necklace. I then looked into its eyes and said, “You are the Yang dragon.” The dragon snorted in answer. I climbed up on its back and said,

“You need to take me to the forces castle.” I commanded rubbing some of its grey fur. Yang patted its wings and then lifted off the ground.

I grabbed on to two small horns on its head to keep me safe from falling. We flew off gracefully into the cold night wind still wearing my wine purple dress freezing my head off.

Chapter IV
The silver dragon’s flight

The view was enchanting from below the clouds. I held on tight as we headed north. Yang flew north for about fifteen minutes, and then he turned around.

“Yang! Turn around what are you doing? We’re not going south!” I yelled, trying to turn him around.

He flicked his tail and flew full speed south. I held on tight, and when he stopped we were floating in front of a white castle. A pain ripped through my head that was similar to the pain the man gave me.

“Turn around!” I demanded as purple dots started forming in my eyes.

Yang turned around with me clutching on tighter. Yang roared in pain from me holding to tight, flinging me backwards into thin air. Blackness formed in my eyes and I was knocked out in a second. I stopped falling and felt content.

“You can get up now, don’t worry. We are safe.” A sweet voice of a boy ringed through my ears.

I opened my eyes to see that was in the arms of a dark silver haired boy with silver eyes.

“He was in my dream when I whited out!” I thought.

“Who are you?” I asked impolitely.

“My name is Casmir White. You are?” He said.

“Cynthia Selene Winter” I bowed my head slightly.

“The Cynthia?” he asked looking into my eyes.

I titled my head away slightly “I don’t know. I woke up in a house when I was eleven.” I explained.

“Yes, finally. You are the one.” Casmir whispered to himself.

“Where was I going? And where are you taking me?” I asked now worried.

“You were headed to Orpheus Black’s castle. I am taking you to Chain’s Castle.” He said.

“Once I heard the roar, I knew that the sound was a dragon. I also knew someone was in trouble. Once I say you falling I had no choice but to wield my powers and save you.” Casmir said. “Powers?” I asked.

“Yup, one day yours will come in handy.” He explained.

I nodded, “You can let me down now.” I said, he was carrying me bridal style.

“Oh, sure.” He snapped putting me down.

Casmir then welcomed me to his horse, Whisper. Whisper was a horse that was grey with white spots. I got on him with pleasure. We arrived at a glass bridge with a splitting abyss below it. “Casmir, why is this exactly here?” I asked.

“This bridge is here because we need to keep Black out.” He simply explained.

“Have you ever thought, about this breaking?” I asked about the bridge.

“Well, it’s been around long so most likely.” Casmir said stepping on the bridge.

He then let Lonely onto the bride. I jumped a little and held on tight.

“It’s okay, just do not look down.” Casmir warned. We walked across the bride and at the edge lied a large grey castle.

Chapter V
The grey castle in the grassland

“What is this?” I asked.

“Chains castle, also known as the Force’s castle.”

Casmir explained. “I’m going to go put Lonely up, go on in. The doors open.” He let me know.

I opened the about 25 foot, white door. The first thing I saw was a skylight window. The moonlight gave view to eight mirrors in that were in that circular room.

“Nice, is it not?” Casmir appeared beside me.

“Yes. Quite nice. Tell me more about these ‘forces’ Casmir.” I asked.

“I can’t tell you that.” Casmir explained and then I yawned.

“Your room’s in the middle.” He pointed to a stairway leading to a door.

“I’m going to bed.” Casimir let me know.

I nodded and looked at him. His deep-silver hair and silver eyes were glowing faintly in the moonlight.

“Good night.” He wished as he walked away.

I walked slowly to the dark staircase and walked up. When I got into the room there was black-leather furniture and a gorgeous bed with white fluffy pillows and a silver comforter with black roses on the bottom of it. I took of Casmir’s jacket and hung it up in a wardrobe containing some other clothes. I changed into a white, functional pajama shirt along with some pajama pants as a match. I took off my necklace and tucked myself in. Steadily but very quickly I fell asleep.
…………………………………………………………………………..
Casmir walked into a medium sized room at 8:00 in the morning. He woke up an hour ago and yawned.

“Why did you not tell anyone that you brought the girl?” a boy asked looking out a window avoiding eye contact.

Casmir looked across a glass table

“Sol, you know. Everyone was asleep. Cut me some slack. You sent me to Black to make sure he was not trying to plan something and I heard a dragon.” Casmir snapped.

“Dragon?” Sol asked turning his head slightly reveling album hair and hazel eyes.

“Yes.” Casmir heaved his voice.

“Could it be?” Sol asked.

“Yes, it is.” Casmir spit out by force.

“Yang has come at last.” Sol smiled.
…………………………………………………………………………………
I woke up suddenly at 10:30. I was surprisingly well slept. Then I started walking into the bathroom to get ready for the day. After a while I opened the door to my room and walked down the staircase. I jumped to the sun to see someone jumping out to scare me.

“Where you scared?” a girl with black hip length hair and one eye that is blue and another brown.

“No…” I said sarcastically.

“I’m Lamia.” She introduced herself.

“Lamia?” I asked.

“Yup!” she winked.

“I am Cynthia Winter.” I let her know.

“Yup. I need to greet you to some of my friends.” Lamia snapped.

She led me to left hallway and eight doors down. She opened the door reveling a glass table with six people around it including Casmir. I sat down at an empty seat beside Casmir and Lamia sat beside a girl with brown hair and a girl with bright orange hair. I looked at the end of the table to see a boy with album hair and hazel eyes. Then I noticed they are all from that dream.

“No way.” I whispered almost soundlessly.

“Cynthia Winter. You have something that we want.” He said.

“Cut her some slack Sol.” The girl with bright orange hair said.

“Yes, simply do what Edith said.” The brown haired girl said.

“Leave her alone Marzin.” A boy with black hair in his face making his eyes impossible to see said.

“Icarus and Marzin be quiet.” Sol said.

“I am Sol and Edith is the ginger.” He said to me.

“You know me but this is Marzin and Stella.”

Lamia said pointing to Marzin, the brown haired girl and Stella, a girl with a long scar down her face and platinum blond hair.

“I am Icarus and Casmir is my brother.” Icarus said rudely.

I looked at both of them.

“Well I do not see how.” I said.

Lamia gasped and Sol looked at me. I then turned my head to Icarus to see a faint red through the black hair. Tuning to Casmir I looked concerned.

“You came here on a short notice.” Sol said changing the subject.

“So?” I asked.

“You have our dragon.” Sol made a point.

“This is not your dragon you…idiot! It is clearly mine. I found it first.” I snapped.

Icarus gave a smirk and Lamia blurted in, “It is hers” she said to Sol.

“Pfft, as if.” Sol sighed.

Casmir gave him a death glare telling him to shut up.

“Might you want to know exactly why you’re here?” Sol asked with his scary eyes.

“Yes?” I asked curiously. Lamia shot him a glare and turned.

“This is Chain’s castle.” He said to me.

I sighed, “I already knew that.” I mumbled.

Chapter VI

Chains

“You knew that?” Sol asked quiet agitated. “Yes, Casmir said it himself.” I said looking into Sol’s hazel eyes. “Well.” Sol said giving Casmir a glare. “Can we leave now?” Lamia complained. “Ya, this stupid meeting is ruining my poor eyesight.” Marzin complained. “You’re blind Marzin.” Sol yelled. “Ya, Marzin.” Icarus agreed. Nobody responded to that term. “We all are quite different.” Stella said changing topic. Sol walked out the room. “He will be back.” Marzin said. “What do you mean?” I asked Stella. “We are the forces that were lost long ago.” Casmir said. “Believe it or not you and Sol are two of the most important forces.” Lamia pitched in. “What force am I then?” I asked. “We cannot tell you that.” Everyone said at once. “Fine then.” I crossed my arms. Sol walked in and sat back down, tossing something that caught in my hands. I held it up. “Another necklace?” I asked quiet agitated. “Yes.” Lamia piped in. “We retrieved it from Orpheus Black.” Sol said. “Retrieved It?” I asked looking at the silver, crescent moon on the chained necklace. “We stole it recently. It’s quite funny how easy it is to get into his castle.” Marzin laughed. I looked at her. “Why give it to me?” I asked. “Orpheus Black has been looking for you his whole life.” Icarus said looking at the stone floor. I repositioned myself in the hard, steel chair. “Since you found that dragon that means that Orpheus Black has been near your house.” Sol said. “The dragon charm is usually only around in plain sight when he is around.” Stella reminded. “Well I did see someone at my door two days ago…” I said. “Orpheus.” Casmir said simply. “Knew it.” I snapped. “Lamia? Would you take Cynthia to eat and get her horse?” Sol asked. “Sure!” Lamia said. I ate in a vast kitchen. “Who cooks?” I asked. “Edith. She also cleans and heals. Her and Stella.” She said. Since I was halfway through my meal I put it down hesitant to eat it.

The rest of Chapter VI...

After Lamia ate, she brought me to some stables behind the castle. We walked into the wooden barn and I embraced the horse smell. I looked at one horse that was a reddish color. “That is Sol’s horse, Robin.” Lamia let me know. “Then Edith’s horse, Magenta.” She said. I looked at Magenta named form her eye color. Magenta was a brown horse with chocolate colored hair. I walked on to see Lamia’s horse. “This is my little girl, Wisteria!” she said. She was named because of her pale grey coat and creamy white hair. We walked passed Casmir’s horse, Whisper. “This is Icarus’s horse, Silence.” Lamia said. Silence was a pitch black horse with pitch black eyes. I and Lamia walked to Marzin’s house…Hope. “Hope is Marzin’s.” She said to me. I looked at Hope; a pinto butterscotch colored horse is what she was. Then we walked up to a white horse, “Let me guess…Stella’s?” I asked. “Yes.” Lamia said. We walked over to a black and white pinto horse with a nice black mane. “This is yours, Cynthia.” Lamia said to me. “Wow…Really?” I asked in amazement. “Yup.” Lamia winked. “I’ll call you December.” I said. “December? Lamia asked. “The dark nights and snowy days.” Cynthia laughed. “Hey! Good point.” Lamia said.

Chapter VII

The members

Tell me what is so special about you guys?” I asked curiously. “I’ll tell you that when your with the entire group.” Lamia said. I and Lamia walked back in what Lamia called, “The concurring room”. Sol sighed for my entrance. I sat beside Casmir scooting closer to him. “What do you want?” Icarus asked rudely. “What?” I asked. “You’re sitting to close to my brother.” He yelled. “Well I’m sorry Mr. Picky pants!” I said. Casmir laughed, “Ya, Mr. Complain.” He teased. Icarus grunted as Sol cleared his throat rather loudly, getting our attention. I and the others turned to Sol. “Our forces are the lost ones.” Sol said rather snappish. “What’s yours?” I asked him. “The Sun.” Sol replied simply. I shuddered a bit but laced it in my mind. “Love.” Lamia said a little too girlish. I sighed and giggled. “When was that ever a force?” I thought. “Storms.” Mazin answered. “My name practically my name means storm cloud.” She chimed in after saying her force. I blinked at her, surprised. “Royalty” Edith stuck her tongue out at her force, she thought it was stupid. “It’s a great force.” I said rather believably but lying slightly. “I am the force of the stars.” Stella winked. “That’s special.” I chimed in. “I am the force of Yang…also put as light and a fragment of peace.” Casmir said directly to me. “Light.” I echoed. “I am the force of Yin…or darkness and another fragment of peace.” Icarus said directly after me. “Dark huh? Hey you two are both like twins of opposites!” I exclaimed. “Ya, Ya, it’s not really a big deal.” Icarus said a little too quickly. “Yes it is!” I yelled in argument. “No it is not!” Icarus disagreed. “Yes it is!” I protested. “No it’s not!” Icarus thundered. “Cynthia! Icarus!” Sol snapped at us raising his voice it seemed to shake the glass table. “Sorry.” I apologized. Icarus just grunted. “It is Icarus fault he knows that it is a big deal.” Lamia complained to Sol. “Yes well if you say so…” Sol sighed. “What’s my force?” I asked on the edge of my seat wanting to know. “We can’t tell you that yet.” Every member of Chains repeated at once. “Really?” I asked as mad as a crow. “Yes.” Edith snapped. “Fine then.” I said crossing my arms.

"We are to each tell us our stories of our past, you will deal with this torture until you have had known our past and can trust us, or not trust us. Our stories or almost legends themselves, we wrote them in these small books." Sol said flinging a book down the table and falling on the ground, Mazin laughed as I picked the book. The book had an odd imprint with a golden heart and roses on the bordering it. "That is Lamia's book." Sol said sharply. "You will be read this, no you will not read this, you will be read this." Sol made the point clear. "Okay..." I wondered. "Lamia take Cynthia to the room of memories." he then commanded. Lamia then popped up snatched the book out of my hand and made a run out the door. I then chased her to the left hallway three doors down. Lamia waited for me at the door, "You need to learn how to run faster." she demanded. She opened the door and me and her walked in, "Why do they call this room 'The room of memories'?" I asked looking around. "You see that ceiling?" Lamia asked pointing to it. "Yes, what about it?" I smirked, crossing my arms. "The ceiling contains our stories, they are not so clear but each tells of us." she explained pointing to the third section of the ceiling. I then caught Lamia's pitch black hair and brown and blue eyes. "That's you?" I asked. "Yes, in the event why I joined this group, 'Chains'." Lamia said looking away. "Onto the book!" Lamia announced, pointing near the window.

The rest of Chapter 8...

“Okay…” I said with a smile, sitting on the comfortable stone tile floor. Lamia opened the book and flipped through a lot of pages. “It all started when my father killed my mother, he forced me to live with him, but after three days I ran away and stayed with my grandparents. That is when I found my powers.” Lamia said, not keeping her eyes off the words. “Powers?” I interrupted. “We all have powers here. Your learn to use yours one day.” She winked, still as happy as can be. “I killed both of my parents by over concerning them with love. Love can kill; there is more way then one.” Lamia read, then looking sharply at me. “After I killed them I fled, running out of the neighborhood, and then I killed two more people. When I was at the side of the road, I just collapsed on the ground, sitting there, thinking about how horrible I was. When people drove by, they looked at me, me there crying. I then stood up and was about to kill myself. But something stopped me. A golden heart necklace, it was just sitting there. I picked it up and looked at it, and when I put it on, I felt safer and my power was under control. Everyone’s power can kill instantly.” Lamia said sadly, looking at me. “Your power and Sol’s power are the two that can kill the fastest.” She murmured, looking straight into my eyes. “Why?” I asked, concerned. “You will know when the time comes…” she raised her voice, looking at the picture on the ceiling. Lamia looked back down at the book. She started reading again. “That’s when Sol found me. I have the power to control people’s hearts. So when he came up, I stood up and slowed his heart, he looked at me, fearing nothing and put his hand around my shoulder, sending a deep warm sensation through me. I was overwhelmed and had no other choice but to fallow him. He told me his name and that we needed to find peace.

She said looking at me. “How do you find peace, this world is horrible.” I said crossing my arms. “That necklace answers our pleading.” Lamia said sadly, then snapping back down to her book. I looked up at the ceiling, then at Lamia, waiting for her to continue. “Sol brought me here, and taught me about that dragon, the lost forces, and Orpheus Black. After a while he gave me my bow and arrow. And that is the end of my story.” She said. “Wait, what are the lost forces? I heard about them in a book that I previously read, but I don’t believe it.” I asked, looking at her eyes. “We are the lost forces Cynthia…all eight of us.” Lamia snapped, saying the thing I did not want to hear.

HI GUYS!!! LONG TIME NO SEE! SO HERE IS CHAPTER 9! Sorry it's not complete - _ -'''

Chapter IX

Casmir and Icarus, twins of opposites.

I looked straight at Lamia. “What?” I asked. “We are the mystic forces you dumb head.” She snapped. “YA that makes no since…” I sighed, looking down. “Well, I am not allowed to speak any further, Casmir and Icarus are next, I wish you DEAR LUCK. Icarus’s story is a bit odd, rather strange.” She said before grabbing her book, standing up and walk running out of the room. “Great…I wonder if they have a past event up here…” I sighed, lying back on the tiled floor. I scanned the room, sunlight shining in my eyes. Then I found the story in the corner of the room. Icarus’s eyes turning form a black color to red, Casmir split away from him, and the familiar black figure behind Icarus. “Hm, this will be interesting…” I found the words to say. “Cynthia?” I heard Casmir. “Oh, Ya. I’m here.” I said sitting at me. Then I saw Icarus barely reveling himself behind Casmir. “Oh, your jacket is in my room, sorry.” I apologized. “No, it’s fine. Keep it, that’s was just a spare.” He sighed with a faint blush. I laughed, but then Icarus stepped in, stopping my laughing and my movement. “Icarus, don’t kill her…” Casmir snapped.

I will probably be able to start typing again and will get some inspiration from you guys. I hate to make this announce this, but my book has been uninstalled. Thanks you KH13, I have most of the information back.
