tutti frutti. This has been bugging me for years, and I've had to ask this after seeing an article about Holyfield possibly seeing jailtime for not paying for child support. Now my question is this: Why is it that celebrities, who make hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars, end up having money problems, have debts, and become broke? I would think that at the very least, one million dollars would be enough to support a couple, and maybe 2 mil for those that have children and maybe want to put them through college. But I would think that they would invest what they earn in order to help them have stability. Don't get me wrong, they deserve what they earn, along with anybody else in the world that works for a living. But I just find it hard to believe that they have all that money, are able to buy nice cars, mansion/nice house, and yet something along the line comes by where they lose a good chunk on what they had earned in their careers, if not everything. I just find this mindblowing that they are going through stuff like this.

they gotta get their crack some how

tutti frutti. I didn't think that I would see that response to be the first one. But that's something Rob would say. (No offense, Rob)

Drugs, all the expensive things they buy because they think that their money will never run out, etc. Becoming a celebrity doesn't mean that you necessarily become smart with your money. lol

couldnt have said it better myself

Its the darkness! It comes as a package with money and power!

lol I wasn't going to say that.

Ertyx pretty much summed it up with celebs not being smart with their money.

Most celebs are notoriously frivolous with their money! I suppose they lost a bit of their minds and sense with all that money. I mean they clearly have this mentality it's not gonna run out. Plus and this is prolly walking into conspiracy land but there must be people around them with an agenda to get their money!

This is what happened to Kevin Bacon . He lost a large chunk of his fortune to one of those swindlers who was supposed to be investing it but instead embezzled it
