June 4, 201213 yr As soon as I found out about that Xbox Smartglass I was thinking "Wow, way to copy off of Nintendo Microsoft." Seriously, they just went and copied the Wii U accept it's for iOS, Android, and Windows 8 Tablets and PCs. I can't wait to see this new system fails and the Wii U end up wiping the floor with this lol. Edited June 4, 201213 yr by Tails
June 4, 201213 yr Someone said that the new smart glass makes the wii u irrelavent. But does the smart glass come with the system? No, you need a device that costs hundreds of dollars. Does it have buttons? No. Can you use it as a game controller? No. Smartglass was irrelavent before it was even announced.
June 4, 201213 yr Making petty jabs of what Microsoft announces isn't going to make it go away. Anyway, this years presentation wasn't as boring as last years, it was pretty entertaining.
June 4, 201213 yr Author Opinion: This is the best E3 from Microsoft in a long time. I like the idea of SmartGlass (because Wii U) but it'll fail in the end. IE for Xbox is quite fast, but I'll never use it. I'll be sure as hell to buy the new Forza and Gears of War games they announced as well. Also, yay for more DLC first on 360.
June 4, 201213 yr Halo 4 looks great! The new composer hasn't disappointed, nor have 434 in the gameplay and graphical department. Looking forward to playing the final product.

If you don't have either a phone, computer, or tablet then you probably don't have an Xbox. Your computer probably has buttons, possible your phone. Why the hell would you use your phone, tablet, or computer as a gaming controller? Why don't you I don't know, USE A firetruckING GAME CONTROLLER? Nintendo even released how awesome the idea of controlling a game with a tablet was, so now the Wii U has a proper controller which totally doesn't look like an Xbox controller (yes it does). I would tell you to use common sense before being a fangirl, but I realized the two don't go together.

The Wii U Gamepad has buttons! You don't control the game with just the touchscreen!
June 4, 201213 yr The Wii U Gamepad has buttons! You don't control the game with just the touchscreen! Xbox 360 Controller Wii U controller Please tell me which one is the rip off.
June 4, 201213 yr Xbox 360 Controller Wii U controller Please tell me which one is the rip off. That does not even relate to what I just said! I never said it wasn't a rip-off, but Microsoft has ripped off Nintendo too. And they just have the same shape, that doesn't mean Nintendo copied it.
June 4, 201213 yr Xbox 360 Controller Wii U controller Please tell me which one is the rip off. Okay seriosuly, I hate how people are saying that Nintendo ripped-off of Microsft's Xbox 360 controller. Just because it looks similiar doesn't make it a rip-off.
June 4, 201213 yr Okay seriosuly, I hate how people are saying that Nintendo ripped-off of Microsft's Xbox 360 controller. Just because it looks similiar doesn't make it a rip-off. Don't let the Nintendo fanboy in you blind you from the facts. Nintendo could have just used the gamecube controller layout and such, but they clearly were more interested in the 360 controller. We all copy from each other.

Of course they would choose the 360 design over GameCube. When it comes to controllers, the GameCube one looks ugly, but the 360 controller is pretty sexy.
June 5, 201213 yr Uh... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smart_glass Smart Glass kind of predates the Wii U...
