This RP is about how the wutai war that ended at the beginning of crisis core started in the first place.

 

Zack Fair is still a third class SOLDIER

Sephoroth, Genisis, Angeal are first class SOLDIER

Genisis has not left SOLDIER

Vincent Valentine is still a Turk

Tseng,Reno, Rude are also still Turks

Yuffie is a wutai trying to help out

Cloud is a Shin-Ra gunsman

 

Everyone that has been accepted can join anytime

Zephyr just joined SOLDIER. He may be third class but its a start, he'll just have to work up his way to the top. Zephyr was riding on his chocobo around Midgar.He looked of to the horizon and saw his family's chocobo ranch. "Wanna go see how home's doing girl?" Zephyr asked his chocobo. Zephyr's chocobo was blue and named, Missie. Missie let out a loud sound of agreement and starded to run to the ranch with Zephyr riding her.

Ataki rested on a rooftop in wutai. The hiddin village that has yet to have been found by anyone other then wutai people. Ataki looked among the people of his village. Nothing much is happening,.. for now. "A new wind is about to blow" Ataki mummered to himself.

Vincent walked the halls of the 61th floor (the lounge room). Waiting for a mission to go on. He just finished one of the hologram practice missions in the training room but its not the same as a real mission. The rush of a real mission is not like a practice one, knowing you may die and trying to stay alive unlike in the training room you could stop it at anytime no matter what situation your in.

Rai was in his bedroom putting on his 2nd class uniform when his cell phone rang. He picked up to see it was his friend Xaster on the line. He answered the call asking, "how Xaster how is being a turk working for ya?" Xaster, who was outside the Shinra building on his phone replied, "Great; hey could I talk to you in person about something at our old hang-out spot?) "Sure i'll be there in 15 minutes" said Rai. Hanging up Xaster thought: Hope he can handle what I have in store to say.

Sterling Church, SOLDIER 3rd class, was on the lounge floor(61), taking a nap and snoring loudly when he probably should have been training or doing something. His hiding spot would have been great if he wasn't snoring so loudly. "Zzzzz..."

Vincent stopped, he heard something. "What is that?". Vincent followed the noise and walked up to a third class SOLDIER just sleeping. 'Luckily your in lounge ' he said to Sterling, but just loud enough for Vincent to hear so he wouldnt wake him.

Sterling heard, and half asleep, he somehow grabbed Vincent's arm and flipped him onto the floor. He blinked twice, and seeing Vincent lying on the floor, he asked, now fully awake, "Are you okay? What happened?"

Vincent casually stood up and dusted himself off "nothing, I just woke you" he smirked.

Zephyr arrived at his family's chocobo ranch. He entered the barn and put Missie in a stable. The other chocobos are yellow but Missie was specially breed by Zephyr's dad, Kyle, for Zephyr's 15th birthday. Zephyr pet Missie and then left the barn and went to his parents house, "Mom! Dad! I'm here to visit"

Angeal was sitting on the lounge floor, keeping his business to himself as he stared out the window. He seemed to just stare out, as if looking at something interesting.

 

Seth walked around outside the Shinra building, looking around and seeing nobody, he drew his sword and began to practice his swinging, as if he was locked into a deep battle.

Rai made it to the hang-out spot in an alley in Midgar with Xaster sitting on a couch. Rai shouted, "Hey I'm here so what's the meeting for?".

 

Xaster: " Have you ever thought of wanting to touch a star?"

 

Rai: "A star?"

 

Xaster: "Yeah, they look so great in sky, making you want to touch them."

 

Rai: "Okay what's going on? It feels like your hiding something from me."

 

Xaster: "Well I have a mission to investigate some monster trouble in some grasssy plain and thought I'd be away for a while so that's why i called."

 

Rai: "That's funny because I have the same mission."

 

Xaster: "Heh. What are the odds of that happening?"

 

Rai: "Yeah, but I think it's more than a coincedence."

 

Xaster: "You might be right on that note." Suddenly both their cell phones received email from SOLDIER director Lazard (is he still the director or is it someone else?) saying he wants to give detail of their mission in the briefing room in a little bit.

 

Rai: "Wow the director is expecting us? But before going to him, I'm gonna do some last minute training. What are you going to do Xaster?"

 

Xaster: "I'm going to get some supplies and extra ammo for my guns beforehand. Guess I'll see you in the briefing room Rai."

 

Rai: "Yeah see you then Xast."

It took a lot for Clayton to leave Cosmo Canyon. All the people who knew of his race of a cetra told him it was unwise to go to Midgar to join soldier, they said it would not work out. Even the earth whispered words of warning to him. But what was the big deal?

He approached the miniature desert that led to Midgar and saw the huge city crawl over on the horizon.

"Finally..." He has grunted to himself. When he entered the city, it seemed that the earth had gone quiet. If he tried to channel the voice of the earth, all he'd hear was a faint crying sound, as if it was in pain. But why? He didn't dwell on it too long. The sounds of the hustle and bustle of Midgar was enough sound for him.

It had taken a while, but he finally came across the Shinra headquarters. He parked his motorcycle and slowly trudged up the stairs.

Many question flew into his mind. Will they take him if he is only good at using materia? Will they somehow find out he's an cetra? What will they do if they find out he is a cetra? What happens when you join soldier?

But his mind went blank when he finally entered the building.

"Umm, hello? Is anyone here?" Clayton asked

Sterling walked down the stairs, confused by Vincent's comment about waking him up. 'Wonder what it meant?' he thought. Then he saw Clayton. "Hello! Can I help you?" he asked as he approached him. "Sterling Church, SOLDIER 3rd class, at your service," he said, giving a low bow.

At first Clayton was his usual shy self, but he finally worked up the guts to speak.

"I'd like to join soldier." Were all the words he managed

Sterling stared for a moment. "Really? That's great! It's about time someone else showed up for the older members to call 'Rookie.'" Then he remembered why Clayton was here. "Oh, well if you can follow me, I'll take you to someone who can help."

Clayton was delighted by Sterling's friendliness, and willingly followed him.

He decided to make small talk with him, it wouldn't hurt to have a friend in soldier.

"So uh, what do you have to do to join soldier?" He asked curiously.

"Well, you have to find someone who can recruit you. Being a 3rd class noob, I can't. So, I'm taking you to meet SOLDIER's director personally. Don't know if that's allowed, but it's no skin off your back. After all, it worked for me."

After slashing four holograhpic bombs, Rai thought: That's enough for training; now it's time to meet the director. Meanwhile, Xaster was riding an elevator to the briefing room after getting his necessary supplies. I wonder what could the director of Soldier wanted to discuss with Rai and I? Xaster thought as he met with Rai again in the lounge.

Rai: "Hey Xast you came up huh?" Xaster: "Of course, I wanted to meet the director on time. So shall we get going?" Rai: "You know where I'm heading." On that note, the two friends started walking to the briefing room.

Zephyr felt it was a long enough visit, so he said his farewells and grabbed Missie. When he was almost at midgar lazard sent him a message. Zephyr has been put on to his first mission. With that excitement he began to rush to Shin-Ra corp.

"So, here's the Director's office. If you just follow me..." he guided Clayton inside. "Yo! Lazard! I have someone who wants to join SOLDIER!" Sterling said, gesturing towards Clayton. (OOC:nardryx320, can you play Lazard? I probably can't. Please?)

As Seth was done practicing, his phone beeped in, and the specific tone he gives it, it was from Lazard, in this case a mission. He sheathed his sword on his back and walked into the entrance and into the elevator.

When Rai and Xaster went in the briefing room, they saw no one.

Rai: "That's funny, I thought the director would be here"

Xaster: "He probably had to something last minute before debriefing us. Lets' wait until he comes".

Rai: "Alright; maybe I can look through my email for news or something."
