This RP is about how the wutai war that ended at the beginning of crisis core started in the first place.

Rude returned back to the SOLDIERS floor after his mission to meet up with Reno with Rai and Xaster. "Humph, better late than never as always Reno?" Rude said fixing his glasses

 

(Aziz, Zack is waiting for Angeal's reply)

Zephyr took it "do want one of mine?" Holding out his two materia for Seth to take one. "Also we need some eithers and Phoenix Downs, just in case"

Rai: "Xaster what are you going to do now? I thought of doins some more training before getting a bite to eat."

Xaster: "Actually, I thought of switching to SOLDIER."

Rai: "Soldier? But I thought being a turk was your dream!"

Xaster: "I already have enough enjoyment from it. Being a turk wasn't exactly what I thought it would be. Besides I believe it won't give me the strength I need; the kind of strength being in SOLDIER would provide.

Rai: "You mean mako?

Xaster: "Yes."

Rai: "Well if that's what you want I won't stop you. By any chance, it would also mean of being in more missions with you."

Xaster: "Well see you later Rai." Xaster heads to the directors offic.

Rai: "See ya Xast." Rai heads toward the training room.

Angeal patted Zack's head, "Today, we are going to Junion, For they say there are rumored teams that have gone to investigate outside Junion, have disappeared. We are going to go and investigate, so pack somethings, it will be a while." and with that, Angeal walked to the elevator, "I'll be waiting in the lobby if you need me for anything."

 

Seth shook his head, then nodded in gratitude, "No thank you, but I know what you mean, here, I'll order some from Shinra Shopping Center, then we can pick them up once we wake up." with that, Seth takes his phone out, makes the order, sends it, then closes it. He takes his sword and puts it to the side. "Anything else we need to discuss?" Asked Seth Paitiently.

"Just one last thing." Zephyr leaves the room and heads to the barn. "Which Chocobo do you want?"

Lazard turned on the forth round. Ten Shin-Ra troopers appeared in front of Clayton. "Alright after this you're gonna have to fight our special trooper, then you'll be SOLDIER." He smiled. "Good luck"

Zack rubbed his head. "Alright then." Zack went over to his pod and gathered whatever he thought he would need. "I can't wait for this mission. I wonder if it was dubbed First class?" Zack thought for a moment. "This sounds exciting!"

Before Rai got inside the training room, he saw director Lazard and Clayton already inside.

 

Rai: "Hm, I see the director is testing a new guy who wants to join SOLDIER. He already made it the the fourth round huh? I'll watch and see if he makes it."

 

Xaster was standing outside the directors' office, thinking on how to ask the director about the switch to SOLDIER.

{Reno}

Reno gave Rude a grin.

"Hey, don't knock it." He said. "It works. Though I would have liked to have gotten in on that mission on time. This war seems to be keeping everyone busy."

 

{Anica}

Anica walked to the training room. She wanted to be ready for what ever mission she got. She stopped when she saw Rai waiting out side of the training room. She walked up beside him and looked in.

"What's up?" she asked.

"Seems everyone has something to do" Rude said.

 

Zack went over to where Angeal told him to meet. "Angeal I am ready lets get this show on the road."

Clayton decided to try something new. He placed his fire and ice materia into his wristbands, and shot them out. But instead of hitting his opponents, they meshed with each other. It seemed the materia's energy was combining and increasing and the impact turned a bright green. He aimed the energy at the opponents, and when he saw the opportune moment to strike, shot the energy at them, causing a large yet contained explosion. Surprisingly the explosion had dissipated along with the combatants, leaving no mess behind.

This time his nose began to bleed. The reason why his ability to cast magic with materia is so strong was due to his origin of being an ancient. Because they have such good control with everything earthly related, even materia, his power to cast magic is ten fold that of a regular human being. The downside to that is unlike a human who need only activate a materia and cast it, Clayton instead taps into his own energy to use magic. Thus using too much of it is very deadly.

"I........ I....... Last one, please." Clayton muttered. His desire to find a meaning in life was so great, he was determined to impress by any means necessary

Rai turned to see the woman next to him.

Rai: "Oh hi. I came here to do some training, but saw the director testing a new guy who wants to join SOLDIER. I see your a 3rd class."

Sterling turned to Rai and Anica. "Hello, I'm here too ya know!"

Rai: "Oh didn't see ya there, um, what was your name? And who are you miss?"

"I'm Sterling," he replied. He pointed to the one in the training room. "And that's my pal Clayton! Nice to meet you!"

Rai: "Hi Sterling, my name is Raison, Rai for short. I see your a 3rd class. So the guy inside is called Clayton huh?"

Sterling nodded. "Yep, that's Clayton. He's a materia genius. But he looks worn out for some reason, which is wierd because all he's been doing is magic."

Rai: "Hm, now that I take a closer look, he does seem a bit exhausted. But he's near the last round and I want to see him pull through after coming so far."

Lazard thought it unfair for Clayton to fight the last round without a little breather or even an either "do want a short break Clayton? "

Clayton shook his head. "No, no I'm good. Let's get this over with, shall we?" He told Lazard. He blinked his cetra eyes quickly and shook out his wrists.

"Okay" lazard turned on the final round. It was a hologram of the strongest trooper they have had before he was moved to SOLDIER. The trooper took off his helmet and revealed his long silver hair and his green eyes, Clayton recognized the Centra look in his eyes and everyone else recognized the troopers face. He may have look possibly a decade younger but without a doubt, its was Sephoroth.

 

The young trooper didn't act like most troopers, instead of shooting he threw the gun at Clayton throwing him off gaurd but before it hit him, Sephoroth charged at him , punching the gun in mid air giving it more momentum. The gun hit Clayton with a great force and bounced off and Sephoroth caught it," lets see what you have what it takes." The hologram mocked Clayton.

Seth smiled, "Any will be fine for me, thank you." He thanked Zephyr. Though unsure of it, Seth felt like things were going alright, as if this plan is about atleast 80% successful, leaving 20% to what they would have to deal with.

 

Angeal nodded, then took out his phone, flipped it open, pressed some keys, then closed it. A hellicopter flew on in, carrying extra containers of fuel, just in case, "It's gonna be a long trip, dont let your guard down unless I say it's safe around." and with that, Angeal drew the Buster Sword from his back, planted his forehead against the side of it, then puts it back on his back. He gets in the hellicopter, waiting for Zack.

Zack hopped onto the helicopter. "Man, I am so excited for this!" He sat on the helicopters seat and twiddled his thumbs like a small child that couldn't sit still.

Clayton stared into the eyes of sephiroth with bewilderment. They already have a cetra in SOLDIER? Do they know he's a cetra? In any case, this opponent was equally matched if not stronger than Clayton. Where as Clayton used his cetra abilities and energy to tap into magic materia, this combatant seemed to use it for speed and strength.

Clayton slowly got up, more blood gushing out of his nose, and threw a gravity spell at him with his wristbands. He thought of how instead of the materia only going into an attachment to a weapon like most people, the materia actually entered his body when he attached it, and only used the materia wristbands as a coverup.

"Dodge that..." He said slowly.
