"Summer, a time you get to relax and enjoy life, if you are not one of the destined six. The story all began with that crazy summer camp in Japan, which was not like any camp most people visit. But I am getting ahead of myself. My name is Logan, Logan Hunt. Just your everyday guy who gets picked on alot and has hardly any friends. You see, my mother and father were good people who had to do terrible things in order to make a living because they were so poor. When I was only 4, I was taken to my uncle's place in Florida while my parents were sent to jail for life. I later found out that they had killed themselves for not being able to handle the world anymore. My uncle became my father to me, which I am glad to have such a kind man who cares alot about me. Anyways, the summer of 2012 was where our story, the story of the new tamers, began. It started out for me on the last day of school......................." - Logan Hunt (speaker of the story)

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~CHAPTER 1: LEAVING FOR THE FUTURE~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Bruce, come back here and give me my outfit!" Logan screamed out. He had gone to finish his last period of the year, gym, when his number one rival stole his outfit just as the last school bell was ringing. "You mean these? You want them than come and get them!" Bruce said. The two boys ran until they passed by the prinicpal. "Hold it! Bruce, how many times do you do this?" Dr. Rue asked. Bruce looked down, "Um, this would make the 20th time this year." Bruce said. "And why do you do this? Why cant you just leave Logan alone?" Dr. Rue asked. "I'm sorry. Here Logan." Bruce said. "Good, now Logan, go change. As for you Bruce, this is the final straw. I have been left with no choice, but to ban you from playing football next year." Dr. Rue said. Logan walked away with his outfit and went to the closes bathroom to change.
Later that afternoon, Logan went home to his Uncle's. "How was your final day?" his uncle asked. "Well Tony, not that great." Logan said. "I told you call me father. Let me guess, Bruce again? How many times does that boy do something to you?" Tony asked. "20 times this year, but its okay since he wont be able to come back next year. His family is finally moving away so I will finally be free to live my life, if I even still have one." Logan said. "Of course you have one, but that is your choice to take it or not. I got this letter in the mail for you. It seems like you have been awarded to go to a special camp all the way to Japan this summer." Tony said. "Wait, I got in? Yes, finally my life is looking up. I told you about this a while ago. I leave for this camp first thing tomorrow morning." Logan said. "Well then, I suggest we make your last day here memorible." Tony said.
"Okay, so I does anyone have any clue what type of camp we are going to anyways? All I know is I signed up for a camp to get away from my hard life back home. It is nice to see a shaken look by someone else than me for a change, I get bullied everyday of my life." Logan said.
"Well gee, thanks," James said sarcastically. "I don't know anything about this camp. I just got a random letter saying that I won a trip there, even though I never entered anything, so here I am," he said.
Ray: "My guess is the same as yours guys. I got invited and decided to go for something benefitcial in some way."
"So we are going overseas, leaving our home, and we dont even know why we are going? This is too strange, but as long as I am far away from Bruce, it doesnt matter to me." Logan said. He looked at the latest scar he had on his arm from when he hit a sharp turn when running after Bruce on the last day.
"Okay, seriously, who the heck is Bruce?" James asked Logan. "Did he give you that scar?"
"Well thats a long story about how I got the scar, lets just say never change for gym in a lockerroom. Bruce is my number one rival/bully. He has always been a jerk to me, which makes my life even more harder since I dont have a mom and dad anymore and just have my uncle." Logan said.
"Oh, man, I'm really sorry about that," James said. "Here's a spare pocket knife," James said, tossing it to Logan. "One look at this and Bruce will take off runnin.'
"Thanks, but it shouldnt really matter anymore, Bruce has been kicked out of school finally and is now moving away from me. But that doesnt mean that I wont be able to use this knife still. Now, I think we should be in Japan in five days, what do we do then?" Logan asked.
"Well, there's a T.V. in here, and I have Halo. Who wants to play?" James asked. "Either that, or we could play children's trading card games, if not explore the ship. I'm indifferent, whatever you two want to do."
Ray: "Speaking about card games, I have my Yugioh deck to remind myself of the old show. But I never played Halo berfore though." (OOC: In real life I never played Halo, but watched Lps)
"Yeah, the original show...back when corny friendship speeches were cool....well I have my deck here too!" James said, smiling and holding it up. "So, which do you want to do?"
Ray: "Well for the first hour I guess Halo."
"I have never played Halo also, but I have played Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, Metal Gear Solid, and so on. As for cards, all I have ever played and liked was Digimon, which is way different." Logan said.
"Well, let's all play Halo together!" James said, passing the others controllers.
Ray: "Alright; always up for something new and challenging!"
"At least it will get my mind off the outside world." Logan said.
"And just like that, I had two new friends, or just two friends at that time. At that moment, I had wished that I would always be able to keep my new friends, but later on that would all change for me."
"Urgh, I don't like boats..." thought Travis.
He was on a boat to Japan. Travis was outside smoking again. He was still thinking about what happened 2 weeks ago.
" Why did she cheat on me with that douche? I'm way cooler than him..." thought Travis. After a while, his cellphone was ringing. It was Cynthia, his ex. "What do you want." said Travis. "Travis, where are you? I've been searching for you all day!" said Cynthia. From her accent, she seemed to be russian. "I'm moving. Out of Chicago forever." replied Travis. "I've had enough of you all. I don't have anything else to say to you. Goodbye." Travis hung up the phone.
Travis threw his cigar into the ocean and went inside. While on the corridor, he heard some guys talking loud and paying something. That noise reminded Travis of something.
He went to the door where the guys were making noise. "Hey, can you keep it down? There are some people that are trying to think!" said Travis.
James sighed. "Oh man, not another one! We're not even that loud this time!" he said. He shook his head. "Don't hate the players, hate the game!"
Ray: Well someone doesn't seem to be in a good mood.
Travis heard the guys inside talking loud. He had no other choice.
He opened the door and saw 3 guys playing somekind of shooting game. "Will you keep it down for God's sake? I'm trying to think!" said Travis.
"And like I told you," James said to Travis. "Hate the game, not us! Besides, we're not even that loud."
"Oh, that you are. I can't even hear myself think." said Travis. He entered the room, despite James's look. "What? I need to smoke, and we're far off the main deck." said Travis. He got his lighter, opened the window and started smoking. James started looking at him again, but Travis didn't care. All he needed now was getting new friends.
"Ok, we started badly with that noise... so let me introduce myself." said Travis, as he raised his hand. "The name's Travis!" said Travis, with a cocky smile. "What's yours?"
James just stared at him. "What are you doing smoking in my room?" he asked. Then he sighed and shook his head. 'It's no use...' he thought. He sighed again. "My name is James Anderson, and these guys are Logan and Ray. Now, please stop smoking."
"Nice to meet you then!" said Travis "And no can do, I love smoking, and besides, the window's open. When I want to smoke, I go to the window and stay there." said Travis. Travis looked around. They seemed to be younger than him.
"Aren't you a bit too young to be in a boat travel to Japan? Where are you all going?" asked Travis to James, as he let out the smoke to outside.
'I better get out of here' Logan said as he ran out of the door before the smoke could get to him. He didnt know what the thing was called exactly, but he knew that it was in a cig and that he was allegric to it.
