Sora and Riku didn't notice Aqua because they were in the realm of inbetween(looking at the sea of the realm of darkness) while Ansem and Aqua were in the realm of darkness. The Dark Margin is the tip of a world and is the ocean(border) that separates the realm of darkness and the realm of inbetween. Zenithia 305 Posted July 10, 2012 tutti frutti. I'm pretty sure that it was chance that they missed each other. Ansem the Wise did reach the RoD before Sora and Riku did from the events of KH2, though Sora and Riku seemed to just randomly be dropped at that location.
