I got here a problem, i want to open a RAR but i cant bcuz it needs a password, can any1 help me?!

If you know the website/link/URL from where you got the file, they should have they password in the file description.

WinRar is a program that uses paid software licenses. If you use a software license for WinRar without paying for it would be considering stealing. And that is obviously against the law.

 

Use a free program like 7-Zip.

 

To be honest I have 7-Zip installed but I've hardly ever used it. I hardly ever use files that need converting.

I use 7zip also, but it asks me to a password.. :(

if you can't find the source of the download, you're out of luck for the password

The password is most likely integrated with the name of the file, so for example:

Filename:CWCheat v6.5.1

Password:CWCheat

 

Or it could be the URL you received it from, for example:

Filename:CWCheat v6.5.1

URL/Password:www.cwcheat.com

 

I think with 7Zip you can view the unextracted files, so if theres a text file, double click it, and you should be a ble to read it, and chances are, the password is there.
